Oil change done while I waited. Reasonable price. Several small things on safety inspection were shown to me. (No pressure). Staff were enthusiastic and careful. I have had work done at Monro over many years. Overall very satisfied.

My son recently brought his car in to address an oil leak issue. Following a substantial bill of $1,700, it became apparent that the root cause of the problem had not been fully resolved, and an additional $1,800 was proposed to rectify the original oil leak. During the explanation, my son was shown the defective part on his car, and he was informed that it was a common issue, with assurances that the necessary part was readily available in stock. However, subsequent investigation revealed that this claim was inaccurate, as confirmed by the headquarters. Regrettably, this experience has left me with serious doubts about the integrity and trustworthiness of this particular Monro establishment, as well as any others affiliated with it.

Had them replace tires and take a look at a squeaky belt. I have gotten my car fixed here in the past and had 0 issues with them.On this occasion, before even calling me to ask if they could put anything on the belt, the tech put on way to much belt dressing on my serpentine belt causing it to completely melt and ruin my tensioner pulleys and now I have to get them replaced. Employees were very kind and apologetic for their wrong doing and admitted they shouldn't have put the conditioner, let alone that much conditioner, on the belt. I had talked to the manager and stated how the tech was wrong to do that, manager insisted it was not an issue on his employee when it indeed was.Don't expect an apology at the bare minimum from the manager either for them messing up your car. The pulleys on my tensioner are completely fried from the amount of belt conditioner that was added and the part needs to be replace now on top of other issues. Employees were kinder to the customers than the manager was despite his employee being in the wrong. The customer service agent at the front desk deserves a raise for being the most helpful person there. I'm not as much upset about the belt, but more so how the manager couldn't even acknowledge that his shop messed up and shouldn't have done that.Wouldn't recommend this place for anything beyond a basic tire fix, even then, you can go somewhere else cheaper.

I returned to have more service because my initial visit was just exceptional. Today, new face but same outstanding service. Chris greeted me with a smile and he was absolutely wonderful. My car was ready quickly and I am confident about the quality of service I received. I HIGHLY recommend this location.

After having my brakes repaired, I drove about 5 miles after leaving the shop when the traction light and the engine light came on. Coincidence? Went back to the shop and that's what they tried to tell me! Amazing! Don't go there, ever!

Words cannot express how elated I am with these guys. Five stars is not enough. Not even close.I am a delivery driver for a living so I need my car to work properly. I try to take amazing care of my vehicles- I was always taught that with cars you get out exactly what you put In.About a month and a half ago I needed breaks. Someone else did the work- and when they messed it up I took it here and they fixed it. No judgment. No price gouging. Just honest work at an honest price. So today I am at work and the car started making a clunking noise. When I would put the car in reverse it would pop so hard I thought the tire was going to come off.I took it immediately to Robert. He walked out with me and listened to my concerns and the noise the car was making.Got it in right away. Figured out the problem right away. Had it fixed and back on the road in less than an hour.Words cannot express how grateful I am to him and the other mechanic in the shop. This is not only my livelihood in the line but the food in my family s mouth- and he went above and beyond to get me back on the road. The car drives amazing. I could not be happier with the work he did. There is a reason why this is the only place I will take my vehicle (as well as a few of my co worker as well).Thank you so much.

5 stars isn't enough for this place. The service was fast, efficient, and incredible. I would like to give special thanks to Brian, who took care of me even close to closing time. I came in with a flat tire, and he went out of his way to help me out. Thanks to him, I was able to get to work in time. You have bought yourself a customer, for certain!

I have been bringing my 2006 Toyota Corolla there since 2017 and will NEVER return. I had such great service and experiences there before and wanted to continue to give Monroe my business. After spending over $1700 (MOSTLY IN LABOR), to have my shocks replaced and a couple other things done (such as an alignment, oil change and a loose plastic part on the underside of my car zip-tied or re-attached), my car was returned to me with a crooked steering wheel, no oil change sticker and the maintenance light was still on. I never even got a spec sheet that shows my tire pressure etc. like I had ALWAYS received before. When I called to arrange to bring my car back, the manager even said on the phone that his crew should have taken care of this stuff. I returned to have the steering wheel corrected and the light turned off. They corrected the steering wheel ONLY. ALSO - I was told by the manager that they would take care of the underside of my car verbally, and I even wrote it down AND said it needed to be done when I scheduled my appointment (but for some reason, when I arrived, they said I DIDN'T have an appointment) but that never got done! It is CLEAR my car was not checked out by a manager or head mechanic. Even the second time, you'd think they'd get it right. *I* reset the light myself. I feel like I should charge the store for the labor and the time I spent to correct these things. I feel totally ripped off.Amateur hour. Don't take your car here.

Very poor experience and customer service at the Stadium location. I made an 8:00 am appointment for my vehicle, and when I arrived the guy behind the counter seemed confused, and apparently the appointment I made, was not in the system. He got help from "Eric", who I think might have been the manager. He honestly looked me up and down and asked what I needed. He was very rude, had a bad attitude, and it seemed like I was bothering him just by being there. I did have my vehicle inspected. Later that day, I received a phone call from Eric, and his attitude was much better as he was telling me all of the items that needed to be attended to and the total cost which was going to be $1000+. When he mentioned that my oil needed to be changed, I honestly quit listening, as I just changed the oil myself a few weeks prior. Also, most of the items he listed, were completely unnecessary add-ons. I chose to take my vehicle to my dealership, where you have to pay a lot more money, but you do receive good customer service and trusted service on your vehicle. This experience occurred a few years ago, I do not know if Eric still works there. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.

The man who owns the branch is super nice. He ran out of one type of oil, gave me better oil and then charged me for the oil I ordered, which was $40.00 cheaper. He didn t have too, but that was a super good business practice and I appreciated his honesty. Plus, he and his coworker were able to give me advice on three different scrap/salvage yards. Very knowledgeable.

Update - Monro's insurance company paid for the new running boards and they look great.Felt like I was on a hidden cam show. Walked in for oil change, tire rotation, and exhaust heat plate fix. Told it would be an hour. An hour later car was still not in. Not the end of the world. I am patient. At an hour fifteen, the car goes in. Mechanic puts car on lift and does not account for running boards (Toyota 4Runner). Destroys running boards. Then it was time for oil change. Oil was drained then they realize they have no oil filters that fit vehicle. Wait another 30 minutes for some auto part store to drop off an oil filter. Work was finished just over the three hour mark. Quote to replace running boards using their recommended company and insurance is $650. Was just quoted today but have yet to receive a call back from Monro's insurance.

Had an appointment to get my car checked out. Get all the way there just to be told, they have no one to do it. Ok I understand if you guys are short staffed but no one thought to call and cancel the appointment. That is just common courtesy. I've frequent this place so many times in the past and never had any problems. After so many years, the one time I need car service and this happens. I wouldn't be upset if the guy didn't have a "whatever" attitude about it. He was rude, not good customer service but I'm gonna take it as a good sign. This was not the place to pay my hard earned money to.

Lost brakes. Figured had to be fluid leak before this brakes were good no scrapping etc. left at Monro they had car for 10 days for a brake job they said I needed new calipers /rotors and hoses front and back and needed new tie rod fatal cost $2300. Told them do back brakes only. Quoted $1300 few days later said needed new master cylinder another $400. So finally after getting back 10 days later and paying $1700 I drove car about 70 miles and front brakes started scrapping so bad took to another shop Drop off car with no scrapping 10 days later after back brakes done drove barely 70 miles fronts went. Seems a little fishy that fronts would go like that. Explained to new shop what happened to car when dropped off they stated no way fronts should off went bad like that plus they say they repaired more then needed to repair fluid leak So if u want to be without car for 10 days and being overcharged go here! I m in process in sending complaint to state of Michigan

Had a great experience with my oil change. Brandon was my tech and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had and brought up good points I had not thought about. Was much faster than what I thought and was told. He was very nice and professional. Felt like I was talking with a buddy. 10/10 would recommend going through here and dealing with Brandon. Superb tech!

Eric and his team are the best! They're honest with what needs to be done (and whether it's something urgent or something that could wait), they do amazing work, and their prices are fair. Every time there's been an issue with my car, Eric has taken me into the shop to show me what the problem is and to explain what they recommend doing in a way that I can understand (which is impressive because I know nothing about cars).Long story short, this shop is full of friendly people who care about their customers and their cars. I'll never take my cars anywhere else.

I couldn't see a way to add another review. If you are shopping for car service, look no further. MONRO ON STADIUM just might be my favorite car repair place in Kzoo.Let's just say I had a real rough time at the store on Sprinkle, and the crew at Stadium made it right. Plus, they are quick and friendly and play the best music in their stalls Amazing manager, great staff, super honest and straightforward. They're always polite, super fast and professional. One of the few places in town that won't take advantage of you. I appreciate their honesty and service. They do not try to sell you unnecessary services or repairs! There's nowhere else in town that compares.

The manager Brandon is very polite, knowledgeable and honest about prices. He was straight up with me about what services my car needed or didn t need, and was even able to replace my battery that I didn t know was going out. The guys in the shop do great work, I will definitely be coming back!

I needed two front tires for my car immediately...a few more commutes and the left front would have exploded off of the rim...Monro not only had many choices for a same-day appointment today, The service manager was outstanding. We found a set of front tires that were well within my budget including installation and my car was brought into the service bay immediately. Unlike many places, the quote given including the tires, taxes, labor and fees was the exact price I paid.Within a half-hour I was asked to come into the service area to "take a look" at something spotted by the two friendly, efficient techs who were working in tandem to mount my tires. Based on past experience, I feared that I was going to be upsold or pressured into buying additional parts and services just to be able to drive my car home. Under supervision of the manager, I was shown a surprise (and catastrophic) problem they spotted on the underside of my frame; severe rust and rot to the center of my frame-a condition caused by this car being stored outside in a barn for two years before we purchased it just six weeks ago. This terminal problem is something that could only be seen with the car six feet up on a lift so that the entire underside was in clear view for the first time since it was stored away in late 2016.I asked if the extreme deterioration of the metal could be fixed in any way to keep this (otherwise outstanding car) on the road. They were 100% honest and told me no. When I asked them how long it would be safe to drive before the center of the frame would buckle and leave the car good for parts-only. they told me that they could only say comfortably that it could be two months to a year, but their cautious estimate was 2-4 months.Very few shops have the integrity to prioritize customer safety and give fully honest answers. They were compassionate and said that they wish they could provide an answer that would prevent my car from having an imminent expiration date. While knowing that this car probably only last for a few short months is another 2020 kick to the teeth, at least I know now so that I can do what I can to scramble and find a different used car ASAP.I paid for the tires and service and drove home to gather my wits.Monro is an automotive service shop I would recommend to anyone, and once I find *another* ride to replace this dying one, I will be a very happy repeat customer for life. (The life of my future car, to be exact.Somehow they managed to make a terrible day manageable...this, to me, is nothing short of a miracle.So...anyone want to buy my car? It has great new tires, new struts and a great engine. Just kidding....not really. I'm serious.P.S.: the new tires ride as smooth as silk.

Extremely easy to schedule and was able to get an oil change the next morning. The gentleman on the phone said he would give me the best discount on a full synthetic oil change, and when I arrived they offered an additional discount because my wife is a healthcare worker. Extremely professional, as well as a sanitary environment.

Today I left my car at the Stadium Drive Monro, certain both my front and back brakes needed replacement. I expected to pay $900 for this and was fine with that. A few hours later I get a call from the manager telling me my brakes are actually fine and don't really need replacing yet. The manager's name is Andrew and I was completely blown away by his honesty and helpfulness. He could've easily ripped me off and I would've never known. I'm now taking all my auto work to the Stadium Monro. Thank you Andrew for the exceptional service!

Needed an oil change and they set me up for one the next day. Great customer service! By far the most affordable prices around. Went in and out with no issues. Would highly recommend if you re a college student as well, they give a student discount which no other place offers. Great experience and will definitely be coming back.
