Had my truck serviced for leaking coolant.They found the problem quickly with a reasonably priced resolution.I had an issue with communication but the manager was understanding and wanted to ensure I was a happy customer, which I am.I would get my vehicle serviced here again and would recommend to a friend.

I had my vehicle serviced at Midas. The service was done promptly and professionally. The assistance that I received from Brian Rowlson made the experience pleasant and productive. He also suggested a towing company that was also prompt and efficient. Within three hours after calling the towing company, my vehicle was in the shop and being worked on.Thank you for the assistance in getting me mobile again.

I ve been to this Midas a hand full of times and I the manager Brian is always really helpful and friendly. Recently they replaced my rotors on my car and their parts have a warranty. The rotors wore out sooner than expected so I went back and they didn t give me any trouble, got me an appointment the same week and just replaced them free of charge.

Place price gouges you. Front desk person talks to females passive aggressively and condescendingly and does not make you feel welcome or heard. Do not recommend

Paul and his crew are amazing! They were friendly and polite when they EXPLAINED the answers to all my questions. The mechanics even took me out into the garage and actually SHOWED ME what was wrong with my truck! I've never had a mechanic do that. It was reassuring to be able to see it for myself and not have to just trust that they aren't just trying to sell me stuff I don't really NEED in order to make more money off of me. That is exactly why I will be doing all my future vehicle maintenance business with the Midas team on Gull Road in Kalamazoo MI.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Needed a new battery. Was able to get right in. Battery replaced. Asked them to do an oil change too. They did that as well! Great experience. I highly recommend Midas on Gull Rd.

I really trust this full-service shop in all respects. I whole heartedly recomend to anyone. They were all fair, honest, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. The people that kindly helped me this time were Brian, Mike, and Jennifer. I believe the very experienced, long-term, manager, Brian, promotes harmony and hires very good people. Personally, I also have done a lifetime of repairs, so I like to think I recognize a great repair facility when I see one. Long overdue review. I had damaged my front jack on my travel trailer, and had initially tried my local hardware store to buy replacement hardened steel and also a new handle. Handle didn't fit so I was directed to Tractor Supply. They also didn't have the correct parts in store, and I had to raise my trailer onto my hitch by close of day and move it. Went into Midas with the broken parts - within 5 minutes they had drilled through the link mechanism and fixed my problem there and then. Without them I would have been completely lost and would have had my trailer towed. I cannot say enough good things about the team here - saw a man in need and helped me out within minutes and sent me on my way. Thank you - I won't forget your kindness and I'd recommend this store to anyone that wants to work with knowledgeable professionals who will get what needs to be done, done. 5 stars all round guys.

I had an appointment here today and the guy whom I talked to was a bit short and quite frankly not understanding. I realize that I was going to be charged $140 for check engine light for inspection but I did not have a pleasant experience.

Update 12.2023: they did a superb job at replacing a bad caliper under warranty. Less time than quoted. Great going team!Update 9.2.23: the team helped us warranty the caliper as it blew a seal. Again, great service and friendly staff!Update 9.16.22: Brian has THE BEST SMILE! store manager treats customers like gold! What a smile! Have to get brakes done and happy to wait.Original:Mike and team are true professionals who listen well and communicate clearly. Excellent service on our wheel bearing replacement! Fair price as well!

I m from out of town and was on a business trip when I noticed a sway bar dangling from the back of my car. I stopped in and Brian and his team took care of my issue. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me get back on the road. While waiting for my car to get fixed, Brian and I had some great automobile conversations as well as conversations relating to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Its nice to know that there are real people in the world just like you and me. I d highly recommend this repair location to anyone. Thanks for the help. Until next time. Highly recommend this Midas for timely, trustworthy service with a smile. Brian cheerfully accommodated a same-day request to replace my Subaru's battery. His mechanic even performed a complimentary safety check when I mentioned an upcoming long-distance drive. Good, old-fashioned, customer service. Got my car in same day, looked everything over for me, gave me a lesson on parts so I knew what I d need next time, and even notified me of an issue and referred me to someone who could help me fix it! I stopped in here without an appointment a couple months ago because I had a loud noise coming from under my car. I had a hole in the pipe leading to my catalytic converter, I was taken back and shown exactly what the issue was and where which was very helpful. I was in and out within about an hour even though I didn t schedule an appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

My son had both catalytic converters cut off his dodge pickup along with sensors and wiring! He needed the truck up and running for his job. Our insurance directed me to a preferred vendor who contracted out this repair to Midas on Gull Road. Brian and team were on top of it from the estimate, to working with the preferred vendor and getting all the repairs completed by the end of the very next day so my son had his truck to drive back to work today!!! I highly recommend this midas location they went above and beyond and we re very professional, honest, and dependable!!! Great job Midas Gull Road!!Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

I've been taking my car here for years and I trust these guys very much. I can tell that they care about their customers and doing the best job they can do. I can tell they're looking out for my best interests, not just looking for a profit.

This is the only place I will bring my car. Other shops I have been to have not been able to provide me with quick service, nor great customer service. The other shops I have been to will not have an appointment for many days or weeks and even once they do, you still have to wait even longer for the repair or they will charge a crazy amount to even look at my car. Midas has always been able to see me and repair my car the same day, regardless if I have an appointment or not. This last time I brought it in was a whoops on my partner s end and we didn t need the work we thought we did. They made the quick fix and sent me on my way, free of charge. With that being my third positive experience, I will always bring my car to this Midas thanks to Brian and the amazing technicians on staff here.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

My power steering fluid started pouring out both sides of my car by the tires...rack and pinion was my thought-thank you google. Called 7 places to get it in for repair....all were 2 to 6 weeks out. Contacted Midas via website. Got a call from Paul and he said "we can get you in tomorrow at 10am." I ask if my extended warranty would cover this. He said most likely, we will make the call, bring in your warranty. Not only was my rack and pinion covered they had to replace joints and tierods that were covered too....they took care of everything thing. No hassle at all for me. Paul and Brian kept me informed via calls through the whole process. Had my car back next day. Highly recommend this group of great mechanics. Dropped of my car for an alignment. The car does not make any front end noises and is solid. I wanted to use one of their coupons for the alignment. They said they need to check if everything is sound with the front the end before doing the alignment. Got the call 2 hours later that i need both tie rod ends for 370$, 450$ with alignment. The parts are literally 35$ at the dealership. When I asked them about the quote they said they hourly rate is 150$ an hour. That's more than the dealership. Would not recommend going there. They use coupons to get you in, then offer repairs that you don't need at an incredibly high price.
