Service was absolutely horrible. Olivia was the person I was working with and when I dropped my car off on 8/30 she told me they had the part and I would get it back the next day (8/31). 8/31 she called and said they don't have the part and I would have to wait until Tuesday (9/5) to get my car. On Tuesday I received a call saying that its taking longer than expected and I would get it back on Thursday or Friday (9/7 or 9/8). On Friday 9/8 I received a call from Mary (very sweet and respectful), who told me my vehicle is not done due to the wrong part being ordered so they had to order the new part in order to fix my vehicle and Monday (9/11) I would get my vehicle back. This has been the most frustrating thing in the world as being a college student living off campus I need a vehicle. The miscommunication between the mechanics and the receptionists has been beyond frustrating and I will not be using these services again. I'm giving two stars because Mary has been the saving grace of this whole situation and has been very understanding.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Although my car was not in perfect shape when I brought it in due to rust, the center pipe of the exhaust was not broken when I arrived. However, it was when I left. They were helpful and courteous at first, but did not respond when I messaged them back about the exhaust. I hope other people have better experiences than I did

This place is exceptional. The people are very friendly and very helpful. I love my Toyota and my Toyota dealership. This place doesn't try and milk you for your hard earned $. They truly are looking out for your best interest, and one other note, they have the best coffee in the tri kalamazoo area. If you are looking for a great deal and even better coffee look no further then Metro Toyota. Great service people, keep up the good work!

They were nice enough to tell me I had a light out. I Did stop in without an appointment. But they didn't ask what kind of oil. The previous dealer definitely put something else in because it had a 7500 mile sticker on it, but this time it's a 3000 mile sticker. That's the kind of thing they should ask about right? I'm not impressed.

Always easy to schedule and work is top notch. Been a Toyota customer for over 30 years. In and out in 45 minutes. Service was great.

Friendly and courteous Service Advisors. Quick service. Comfortable waiting lounge, with a variety of (machine) coffee.

This is where i bought my truck this is where i will get it service and fixed all employees at Metro Toyota are the greatest they treat you like a human and not like just another number
