I had an exceptional experience at Metro Toyota. Mikkel Kriegel was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me through the buying process. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. This is the second used car I have purchased at Metro Toyota and I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and impressive selection of vehicles.

My wife and I bought a used Rav 4 from Rob Mason in the used sales department. Everything with the sale went smoothly and professionally. Rob is a great salesman to deal with. We have been very happy with the vehicle. Unfortunately we found a issue with the steering wheel controls not working shortly after we took delivery of the vehicle that we didn't notice when we test drove it. Rob got the vehicle in for service and covered the cost of fixing the issue with the controls. We now have the vehicle back with repairs completed, and we are very happy with it. The service department was also very good to deal with. I would defiantly recommend doing business with the dealership to anyone based on my overall experience.

Recently accompanied my mother to purchase a 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross, making this the 4th vehicle purchased by our family from Metro Toyota. As always, sales and service staff were professional, personable and efficient. The Cross was ordered a few months ago and seems to be worth the wait. Ken was an excellent saleman who obviously has an immense knowledge of Toyota. He was not pushy at all and thoroughly explained all of the options I had. Extremely happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend anyone to shop with Ken at Metro Toyota.

We've had Toyota Camrys since 2005 and Camry Hybrids since 2010. We came to set up our car here for service and the service agents are very nice. And if you ve had yours serviced at any Toyota dealership in the country they can see your service history. This dealership is quite new as well, very clean and has a nice waiting room.

Metro Toyota Service Dept. just lost a customer. I had a $102 oil change at Metro this morning. I've never paid that much for an oil change before...anywhere! When I questioned the cost the attendant told me he "didn't set the prices." I tried to use a coupon card for $20 off and the attendant required that I use a coupon for $10 off because "the other card still had time until expiration." It expires in 11 days. I won't be back to Metro in 11 days. You all are better than this.

Recently leased a new Hybrid Corolla from Metro Toyota with my wonderful salesperson, Julia aka Metro Mom. She was a huge help in getting me through this deal and staying within my budget. 10/10 recommendation, don t go anywhere else on Stadium if you re in the market for a new vehicle.

Metro Toyota should be everyone's first stop to find a vehicle. They were not your typical sales pushy dealership. Don L. was AMAZING to work with. He always answered me back in a timely fashion and even helped me on his day off. Don made the entire process of purchasing a vehicle painless and fast. The entire staff were friendly and fun. Buying a new car for the first time is nothing short of a scary process being as young as I am. I had the privilege of having Julia as my sales consultant. I was in constant contact with her for about a month before I took the giant step to become the owner of a brand new 2023 Toyota Camry. She answered any/all questions (and trust me, I had a MILLION questions) I had in relation to what Metro Toyota had available and how the whole car buying process worked. When I made the trip down to Kalamazoo from Lansing, Julia was prepared for my arrival. To say she went above and beyond to make this process a lot less scarier than what I thought it was going to be, is an understatement. No questions of my own ever went unanswered. Never at one point did I feel overwhelmed given the fact that this was my first time buying a car. I can t begin to express the amount of excitement Julia and I shared together as I bought my first car. She is the most genuine person and I couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience. Words cannot express how thankful I was to have Julia by my side through this entire process. Julia also went out of her way to provide me with a loaner car until my new car got shipped to the dealership. Once that happened, she drove all the way from Kalamazoo to my work and presented me with my new car. She even was my own little photographer and took millions of pictures with my new baby! Thank you Julia from the bottom of my heart! Thank you Metro for your hospitality and it was truly a privilege to do business with such an incredible team!

Blane was the nicest and most knowledgeable salesman I ve ever had . He really made my wife s buying stress so much more enjoyable and manageable. He spent valuable time to reassure her of a large lasting purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Blane!

Blane Kurzmann was my salesman and I can t say enough about how happy I am with him, he helped me with everything though the steps, from finding the right one, test driving, purchase, transfer stuff between old and new car, setting up the radio-phone. Then contacted me the next day to see if I needed any other assistance to learn my new car. He is such a gentleman and definitely would refer him!!

I had the pleasure of working with Connor Moss at Metro Toyota. I had been looking for a Toyota 4Runner. I saw Metro Toyota would be receiving one soon and contacted them. Connor replied within 24hrs, set up a test drive, answered all my questions and kept me updated until my vehicle arrived. Thank you to Connor and everyone there for great customer service!! This was my second time getting a vehicle from Metro Toyota, as well as working with Alex Mcnett. Alex has been great to work with, he is knowledgable and personable. Metro had several Tacomas (in stock) at the price point we were interested in. Drove from Indiana on a Saturday arrived 90 minutes before closing time. Worked with sales consultant Tim Robertson, great guy easy going not high pressure. Sales manager got involved on trade allowance which was a positive. Tim and the finance manager stayed past closing to complete the transaction. Their detailer stayed to prep the truck for delivery also. No price gouging, no pressure to add on extras. I ve been in the wholesale auto business for over 35 years this is my first new truck purchase. Metro Toyota was above my expectations from a new car franchise. Check them out .

After suffering a total loss on my previous vehicle, Blane Kurzmann made the experience of purchasing a replacement as painless as possible. Got me in a car and was able to work within my budget as well. Great salesman and even better customer service. Metro was great, the whole team was very patient with us as this was our first car and we were new and inexperienced. Connor (our sales associate) was extremely helpful. He walked us through everything, and we couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone was extremely friendly, and they did their best to tailor our experience to our needs. They asked what we wanted and never tried to upsell us. Thank you guys all so much!

I just bought a Jeep Cherokee-Limited vehicle from Rob Mason. Rob was great. He worked with us to answer all of our questions and concerns over a 6 day period. He even texted us on his day off from work. On the day of purchase he was working with two clients at once and was very professional and polite with everyone involved. The best part is that he took the time on a Friday night to show me how to work all of the special features of the Jeep. Everyone else had already left for the evening, but Rob waited for us to finish with Kurtis in financing. (Kurtis was also remarkable and helpful!) Thank you for making our car purchase an awesome experience!!!!

I had to take my car in for diagnostics. $170 charge, plus a random $24 fee. And they charged sales tax on that as well. Total estimate was $900 for the repair. A licenced mechanic completed the repair in 2 hours, for $350 including parts. I will never visit this dealership again.

We've been taking our car here for maintenance for the last 4 years, and have never had a problem getting a quick oil change. We decided to purchase a car from Metro Toyota after contacting almost every dealer in MI and IL. This has been, by far, the easiest purchase experience. I am most impressed by the transparency in pricing, as well as the speed at which we were able to close the deal. No tricks. No haggling. No surprises. A great new car. Thank you Connor and team! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could; they deserve your business.The automotive supply constraints due to the Coronavirus really gave dealerships the opportunity to separate themselves. I can say that, on the whole, I was pretty disgusted with the kind of dealer markups/"MARKET CORRECTIONS" a lot of dealerships used.They did it because they could get away with it and it really separated honest dealerships from not-so-honest ones.Metro Toyota is the most HONEST dealership I have come across, and, having been in the market for a Civic Type R previously, I have probably called close to a hundred. Ziegler Honda across the street marked the Civic Type R they got in 2 weeks before I picked up the GR Corolla for $25,000.I really don't understand how anyone could be a loyal customer there or any of these mark up dealerships if they knew about this. Why be loyal to dealers who look for any excuse to fleece you?They could have easily marked up the GR Corolla they sold me, but they didn't.Terry was a great salesman to work with.I never felt pressured to add on dealer extras, but ended up adding on quite a few because most of them are genuinely good deals.I will buy from them again in the future, even if I leave the area, and you should too.
