I reached out a week ago to purchase a G550 at this dealership. We agreed on numbers, had a signed buyers order, and I was sent the financing application. My credit was immediately pulled and then they went silent on me. Kept giving me the run around for 6 days. In the meantime, I got my own approval through my private banker. Today, Chris, the sales manager, leaves me a voicemail that they can t sell me the car and want to sell it to local. Extremely unprofessional to waste a week of someone s time, run their credit, impact their credit, and most of all waste my valuable time just to bait and switch them. I asked MULTIPLE times if they could ship and Alex, the sales guy, said yes and even had given me the quote. Who runs someone s credit on a car that they had no intention of selling?! They basically just said sorry, but that it wouldn t change the fact that they want to sell the car locally. So BUYER BEWARE. this dealership will bait and switch you, run your credit and then wash their hands of you. Absolutely tasteless and poor business practice. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Very disappointed had my car Towed in, to Orin B Hayes November 2023 because it wouldn t start it set there for 2 weekswaiting to be diagnosed I was told the motor was no good and needed to be replaced and the cost would be $13.000 thousand for a new motor and they couldn t get a new Motor until end of January 2024. I had car towed away for a second opion real cause of cars problem bad battery . Solution Costco new battery $120 also to ad insult to injury Orin B Hayes refused to refund $140 for giving that false diagnoses.

I took my used Sprinter Van in for an oil change and complete look over before a 5000 mile drive back to Alaska. Their mechanic David was beyond helpful and gave me a feeling of complete security on my journey home due to his amazing customer service. I wish the Orrin B. Hayes dealership had a branch in Anchorage with the same devotion to customer satisfaction Orrin B. Hayes has. Great Dealership!

You shouldn't have to go to therapy after an oil change.I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the Mazda dealership, and I cannot emphasize enough how dissatisfied I am with their service. To begin with, they provided an incorrect quote for the services I needed, which was a red flag right from the start.Moreover, I was made to wait for an excruciating four hours before they finally "fit me in." To make matters worse, they allowed me to drive away without even bothering to ask if I wanted the check engine light issue addressed. As if that wasn't enough, the staff members had the audacity to eat food in front of me while I waited, showing a complete lack of professionalism.To top it all off, when I tried to express my frustration, they belittled me and escalated the situation. I would strongly advise against visiting this dealership for any services; they have shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency.

worst MB service team ever. Charge me for $230 to reduce some oil. Could got a whole oil change for that! Took 30 days to schedule a basic service and if you own Mercedes do not get service there as they have Mazda technician working on Mercedes car.

Really great service. Everyone I spoke to or interacted with were kind, courteous, and friendly. Service was quick and they even sent a little video via text where I could see what was getting done up close. All communication was done via text and was short and sweet. My Mazda and I are happy and we will be back!

I recently purchased a new Mazda and it had a flaw in the windshield that was noticed when I got it home. I took it to the service center and along with Frank and Joe it was promptly taken care of. I highly recommend the staff

This place deserves 0 stars the older guy who runs customer service in the Parts department has an attitude problem out this world! I understand that work is complicated but when someone is literally about to pay thousands to fix their car at your shop, have some decent customer service skills. On the other hand Tiffany was an angel and actually answered my questions without being sarcastic every two minutes. I get it you have worked there 42 years but with that experience I d think you d learn to talk to people better or learn how to hide your frustrations better. Highly not recommend, Borgman Mazda customer service was way better, I wish it was closer to where I lived so I wouldn t have to deal with this piece of crack customer here in Kalamazoo Michigan.

While my car did get fixed, it took 3 weeks when I was originally told 3 days. They did a diagnostic, was told I would hear from them that evening about what was wrong. I was texted 1 time during the whole day and told the car had been pulled in and never heard from anyone again the rest of the day. The next day I had to call and chase down Steve to get an update. Parts literally trickled in, I was given 4 different days as to when my car would be done, on those days I never got any kind of phone call or text that the job was delayed. I had to call and try to get an update. The tech had been out sick for a couple of days and I was never given an update. Parts were slow coming in and I never got an update. I had to call every time to get some kind of information and even then I'm on hold for 10 minutes just to be told the one mazda advisor couldn't be located or was with a customer. When I dropped the car off I told them to only do the critical things under the hood and I have a charge for a tire rotation which inever asked for and was never contacted about. Especially when I said only the critical things under the hood. At least it was cheaper than I was originally quoted. Simple communication and updates to the customer could alleviate all of this.

Little to none Mazdas in stock. I had to go out of town to buy from a dealer that had a selection of more than two Mazda products. Orrin B. Hayes get in the Mazda game or get out. I know it's a good product.

I could not possibly be happier with the service I received when buying a new Jeep at this dealership. At most dealerships, after buying several cars now, I find that you work with one salesman and they go back and forth to unknown entities, bringing you information to and from. We worked with Marty and he personally introduced us to each member of the team and they spoke with us personally from finance to the service department for our old car trade in, even the manager herself! I felt completely respected, valued and as though I truly was the top priority in this buying process. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I WOULD!! This dealership is incredible and has won my family's business for good. We got an amazing price, the exact car I wanted and the best customer service experience I think I have ever had. Marty was exceptional as was his whole team. If you are looking to buy a car, this is the only place to go!

I have been a loyal Orrin B Hayes customer for over 30 plus years. My father also drove nothing but Olds. I have never felt taken advantage of until today. I currently drive a Mercedes C 300. The left side rear view mirror turn signal was not working and I called to schedule an appointment to have it repaired. Prior to taking my car in I had Googled this problem and found numerous videos showing how to remove the mirror housing and replacing the light bar. The repair was a bit more involved than my husband and I wanted to tackle. I also checked with several local parts stores and found the light bar could be purchased for around $60.00.. I scheduled an 'A' service and air bag replacement at the same time. (The Air Bag replacement I have been waiting on since 2016.) I was told I had to replace the entire mirror assembly at cost of over $400.00. When I told Bill I did not believe the entire mirror needed replacement and suggested he watch the U Tube video he insisted the parts department had entered my VIN and it shows I needed to replace the entire mirror. Well of course it does! Naturally as par for the course they did not have the part and it had to be ordered. My question is why are there videos showing how to make this repair and why is there a part available for purchase to make the repair. I am not buying the fact they say the entire mirror needs to be replaced.. I understand a dealership wants to make money but there is a huge difference between $400.00 and $60.00. Bill did offer a reduction on the labor costs for the mirror. WOW! How about not taking advantage of me and just replacing the light bar rather than the entire mirror assembly? Why would a part be available if it can't be used? It makes no sense. The standard now is having to wait over 2 weeks to get your car in for service. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

We have a 2022 Wagoneer that has been in the shop for 7 months they did not know how to fix it then after they did fix it they left the steering mechanism loose so I had to take my truck back to them. They did not clean the car at all worse service place in MIchigan do not service your car from here!!! Buyer beware !!!!Tatanisha Jones

I had an initial communication and scheduling error with this team. The team lead called a few hours after this early frustration and was very accommodating. They were able to slot my vehicle in the following day and provided service in a professional and timely manner.A miscommunication and/or scheduling error is bound to occur from time to time. This team made sure it was customer first and is competitively priced for services.

Thanks to Wayne in the Body Shop for taking time to pop the bumper tabs back in on my Subaru Legacy! No charge at all and I'm so pleased to be able to drive safely again. I've had all my body work done at Hayes and they are always top notch; service really does sell it. :)

I recently had a very poor experience, but was very impressed by the attempt of the owners to make things right. They definitely care about clients' satisfaction and the dealership's reputation.They were really super at communication, were kind, and so far, so good! There's still a few loose ends, and the final outcome has yet to take place, but things are definitely moving in the right direction.Thank you for helping bring back the dealership I thought I knew!!!

I would like to give this place a good review, as most of the people here have been pretty friendly. But I have absolutely never experienced such difficulty in trying to get a non complicated procedure done on my car. I have returned 3 days in a row and things still haven't been fixed. I have never been so frustrated with a service shop. If I wouldn't have already paid for everything then without a doubt I would take it some place else. I do understand that things happen, but I should not have to come back 3, and soon 4, times to get it fixed.

I have had awesome customer service with Hayes! Kal has been a great salesman, has kept in touch very frequently after I purchased a used vehicle from them, making sure the vehicle was up to par and I was satisfied. And offered to have anything fixed free of charge. Would highly recommend!

Had to give them 1 star to be able to post wish I could do negative stars. Waited 1.5 weeks for appointment. Arrived 9am for 9:30am appointment and went to breakfast. Returned at 12 noon to find no one had even looked at my car. Issues were not resolved and called to pickup car about 6pm. Greg who came in around noon was only staff that was at all friendly and tried to help. Will not return.

Very pleasant and courteous staff. I had to cancel the first appointment at the last minute due to my mother having emergency hip surgery. I was given another appointment for a few days later. When I arrived for that appointment I was immediately greeted with inquiries about my mother. I was taken aback because I had forgotten I had even mentioned it! Oh yeah, the work was done promptly and professionally. Also, I really appreciated the ride to and from work on my time. I didn't have to wait for a scheduled shuttle. Adam was a pleasant conversationalist (even though he doesn't like his name which is a great name and what I named my son!)

Great small townpersonable service!! Smooth financing transaction and great vintage style facility. We will be sending this franchise a lot of referrals.

I purchased a new Mercedes GLE in October 2020. Over the last 9 months, my car has been driven 17k miles.I noticed the tires were very worn. We took it to our normal tire store and they stated the tires were too worn for 17k miles and should be replaced. I took the car to Orrin B Hayes Service Department today for the tires and they agreed they needed replacement.I was initially told they couldn't do anything for me, after some discussion they have agreed to pay half the cost for new tires.I am still disappointed I have to put any money towards new tires after just 17k miles, but happy with the compromise.

My salesman was very helpful and accommodating. He helped me get the vehicle I wanted in the price range I was comfortable with. I have dealt with Hayes before; I ve leased three Jeeps in the past. I have always been very satisfied with the service I received.
