I had such an amazing experience at Maple Hill Auto Group as I always do! This is my second vehicle I have purchased from this organization and they are a class act. They treat you like family the moment you walk in and take care of you from beginning to end. From the owners to the managers to the sales people and the F & I manager, it was top notch service. Thank you for making the purchase of my 2024 VW Atlas such a great experience! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting top notch service from a local business that cares about you and also about our community!

What an amazing experience. I felt completely heard, respected and engaged in the full process of getting a new car. Mike made me feel right at home from the initial email telling me there was a special program I qualified for, right through to the delivery of my new lease all without a hitch! Took car in for warranty replacement of the front badge which had paint peeling. Left with new scratches and swirls in the working area near the badge. Disappointed in the quality of service, car was returned in worse condition than it was dropped off in. I've never had issues with any general service with MapleHill, I would suggest looking elsewhere for anything cosmetic. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and honest.

I had an excellent experience with the service department here. My 2021 Atlas began having issues with the navigation system, and the team at Maple Hill was diligent with resolving the problem. It actually ended up taking a total of three weeks, between replacement of a few parts and troubleshooting (the problem kept reoccurring), but they kept at it and made sure it got done. Even though it took 3 weeks, it was very little inconvenience to me, as they went out of their way to accommodate and gave me a new 2024 Atlas as a loaner in the meantime. They were very mindful of the fact that my vehicle is almost out of warranty due to mileage, and wanted to make sure it was fixed because they knew I had a big road-trip coming up over spring break. I know if any other problems arise in the future, I ll be in good hands! The only issue now is that I want a new 2024 Atlas after driving one for 3 weeks lol, well played Maple Hill

This dealership is extremely friendly and helpful. I have had many poor experiences in the past with car dealerships, but this was not one of them. From start to finish, Kelsey did an exceptional job making the buying processes fun and easy. My situation was a little more difficult than your average deal as I needed a car quick and I live over 3 hours away. Kelsey answered all of my questions quickly and professionally and we were able to make a deal over the phone and get the vehicle within days. When I arrived at the dealership I was surprised by how genuinely friendly everyone was as I m not used to this type of culture at other dealerships. CB was also an absolute pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and personable. Even though I live so far away, I will 100% be using Maple Hill Auto to purchase vehicles in the future! 10 out of 10 would recommend to all my friends and family!

Can not recommend this dealer. Left a message through the website to see if I could get a quote on a 2021 Crosstrek, Tony called me and let me know he would get a price done for me.9 hours later I still had not been given an update on something that should have taken 20 minutes tops. I call back at 4:40 to see what the problem was to then talk to Kelsey who was not of any help at all really and seemed to have some kind of tone when telling her the price finally came up on the website finally.Regardless of all of this I ended up getting a new Subaru from a different dealer and hope anyone reading this does the same.If time and quickness in service is what you're after DO NOT COME HERE.You can save your reply as well I really could care less, trash experience on something that is supposed to be quick and a welcoming purchase turned into your salesman taking their sweet old time

Everyone at the dealership is nice, sincere and professional. Tom in finance did a great a job with my lease buyout and made the experience simple and smooth finding me an excellent rate. They have done all of the service as well and I ve been very well taken care of. It s an hour drive to the shop but they have a customer for life and hope to add another Volvo to the family soon!

I have enjoyed great service each time my car was serviced. Unfortunately, a service scheduler was very unsympathetic to the fact that my very nice low mileage vehicle has left me abandoned in major intersections several times. The scheduler seemed not to care that my car was completely unsafe and unreliable that I could not drive it. He made NO attempt to find me an appointment sooner than two weeks into the future, nor did he offer other transportation alternatives.However, when I finally got the car in for its service, I was given excellent service. The service was accurate and solved the problem in a timely manner. The service representative that handled my account went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. I think Maple Hill cares about its customers, and works to solve concerns.

Great customer service. My only complaint is an employee left perfume scent in the car that still lingers weeks later. No offense, but I don t want any foreign scent in my car after having it serviced. I have a very strong sense of smell. Thanks for your understanding

Poor communication! I have been waiting for almost three months for a return call from the finance manager. I have called and sent emails. Also, every time I go in for a service they promise me a car wash but when I pick up the vehicle I'm always told that they "must have forgotten to do so".

Service department is a great disappointment. Scheduling over 2 weeks out when your car is down for warranty repair work. Never has loaner vehicles available even if your warranty has a statement that a loaner "must" be provided. Then offers me a rental after they tell me my vehicle is ready to be picked up. Leaves all the cars being serviced unlocked in the parking lot so people in neighboring apartments can rummage through your vehicles. Lost my cabin air filter door then tried to sell me a new one on my second visit.All this headache after spending over $6,000 with their service team less than 3 months ago.

I went into Maple Hill on a whim, after researching electric vehicles. Traci Bohannon was the rep who approached us and asked how she could help. She immediately got us into a vehicle for test driving and we absolutely LOVED it. She went over various options and details and was able to answer all our questions and concerns regarding getting an EV. After giving it some thought over the weekend we decided to move forward and went in the next week to buy the vehicle. Traci had everything ready to go, went over various packages, and told us about all the perks and discounts for purchasing an EV, we never felt pressured or uncomfortable. She was so easy to work with, knowledgable and experienced, and she readily answered follow-up emails. I had such a positive experience that even though I won't be getting another vehicle for some time, if I ever do, I will be returning to Maple Hill and hopefully working with Traci again!

My car broke down while dropping my daughter off at school on a Sunday evening. We were able to get it into the dealership parking lot with hopes they would be able to get to it that week. Maple Hill Auto group was able to diagnose the problem, get the part and get our car fixed in just a couple of days. All this at a time when getting an appointment seems to usually take weeks! They had amazing communication so we knew what was going on, sent me a cool video so I could see what they recommended I do for the car, and even arranged a shuttle so my daughter was able to get to the dealership and pick up the car. I'm so impressed by their amazing customer service!

I cannot express how amazing the pre owned sales staff handled my fiance's purchase experience. Kelsey is an amazing sales rep. She it thurough, kind and patient. I will humbly acknowledge that there was a moment where my frustration with how my fiance was handled at other dealerships, got the best of me and some of that leaked over into this process. But Kelsey was patient and understanding. She did an excellent job. Her coworkers were equally welcoming and helpful when we first arrived and Kelsey was finishing up with a customer. And even the management department was helpful. Victor the pre owned manager was awesome. To sum it all up, they provided my fiance and I with an amazing experience and we are very happy with our purchase

Polite and professional. We were in for a warranty issue. Dropped our vehicle off and were given a loaner that has us interested in a new Subaru now. Repairs were done in a timely manor and we did now feel rushed to bring the loaner back. Great experience in all.

I've always had great experience from the service and parts departments. Multiple recall services on "older" Audis not purchased here and I'm always treated respectfully. Comfortable environment, waiting area, lounge, etc. Great communication from the whole staff. Clean and well staffed.

A class auto dealership ! This was not my first rodeo in buying a new car with service after the sale but at the age of 77 it has been my best. The New Subaru and my first is the best car I have ever owned Rides perfect and all the safety features keep us safe. The employees including the owner are down to earth real people wanting to make sure we are taken care of every step of the way. Please go there for service and to buy a car when in need you absolutely will be thankful that you put your trust in this dealership and. Its employees.

This was my first time to use the Subaru Service Department. I have a 2009 Subaru Outback that I bought from a friend. They did several major repairs and I feel I have a brand new car! It's unbelievable! The engine is now so quiet and runs as smooth as butter! The employees were all so friendly and helpful. They also detailed my car and I've never seen it so clean! The only negative thing to report is that it took some time to get an appointment, but it was well worth the wait. I will definitely use them again!!

Buyer beware. We bought a 2015 passat from here. Although we bought it s few years ago i felt compelled to write a review after a commercial recently advertised on tv about highest standards when buying here. Our car was losing oil immediately after buying and even told the dealership. They have its every excuse as to why. Lose oil drain plug to its normal (which its not).I had to finally take it to an import shop only to be told it's burning the oil. So they knew this and let it continue until it off warrenty. Vw doesn't require changes but every 10k miles. So given the runaround makes me leary of any dealership now. One thing i know, I'll never buy from here again.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they have a nice waiting area with a nice selection of compliments coffee, water, and snacks. The experience of purchasing my car was also simple and efficient and I didn't feel forced into anything. Overall, a great dealership.

Still unable to use my mobile ap and no one returns phone calls. Great car, but the dealership is really lackingHave called the number you provided 13 times since January 9th and never had a return phone call from them. They tell me it will take 5-7 days, but no one ever calls. No offer to help a customer that bought a premium vehicle. Just so frustrated that a manufacturer would build such an amazing vehicle and then not dedicate any reources to fixing the ones they have sold.

This is getting a one star for the service department. The sales side was wonderful. Our new Genesis GV80 with 28k mi has been in the shop and inoperable for the past 2 weeks and they aren t able to find anything wrong with it. It s clearly something electrical and possibly faulty sensors. Was told to clean the sensors. So now sending it to new Hudson to get work done.Update: after being at new Hudson for another 4 weeks, come to find out it was probably the ground wire. BBB complaint filed and Genesis manufacturer hasn t been much help at all. Was denied a loaner vehicle for the entire time. The buying portion of the vehicle was great however the service of Genesis dealer has been a nightmare. I WILL be getting rid of the GV80 and turning to the Grand Wagoneer. Have bought 8 vehicles from dodge and have had great service. Very disappointing especially after spending $74,000 on the GV80 and get 3k service.

I have a 2022 Hyundai Palisade that was covered for service and this was the closest dealership. After the last oil change, something was broken so the hood won't open. I tried to make an appointment to get that and a few other things fixed and and they said it would be at least December before they would look at it.I make an appointment for an oil change and it took so long for them to get me in that my car was 2,000 miles over the recommended limit. I called just to verify that my oil changes were still covered based on the number of miles on my car and they sent me to someone's voicemail and that person never returned my call.They made my appointment at 9:30am. When I was still sitting there at 10:50 and went to ask why it was taking so long, they said they had "just drained the oil" and still had to finish the oil change and start the tire rotation.My daughter has a Hyundai Tucson that needed a new part that was covered under warranty. They said they couldn't get the part because it was on back order. She drove with the bad part for 4 months and finally ended up at a dealer in Flint who got the part and replaced it immediately.The people working there seem to be nice, but clearly the shop is unorganized. In the future, I will drive further for another dealership rather than deal with Maple Hill. It's unfortunate.
