I have been a customer since 1980, and also worked there for six years. Super trustworthy and do not take advantage of people who don t know anything about cars. Bob, Chuck, Ben, and the gang are the best!

Bob and his crew always take care of me. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Honest work. Done in a timely manner. They tell you exactly what's wrong and fix it.

Lowders has been my go-to garage for about 20 years and for several vehicles. Bob and his team are fantastic. I feel 100% comfortable saying I have no idea what is wrong with my car, knowing I will get an honest answer.

And honestly they deserve 100 star review and i hardly leave google reviews but this garage deserves it because it s extremely hard to find a honest affordable mechanic. Well If that s what your looking for than stop looking because it s right here at louders automotive the only downside is they are such a outstanding mechanic work it takes a while to get into there shop but I promise it s worth the wait a shop like this is like a needle in a haystack .

Whenever I've needed work done on my car they are VERY friendly, courteous and will explain things where (me) common folk can understand. With all the years of family and now myself using their services, I would HIGHLY recommend them. They have always been honest with me.I remember couple years ago had them work on my car. I asked the mechanic if it was himself would he take the car on long trip to Florida? He said he would. So we did and when we returned I made a special visit to thank that mechanic and thanked him for his honesty with me.I would/do reccomend their services to anyone in need of good work done on their car. They are a LONG STANDING, ESTABLISHED business on the Eastside of Kalamazoo.Would rather use them verses going to dealership or elsewhere.Long Live A GOOD HONEST BUSINESS LIKE "LOWDER'S AUTOMOTIVE "

Service is great ! Everyone I have dealt with have been great. They shoot you straight. Let you know what needs to be done and best order to do them . Great place to have a vehicle looked at and repaired.

I absolutely love this place, Bob the man who runs this place is amazing customer service. And the mechanics in the shop work so hard and always do such an amazing job on my car. I have yet to go there and feel like I've paid too much or my needs weren't met. This place always goes above and beyond and I will never go to another mechanic as long as they are around

I went to get Tie Rods done. They do pretty good work. You just have to get in. They stay busy.
