Went to these guys for hail damage on my truck. They had to replace the roof and hood as well other various body repair. Upon pickup my interior was dirty, scratch the length of the truck, cracked hood vent, and they put 1,000 miles on my truck and left my tank empty. My gas nozzle neck was not secured with a bolt and fell down while driving. I had to zip tie it into place. Spoke with Josh who said they wanted to make it right so I took my truck back in after sending them multiple photos of damage and what needed to be done. Had to constantly check in with him for updates. He stated the truck was ready. I went over the list with him and he forgot some items but assured they d be done before I d pickup on Saturday. I moved and now live 2 hours away from here so I double checked with Josh everything s done and keys and gift card for the gas missing will be in the truck right? Yep, all good. I drive there and the keys and gift card aren t in the truck. Interior is filthy still. Spoke with Kevin the manager Monday who said the gift card was on Josh s desk and they didn t know where my keys were. Get a call from Kevin he s towing my truck, gift card, and keys to my home 2 hours away, awesome thank you! It gets here and the scratched and tore my tint on my windows. This whole experience working with them was more stressful than it should have been. Huge disappointment in their service and their word means nothing.

Recently I have repaired my car door and wheel in Gerber Collision & Glass. Excellent service! Great communication from start to finish! Highly recommended to others as well. They have updated me each and every step of the repair status. I really like that approach. Keep up the great work guys!

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience we have ever had with a body shop. We dropped our Honda CRV off to be repaired due to a collision in July. We were informed that when the estimate was done that only part of the car was estimated and they didn t have the parts for the other side to be properly repaired so they were going to have to figure out what to do next and we would hear from them in 24 hours. We waited 48 hours and we never heard from them. When my husband reached out to find out what was going on. He was given the run around and they even went as far as blaming our insurance company who had stayed in constant communication with us about what was going on from their end. At this point we were paying for a rental car which it turns out we didn t need because the car was just sitting in the parking lot. They never called us to say we could come get the car while they figured things out with our insurance company. In the end, our car sat at the body shop for two weeks with no repairs being done to it and very little communication on what the holdup was. The day before our rental was to be returned we were told the proper estimates had finally been submitted to our insurance company and the car was being totaled out!!! Leaving my husband without a car to get back and forth to his job at WMU. We were out $600 for a rental car we didn t actually need and when we went to go clean out the car of the rest of his belongings we were informed his $400 stereo (which he had received as a gift) had mysteriously been stolen which no one seemed to notice this whole time while the vehicle sat on their property and had a surveillance camera pointing at it! We were told Tim Randall from Denooyer would be looking at security tapes to review what had happened and possibly give us a description of who might have stolen it or what had happened. When my husband called a few weeks later to check back after not hearing anything he was given more of a run around and told they reviewed the tapes for the wrong vehicle so he had to go through and check the security tapes again. It is now October and we still haven t heard a word from them about anything even after we filed a police report which was absolutely no help! So my recommendation is TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! They will not communicate with you properly and there is no personal accountability or responsibility for anything that happens on their property! Instead you may end up like us out $1,000, no vehicle, and no communication from anyone that works for this business. If I could give them 0 s I would have.Update: My husband has been in contact with Kevin over the last 3-4 weeks and there has been no resolution. I truly don t feel like this is a priority for them to resolve because if it was they wouldn t have taken 5 months to do so. It s truly unacceptable to be treated this way! These people don t care about doing the right thing as a business or making their own mistakes right! This has become quite obvious to us throughout this whole ordeal as we have been told resolving this type of issue takes time. It takes more than 3 months for ownership to take responsibility and reimburse us for what we lost due to their negligence and lack of communication. I stand on what I said TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Great place to do business in an unfortunate circumstance. The GM Kevin is a concise professional and really knows his business. I've had to use Gerber for repairs in the past and I've always had a great experience. Keep up the good work!

After my car was stolen I felt violated. The team at gerber collision did a wonderful job keeping me informed. I did not give a 5-star review due to the fact there was glass in the trunk of my car I assume from my child s car seat base which was covered in glass after the theft. I did not realize this at first until I placed water in the trunk of my car which was punctured by the glass.

I had my car taken here, the desk staff was amazing.They were polite, responsive, patient, and personable.It did take a while for the service to complete and I had some hiccups with scheduling it out, but we have a supply chain storage, staffing shortage, and the logistics of insurance and repair shops isn't perfect. So I gave some grace in that space.Bottomline, I don't want damage to my car again, but if it does happen, I'd use their services again without hesitation.

Great knowledgeable staff. They communicate well and explain everything up front. I had a lot of body work fixed and they did a great job. Unfortunately it does take awhile to get in for extensive work. However I had a warranty part and when it quit working, they were able to get me in quickly and finished the same day.

I've yet to have repairs completed but the estimator checking my car out was attentive and thorough throughout the whole process, while still getting me in and out of there in a timely manner. I've never had a car worked on and I now feel like I have more of an understanding of the process. Thanks, Mitch!

These guys were amazing. The turnaround was so fast and I was able to track progress via text. They handled everything with my insurance for me. Really couldnt have been a better experience. I've used this place twice and both times I had a horrible experience.The first time was prepandemic they ordered all the parts for an SE intead of a Limited as per the Insurance Estimate even though they had the car sitting right there. Pushed the job back three weeks. Got in the car drove two blocks and it overheated. Insurance was over it and I had to pay another $1,700 out of pocket.Second time was during the pandemic. I know supply chain was screwed up so I actively asked multiple times if they had all the parts because my car was still driveable but wouldn't be driveable once they tore into it and I couldn't afford a rental for a month. I was assured multiple times they did. I got a call the day before to say I would be able to pick up my car. Then the day of pick up they told me they were still missing parts. Ended up paying for a rental car for another two weeks. Again they never test drove it head lights were out of whack and was leaking coolant from an untightened clamp.Don't go to this place unless you want to spend more money once you get your car back.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and helpful from the time I walked in and dropped off my keys to the time I came back to pick up my car. The stand-in receptionists, along with Susan, Kevin, Cameron, and Eli all were impeccable when it came to providing me with excellent service and Five-Star level care for my car. Accidents are no fun, but I would DEFINITELY enjoy coming back to Gerber Collision & Glass if the need should arise. my car went in the last week of august for minor repairs. it is now october 18th and i still have not gotten my car back. was just informed one of their workers broke something else on my car and now i have to wait for that to get in and get done. im supposed to be going home for a family wedding this weekend but probably won t be able to thanks to gerber. also have barely been able to work due to not having a car. so thank gerber. really. you re amazing.

I went in for an estimate and repairs, the young lady at the front desk was amazing. Susan was knowledgeable in the process and super friendly. Every time I called she was always helpful when Cameron was unavailable.

Very rude and disrespectful! I asked how long the repairs would take so I could get a rental lined up with enterprise, I was told they would know until the repairs are being done I then said isn t that what I got the estimate done for and I got hung up on.Took my business to K&D Body shop in three Rivers. I highly recommend them

They took nearly 8 weeks to get my truck back to me and then the visor light and bluetooth microphone were no longer working when I got it back and they both worked fine before it went in
