I was told my car would be ready today, they have had it now for a week. When I called today, I was told it would be another 3 days. The person I spoke with was rude and told me to get car rental insurance and this wouldn t be a problem . Will never use this auto body shop again.

TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I've gone here twice, the first time they didn't adjust my headlight properly (leaving a blind spot on the right while driving at night) and the bumper wasn't pinned completely (sticking out near the headlight). I should have taken that as a sign to never return but I gave them a second chance. The second time after paying for them to "fix" my car, they blew up every form of contact to make sure I was satisfied. I wasn't. I took the car back and they told me to my face "they don't do that work here". My front end was damaged from a rear-end accident. I talked to three different employees BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER my car "repair" telling them the damage was more than cosmetic. The first employee told me to take it to a mechanic to get scanned before I bring it in for my appointment, the second said they would scan it while they work on it to assure all damages were repaired, and the third said they scanned it and they would "take another look". The third employee told me what was wrong in the parking lot, drove it to the back to rescan it, and then said "we don't do this work here, we take it to a shop down the street for these repairs. you can take it there yourself but I don't know how long it will take, they prioritize our repairs." IS THAT NOT WHAT I PAID FOR?! They also did a sh.t job with the headlights again, the hood looks incorrect, and again the bumper parts weren't put on all the way.

Had estimate done on damaged vehicle. Employees were friendly and professional. Prompt service and were able to get my truck in quickly for repairs. Highly recommend.

Gerber was extremely quick and efficient to work with (through our insurance agency). The vehicle was finished much faster than we were quoted, and we were given a very extensive breakdown of everything that was replaced/recalibrated, etc. they were much faster than other body shops in the area. Thank you!

Had my door repaired here 6 or so years ago. The repair didn't hold and I brought it back. They totally honored their lifetime warranty and supplied me with a loner car at no cost while they took care of the repair. The staff absolutely wants to get it right. When I picked it up, I saw a few things not quite right, and as soon as I pointed them out, they asked if they could take it back and fix them up, which they did! Caden kept me informed with phone calls throughout the process, Sally at the front desk is very personable and easy to talk to, and Kristin walked me through everything at the initial consult. Great team. It was clear they weren't satisfied until I was satisfied. Thanks Gerber!

After some slight damage to my tail light, I went to Gerber Collision and Glass to have it replaced.Mark was able to find a tail light within a few days, and installing the part only took about 10 minutes.I definitely recommend this shop to anyone with collision issues. Everyone was helpful and experienced.

I took my car in after I hit a deer, I was a little disappointed that they said it would take up to 2 months for it to be repaired. However that wasn't the case ! They took care of everything in a speedy manner and updated me frequently. I was very pleased by the work they did. Caden was excellent, super helpful with all insurance questions and repairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing autobody repairs.

I received a referral to this body shop from an insurance agent. I dropped my car off 5 months ago to be fixed. I am still without my car with no resolution in sight. I visited the body shop this week and the individual I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and professional and presented a case of why my car was there 5 months and why it may be there another 5 months. While there are many points from this case that are troublesome, a couple that stand out are that I get a update at least once a month saying my car will be fixed within 30 days. That has happened five times now. The second point is we are constantly told how we are in exceptional times, but at no time does the the business make any exception to ease the customer burden. It is business as usual and the business model is failing badly. I have no choice at this point to accept the significant financial burden that will fall on me because this business cannot deliver on its initial promise to have my vehicle fixed within 30 days with their highly touted "quick service".

I took my car in for an estimate. The service was great! They were very informative! Unfortunately, they were unable to fix my vehicle due to the damages being too far spread apart. My car was totaled.

Insurance company highly recommended and essentially forced me to use them. Went to get an estimate to decide what to do with my vehicle. Next thing I know, the told the insurance company I was ready to repair it and they got paid. Made an appointment for a specific day. Found out the day before, somehow it was never put in their system. Had to wait 3 more weeks. Finally got my vehicle in, then I find out that they used a different type of bull guard on my bumper. It looks OK, but they never asked me if that was acceptable. I will NEVER use them again. The actual body work was acceptable.

They were very helpful. Our car was totaled due to extensive crash damage. Based on their helpfulness, I would not hesitate to use their body shop services if needed.

Absolute unprofessional.Do not recommend whatsoever.I was referred there by insurer. We called in, they advise to bring the car for quotation. Got there, was told an estimator will see you shortly, a guy comes out walks by me in the waiting area (and I was the only person there) goes to the car and comes back saying I don't see what is wrong. that's when I realize who was "the estimator" , rudeness comes cheap.I walk out to the car, showed him, he takes a zillion pics, walks away and says to leave email for quotation. I told him to send estimation to insurer (who they should be aware of) . yet he sends an email to me cc'ing insurer , close to $ 1000 for two minors scratches (anyhow it is the insurer's coverage so..) , two scratches he missed on his first way out !a week later, no response from insurer , it turns they put the wrong email address (yeah it was just a typo sure !!) , so we correct the address and we resend to insurer and shop. The insurer replies that they'll reach out to shop because there are no pics, no license pic... again very professional.two days later insurer advises us that they spoke with shop, who is unable (or unwilling) to provide ETA for the job to be performed, they advised me to just look for a different bodyshop.WHAT a WASTE of TIME of an unprofessional, rude and in no way one I would trust my car with let alone pay him. GET your service done somewhere else and I hope the inusurer takes his service for someone like this and would not recommend him ever to their clients. could not put a zero star, i would if i could.

Kelly and the team were amazing. They always kept me posted on the progress of the repairs. They worked with me on which types of parts to use as replacements. They even extended my rental car for me when they needed more time to complete. Gerber called the morning after I submitted a claim with a State Farm to schedule an appointment for the same day.I drove through a snow storm to get to the shop and was told they didn't have any estimators on site because they didn't want to come in that day.Then was told to come back without an appointment the next week to get the estimate.They made no effort to cancel the appointment or contact me to let me know the situation, mind you they scheduled the appointment the same day, so they already knew no estimators were on site.I chose to go with Dyer Auto Body very close by. I was able to drive right over and get an immediate estimate from professional staff.

Took my truck in for back in damage from an accident. Covered and preferred by liberty mutual. Dropped it off with the intent of having them fix my collision damage. They took as long as they said they were going to. They texted frequently with updates. Truck was done on time (took about two weeks). When I i got there I thought my truck looked weird... then noticed my cover was not put back on. I asked them to put it back on and they acted like I didn't bring my truck in with one.... After they put it back on I started my truck and realized it sounded a little louder but drove home anyways. Then When I was backing out I realized my back up camera was not hooked up. I took my vehicle back to them the next day and they acted like none of it was their fault. They did end up fixing everything but it was not a very pleasant experience. I would not recommend them. I also will not be going back here.

A corner of my rear bumper was detaching whenever I went on the interstate, so I took my car to Gerber for a quote. I waited less than 5 minutes before someone came to look at my car.The mechanic, Scott, helped screw my bumper back into its place and cheerfully answered all of my questions. Even better, he didn't charge a penny for the excellent service he provided, saying that it was a simple fix. To be able to provide great service and not charge for any thing really speaks to how much Scott and Gerber value customer service. I would highly recommend this place as it is a place where staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.

Jeff was really helpful, knowledgeable and honest. He explained that the problem I was having with my windshield was actually just a cosmetic issue and that there was no need to fix it. I really appreciated his honesty! And he didn t charge me anything for his help. Other places I called were saying they d have to replace my whole windshield! I definitely recommend Gerber for windshield repairs/replacement.

They take care of customers, friendly, honest and will correct and help remove deductibles even when insurance companies want to make you pay for obvious not at fault hit and run rear end damage. I left ten dollars a $5 and five $1 dollar bills and they didn't take any. Very pleased with dealing and interacting with this company and its employees.

I dropped my car off and was given an estimated completion date. My car had minor damage <$1000 worth of work and therefore a few days was reasonable. My car was completed two days after the date I was given. I understand there can be complications or hold ups but when they said they were slow and looking for work, the delay was unacceptable. Luckily, I had other means of transportation to get to work, my motorcycle, but that was weather permitting. An offer of a complimentary vehicle for a few days would have been nice. My dad picked up the car and they failed to describe what exactly they did besides hand him a detailed receipt and send him off. Apparently they painted something? That was the reason for the delay they claimed. Was I allowed to wash and wax my car the same day or not for a few weeks? Who knows. The quality of the work seemed superb, which should be expected with a few extra days. However, after taking it on the highway, I noticed a whispering sound that I haven't heard before. Either the door or window doesn't seal correctly (just a guess). I'll be taking it back to see what they can do. I hope they are able to make things right. My family and friends have always taken their cars and have received quality work and excellent customer service. I'm not sure if they're under new management with their new name "Gerber" but I will no longer be taking an of my vehicles there again.

They beg you to do a survey and tell you they back their work. But as soon as something goes wrong it's excuses after excuses. All Lies will never use them agan!!!! Don't go there.

This place is a joke! My truck has been at their shop for almost 4 months and nothing has been done to it. Every time I call it's excuse after excuse. Take your vehicle somewhere else besides this unmanaged shop!

Called this shop to get a quote for damages that occurred to my vehicle and was told to come in between 1 and close and they could get it on a lift to look at it. Get to the shop and was immediately told I need to schedule it to get it on a lift. After I told them they said they would the employee takes my keys and assuring me they will get it on a lift to look at it. Needless to say they only put it on a floor jack.... Don t tell your customers that you will do work and then not do it.

The Gerber staff were able to help me navigate 3 separate insurance claims (my car had a lot of bad luck!) and get the entire thing fixed. They kept me updated throughout the process and were super helpful!

Even though garbage has to be hansens. It's one of the best body shops one could ever dream of taking a vehicle to I taking my 2018 Dodge Ram head that was hit and took him a month to fix it $29,000 damage to it they did a splendid job to it made it look like brand-new it drives like brand-new I ain't had a problem with it and I would recommend anybody take the vehicle to go to get it fixed

Sad thing is they never had a chance to work on my car!!! It was deemed a total loss :(However their staff was very reassuring and caring and concerned and took the time to care for me as a human in distress!! That meant the world to me. Hopefully I never have to come back, but hey accidents happen!! If i ever need a repair facility in the future or my friends ask...Gerber!!Thanks again!!
