I've been going to discount tire since I was a very young non driver. Always loved watching the tires get changed. Fast and friendly service at this location. Be sure to schedule ahead online. It makes the process so much faster and easier. Well stocked waiting room and clean bathroom. The protection service for the tires is top notch.

This is the best place to get tire/wheel service. They have an amazing staff and great pricing. Very friendly and affordable. I'll def be going back when the times comes.

Best service I ve ever received. Tabytha and the manager (feel terrible I can t remember his name) actually made me feel like I was a good friend. They treated me with The upmost respect and worked with me more than they should have honestly. I want you guys to know my family and I are very thankful for the blessing you provided us. I have used Discount Tire for years. All of the locations have been wonderful. Today, Evan made sure my visit was extra special, making sure all of the bases were covered with my purchase. Thanks, Discount! Keep up the great work!

This Discount Tire is absolutely top notch! I ve never run into one employee, from the service manager on down, who was not the most helpful, go above and beyond, customer service centered, employee.I tell everyone to go there and now I m telling Google land!

Had 11:15 appointment to rotate and balance tires. Got there at 11:05 and left at 11:55 with my vehicle never being pulled into the bay. Estimated time of completion was 12:30.

Seems we are not allowed to air up our own tire now.Instead I got to sit for ten minutes with the only interaction being to be told someone will get to you.Now I know this isn't a money making venture, however it's not a great way to treat someone who has bought a lot of tires from this company over their driving lifetime.

Went to Gull Rd. store to get tire changed over. Manager and crew went above and beyond to make sure I was safe when I left with my car. God bless these very thoughtful and and generous people

I ve never had a bad experience here and any of the staff I ve interacted with have been professional and understanding when it came to my car and tire needs. I ve never felt talked down to solid place.

They messed up my wheel hub and they didn't fix it, i was the one who took it to the garage to fix it. And I told them to treat my bill like CarAdise so i could have my discount from uber, I'm uber driver but they don't. All my trip there was completely mess.

Made appointment online and recommending doing it as everyone else is getting ready for summer! Everyone is friendly! In and out in like less than hour! Had to do a last minute tire change, happy they got me in! Drove 2k back to NV! Thank you!

Best tire experience I've ever had, period. (sorry this is long, feel free to skip to "conclusion" as a short cut)I don't live in Kalamazoo, so I've never been to this store before.Our Dodge Dart hit a huge pothole in Kalamazoo causing a nasty flat tire (not repairable), and 2 other tires had small bulges on n the sidewall. We were caught off guard at 5:45pm in Kalamazoo, so we just paid for 1 cheap new tire and planned to research and upgrade all 4 tires very soon (and keep the new one as spare).Although they closed at 6pm, the team stayed late to fix us up. They finished up at 6:30 and pulled the car out. It looked like they washed all the tires for us, so we thought.*CONCLUSION*The manager (Matt) came out, shook our hand and told us we are all set. He then told us thanks for choosing Discount Tire over the years. He saw in his computer we've bought several tires for several different cars from Discount Tire. He had a few gently used Michelin tires on hand so he swapped out the bulged tires as well, as a favor. He just didn't feel right about us driving on the tires with those bulges in the sidewalls.WOW. In an instant Matt turned a horrible day into an incredibly positive experience. If ever there is a way to make a customer feel valued, or to earn someone's future business. Guess where we will be buying the upgraded all weather tires from?Thank you to Matt, Tyler and the entire Discount Tire team on Gull Road in Kalamazoo. You guys made a lasting impression!

We have four cars in our family of four and we have been taking our cars to this Discount Tire location on Gull Road for many years. I have been consistently impressed by the professional, helpful service that we have received! I took my car in this morning in order to switch out my winter tires, and the service I received was exceptional! Once again, everyone was kind, professional, competent and quick! The opportunity to schedule an appointment online is so convenient and easy! These days, I don t feel like excellent customer service is always a top priority with businesses. Clearly it is at this Discount Tire location. I would like to share my appreciation and highest recommendation for this wonderful business!

Seriously great place. Turned a horrible day into such a positive experience. The team checked my tired, informed me of my options, set up my account, and replaced my tires in under an hour. Andrew had helped me and was SO kind and patient. 10/10 recommend.

Had appointment at 11:15 am, it s 12:05 pm and truck just got pulled in bay. To fix a flat and rotate, they say it will not be done until 1:30 pm. I have been buying tires for 25 years from Discount Tire, this will be the last Many other places to buy tires

Did a great job but had a issue they put the weights on front on are custom rims which has a lip for but no one wants that ugly weights on front of a custom rim but they jump right on it and fix it for us with a smile i wish I remember there names but guys there took great care of us . No one perfect it about how you handle the issue and they did great

Discount tire has been a wonderful help with our vehicles. Free rotation and warranty are excellent. They just patched our tire today for free and we're back on the road. Kind and polite team!

After Bell Tire told me they couldn't find me any winter tires for my 2021 Ford explorer st they tried to get me to spend $4,500+ to get me "taken care of". I talked to the store manager Andrew Lyster at Discount Tire who found me the tires I wanted with options! Andrew somehow pulled off getting me in the same day so I ended up buying new wheels too! Excellent service at a good rate I will forever bring my vehicles here in the future!

I stopped to have a tire plugged. The leak was to close to the side of the tire. This situation is unsafe to repair. But the tire was previously plugged on the sidewall, not at a discount tire center. I appreciate there concern for me and passengers safety.Lot of work was spent to prevent the spread of the covid- 19. Thank you.

Worst tire in Kalamazoo went to get air put in my tire, they guy told me no I'm not putting air in the tire you got to buy a brand new one this is the 2nd time I was refused service i thought after a year things would have changed but i guess not.

Got New tires mounted and Balanced at Gull rd Location, guys were friendly and did a great job and made sure I was content with the job before I left. Will definitely keep my business with them!

Had a flat tire. I expected to get it plugged and that would be that.When the service technician looked it over, she asked me how old the tires were. I figured they were about 8 years old (I don't drive much, the tread was barely worn.Turns out tires get aged by sunlight as well as use. My tires looked pretty good to me, until the tech showed me what to look for. She educated me about tires. Turns out 6 years is the maximum life.Those tiny cracks in the rubber can cause a tire to literally shred apart on the road. I drive a van. Top heavy vehicles (vans & SUV's) are prone to rollovers if you have a blowout when you're on the expressway.I'm taking a long trip out west this summer, and I decided to get new tires all around. Better to be safe than sorry.Thanks, Discount Tire. You made my life safer by teaching me what to look for.

Holy customer service Batman! I am literally not leaving this parking lot until this review is posted. Matthew and Andrew were amazing. Not just with me but with every single person they came in contact with during the hour I was there. I have been a Discount Tire customer for years, now I am a fan! If this us the result of training by Discount Tire, keep up the good work. If this is just these two men, I suggest you promote them to train all of your employees. Seriously, customer service is a dying art and it matters!
