3/20/24 1:00 pmHad a bulge on the side of one of my front tires. Guy looked at it, told me I can get 1 free tire because of a warranty. Paid 160$ for 2 tires. Was in and out in under an hour. Would recommend.

I was having a really bad day cause my tire blew out, thankfully Brendon helped me pick out a tire that has been super comfortable to drive on. The guy that worked on my car was super friendly and the staff in general seemed super cool. 10/10 experience, and I will be back.

Made an appointment online, came in and worked with Will who was very helpful as well as informative. I was happy with how I and my car were both handled-great customer service and competent work done on the car.I highly recommend the extra Certification Warranty thing on your tires-all tires come with a regular warranty in case of manufacturing defects-but the extra fifteen bucks for the cert covers additional damage from things such as nails or road damage.(In my case I had a bulge in my sidewall, and my tire was replaced for free despite it probably being one too many curbs hit at drive throughs).Thanks to Will's friendly service and no questions asked or hassle about the certification and free tire replacement, I'll be heading back to purchase the rest of my tires later this week. I wouldn't go anywhere else, this place always takes good care of me and my car.

These guys just want to sell tires. Came in for a simple patch and repair. Without even taking the tire off they said we can t fix that. Took it down the road to my dealer and they fixed it no problem. These guys suck.

Do not recommend buying tires online from them because that was nothing but a hassle however, props to William who helped me with my dilemma dealing with the website. They also put 4 brand new tires on my car and completely it within 20 mins. I am throughly impressed. Way to go guys!

Best experience I ve ever had at a discount tire this last August. Made an appointment for new tires for my wife s vehicle and I was in and out in 20 minutes with 4 new tires. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Highly recommend Discount tire on Stadium drive. Mark and Jeremy are excellent to work with. There level of professionalism and knowledge, friendly and took the time to explain options for me. Once I chose the tires/wheels that I wanted everyone worked efficiently to have my vehicle ready quickly. Very thorough in checking alignment and balance to ensure a smooth ride. Throughout the entire process, I felt like my satisfaction was their top priority. They were happy to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service I received. I will definitely be back for any tire needs.

Despite previous positive experiences and positive references from acquaintances the service today was horrible. They finished the new tires while I was there and parked the car at the end of the lot and then did nothing. I was told I would get a text but no text or anything. It was NOT busy. I waited 10 minutes and asked a service rep who informed me that someone would hand me my keys when it was done and blew me off when I said the car looked done and parked at the end of the lot. I waited another 15 minutes and told the service rep that my car had been completed for a while now and parked at the end of their lot. He finally asked me what car mine was and just handed me my keys and the completed packet. They clearly have a broken service process in the handoff between getting the car completed and communicating with the customer. Horrible.

Went in for a new set of Michelins. Salesman Jaime was not only extremely helpful and professional, he was a very nice guy. The installers did a very neat and clean job. I was in and out much quicker than I imagined I would be. I am very pleased with my experience at the Stadium Drive Discount Tire overall. I recommend these folks 100%. Thanks guys for a great experience !

Brought my car into my normal auto shop today for an oil change today and they found lugnuts all over my tires and said when my tires were replaced last (discount tire) they completely messed it up and did it wrong and it wasn t even safe for me to drive. Could ve blown off at any time. Can t even do tires correctly at a tire place. Yikes

Don't get you tire pressure checked there. They'll have you wait there for over 20 minutes without anyone helping. What a fool I was to sit there for nothing. What a joke of a service.

Absolutely wonderful! Every interaction I've had with this shop has been extremely positive. Not sure if every Discount Tire is like this but I am a longtime customer at the Stadium Drive location and will not be switching shops anytime soon. Everyone is so nice and I feel very comfortable going there by myself as a woman with limited knowledge regarding cars. They take the time to greet everyone with a smile and to answer questions thoroughly. Their services are stellar and I have nothing but compliments regarding the work they have done on my car.

Logan was the best I walked in immediately he acknowledged me. 5 minutes later he looked at my tires, quoted a price and told me everything I needed to do to be safe. Thanks Logan and Discount Tire

I went here to find out why both my front tires were leaking air. The guy came outside and inspected it andjust assumed that both my rims needed replacement due to "corrosion" and my tires were bad due to "dry-rotting" and he stated that it was the reason why my tires leaked air. The guy didn't even drive the car inside the shop to inspect them thoroughly, so I just took his for it. I refused to pay hundreds of dollars for new tires and rims cause the wheels looked fine (just a little beat up and ugly due to the age of the car). so I went to a local tire shop and they quickly found my problem and fixed it right away and told me that I didn't need new tires or rims cause they were in decent shape, just had a bad stem on one tire and on the other tire had a nail punctured through. I knew all along that I still had great wheels. Shame on that worker at discount tire for not even inspecting my tires at all. I think it was pure laziness from his part. After this, discount lost my business due to that guy just assuming and not actually inspecting the tires to verify the problem. Im so glad I did business with this local tire shop I found in the area because they actually got to work and fixed it.

Dropped a tire off to get a hole plugged. I specifically asked for them to please be careful not to scratch the rim. Upon receipt after the repair, the rim had 2 scratches around the lip and 1 long across the face.

Excellent service here! Staff was friendly and helpful. I was estimated an hour and half as I was here on a busy day and they got me done thirty minutes early! No complaints and the price was right!

Shout out to the guys at Discount Tire. Service is not dead here!! Had a low tire and all my valve caps were rusted on! They were able to replace them and Logan ( the service representative) kept me up to speed on what was happening. They got me in quick and without an appointment! Thanks to Logan and all the guys that helped me out!

They were awesome!!! Our tire blew out, and our spare hobbled us there. We called ahead and they waited for us -It was a Sat afternoon near closing time. So grateful!!!!

on saturday (12/11) i woke up to a flat and the first tire place i went to was no help. when i called Discount tire they were able to give me an appointment to get it fixed. Logan was the one who was outside when i pulled in for my appointment and found the issue pretty much right away. unfortunately i had a gash in the side wall which means the tire needs a replacement. when showing me replacement tires, he showed both a higher end and a mid grade tire. giving the cons and pros of both and not just trying to up-sell the expensive one. his customer service was superb. definitely will be coming back for any tire needs i might need in the future.

My wife Nancy stopped in to check her tire pressure. Noah diagnosed a nail in her tire & called James for a tire thread assessment, and found out we needed new tires. Thank you Logan for providing solutions to my wife's driving safety. Great Teamwork! We value Discount Tire, on Stadium Drive, Kalamazoo.

I picked up a screw in my tire, which itself they offered to fix but my tire had taken damage getting to a safe spot to change the spare before I brought them my wheel and tire. I worked with Jessie (I think) yesterday, and he was very informative and helpful, showing me that my fears were correct and the tire was unrepairable. He offered a couple suggestions, I told him I'd come back with the car tomorrow if the spare held up and it did. Came by this morning before work with no appointment, worked with Pierce who was very efficient and helpful. Very happy to work with them. Definitely would recommend.

The Stadium location is the best! We ve had tire and wheel issues with all three of our cars lately and Jeremy has been incredibly helpful and patient with us. Top notch service from everyone here at this Discount Tire! Hopefully we won t need to be in for awhile, but when the need arises we won t go anywhere else!
