$2000 buys you 20 miles and bad customer serviceIn the beginning of July, my Equinox started giving me a "Reducing Engine Power" message and it became quite difficult to drive. I do a lot of highway driving and getting up to speed just didn't happen which made it quite unsafe to merge and drive on the highway. I called up and made an appointment to drop it off on July 11th.So here is where my issues truly begin. Brian told me that it was a sensor issue or something, I don't know vehicles at all, all I know is that it wasn't driving right and I wanted it fixed. I say ok, fix it up. The other issue was that it was also sending some exhaust code, which was still on warranty from the last time it was in the shop a year ago. So that will be getting covered no problem. Except that's when I have absolutely no communication from you guys there on out. After 2 weeks of not having my car I called Brian about once a day and left a message looking for an update. After 4 days of no answers and no returned calls I just called the service department. I was told Brian was busy with a customer but the parts they needed just happend to come in that day and the car will be done in a day or two. So after 2 days and no updates I start calling again, just for some information. If you can't fix the car yet that's fine, but I don't appreciate being left hanging, thinking my car is done based on what I have been told. After 4 more days, (we are up to 3 weeks of no car at this point) Brian returns my call, says that the car will be done by that Thursday. I give it to the following Monday before I start calling again as I still have no car, nor do I have any information as to what is going on. 4 weeks go by, still no car, still no information... I once again start calling, just once a day, just wanting an update, a real update. I reach out to the service desk again, and again Brian is too busy to talk so I am told two more days... again. It is at this point I just give up. Obviously I am being strung along for some reason, I don't believe I have been unreasonable or rude. I don't know. On Friday August 11th I received a text stating the vehicle was finished. Hooray!So I pay, get my Equinox and head home. Except here is the kicker, as I am driving home the "Reduced Engine Power" message comes on as well as my check engine light, again. Back to the exact reason that I brought it in for service in the first place. So I call, no answer, I leave another message. No call backs. I email and call the service manager just looking for a solution or something. I hate thinking that $2300 of service was only good for 20 miles before my car is acting up again. If you are hoping for a resoluton here I can't give that to you. Here I am, 3 weeks of calls and emails with nothing to show for it. Don't worry though, they still have my money. Highly advise taking your business elsewhere.TL,DR: Spent a lot of money, car doesn't get fixed and was completely ignored. If you value your money, time, vehicle, communication, yourself, then please, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

They ve had my car over 48 hours, have not called me and when I call they can t even connect me to someone who can give me an update. Poor customer service practice
