I am very impressed with the service my wife and I got here.Working with Charles, Jake, and Eric was a breeze. They held a car we wanted for us. It even was in the showroom at our arrival - so cool!Another nice touch was the General Manager , Dan , coming up to us and introducing himself.Overall just a great experience. Will go out of my way to come back and buy a car from Coke Buick GMC.

Kyle...Great sales guy...Was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in a purchase for my friend Michael...even 2 weeks after purchase they helped fix Something on His pre-owned Pro-X4....That Was Excellent And it shows Coles goes beyond Helping their customers up to and beyond the purchase date....Great Place and thats why this was Michael's second purchase in past 4 years....Thanks Again...Kyle

My experience with Cole Nissan was great! I located the car I wanted online and they had it all gassed up and ready for me to test drive the moment I arrived. Clint joined us on our test drive (since we were unfamiliar with the area) and was very friendly without being pushy. Jeremy was very nice and willing to work with me on the price for my trade-in, and Paul was extremely helpful explaining my different options in financing and warranties. I felt as if everyone at the dealership was genuinely excited to help the customer and not just doing a job, and as someone who has worked in sales, that is very high praise! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will be telling my friends and family to check them out next time they need a vehicle. Thanks Cole Nissan, I love my new car!

Neil was absolutely great to work with for the purchase of our new Buick. He exceeded our expectations with his outstanding level of customer service and professionalism. We drove 2 hours to buy just from him!Would highly recommend Cole Automotive!

I have to say that my total experience working with the sales team at Cole s from the moment I walked into the Dealership to the time I drove out with my new Cadillac was excellent! The introduction to Cadillac line-up presentation by Jacob, choosing the right car for me, the negotiation process, and closing the deal with business guru Peter were all top-shelf fun experiences for me. I will definitely continue to do business with the Cole team in the future, and recommend them to my friends and family as well. This was my first purchase from the Cole team, but not my first experience with them. I have been a regular customer at the Cole s Service Group Division for several years now, they have been taking care of my GMC Yukon XL completing all of the recommended preventative maintenance to date. Again, top-shelf treatment!

Cole Nissan is the best dealership I have ever been to. Ask fro JEFF LONG. He is the best guy. He will work with you and helps to find the right car for you. I shopped around little bit and I found out that Cole Nissan have the best prices. I was out of town. Jeff helped to get my 2013 Altima. The cool part of buying my car was I basically did my whole transition through phone. They are so helpful. If I ever buy an another car, I will definitely buy from Cole Nissan. They are the best. A special thanks to Steve Schultz. He helped us with the finance and gave us a best interest rate. Once again thanks to all.

I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion from the Coldwater location and had a great experience. I never felt pressured and they provided me with everything I asked for. The purchase was quick and easy. Rita Dean helped me and she was knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. She made the experience great along with Derek who helped as well. I would strongly recommend checking out a car there and will definitely try and return there when I need a new car. Great work!

My husband and I recently purchased a Nissan Altima from Cole. We can't say enough about how impressed we were with our whole experience. Jeff Long was very helpful, friendly, and not high pressure at all. He took a lot of time explaining about how all the electronics work in the car before we drove it away and told us to call him anytime with any questions and problems that may arise. We would highly recommend Jeff Long and would gladly do business with him and the Cole staff in the future.They take care of you!

Recently purchased a Nissan Murano, and couldn't be happier with our experience at Cole Automotive in Kalamazoo. Jeff Long was fantastic to work with and his professionalism and knowledge was impressive. He took so much time with me on the day of delivery to insure i knew how to work everything in my car. My husband and I just purchased a 2008 Ford edge from Cole Nissan on Stadium in Kalamazoo and couldnt have been happier with the service we received. Cory W was a fantastic salesman and so accomodating to our needs. We got to keep the car overnight to think about the decision which we really appreciated, our paperwork was done and ready to be signed the next day with no hassle. The car was so clean and everyone at Cole Nissan was really just a pleasure to work with!

I had an excellent experience working with Jeff Long. He was professional, cared about my best interest and my father's. He did not show any ownership in the "deal" nor ever felt he worked hard for it thus deserving it. He thoroughly went through every detail of the car with me once purchased. There were follow up texts after a day with the car wondering how I was doing as well as the car. I had questions and he answered them immediately.For the entire experience I am giving Jeff Long and the Cole group a 5 rating. Buying a car can be exhausting. Jeff shared in the excitement with me as if this was the first car he had ever sold. It truly was a wonderful experience. I would recommend Jeff to everyone. Thank you!!

After the excellent experience last December on our purchase from Cole Nissan, I was not sure they could do any better? Well 6 months later they proved to me again that they really are a great team of people to work with on a new car.When we needed to replace our 2nd vehicle fairly quickly, Jeff Long and his group located the car I wanted and delivered within days!Their sales, finance, and service people always exhibit a great "can do" attitude.I would recommend this Nissan dealer over any other.

If you're looking for a professional, friendly, outstanding dealership for your next car purchase, I recommend Cole Automotive. My husband and I recently purchase a new Nissan from this dealer and could not be happier. Our salesman, Erwin, was great. He found exactly the car we were looking for, in a timely manner, was never high-pressure and always looking out for our interests. The purchase of the car went extremely smoothly and happened quickly (within one week). In fact, everyone at this dealership seems to go above and beyond - even when I went back to pick up my license plate, and Erwin was on the phone, another member of the sales staff quickly stepped in to handle it for me. Kudos to Cole!

We visited other car dealerships during our search for a "new" used car. Cole's Automotive was our favorite. The Ford brand is reliable. The sales associates were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Their price was on the low end of Kelley Blue Book, which we appreciated! We are very happy with our car purchase and would recommend them to others.

The Cole-Nissan Automotive group makes buying/leasing a vehicle a great and very easy experience. My wife and I have leased our last two vehicles each with them. Each time we get exceptional service and care. We feel that out best interests are priority when working with them. Jeff Long, in particular, is the primary reason we go to Cole for our car needs. He is extremely personable, cares about our vehicle needs, and makes sure we have the best deal. Thanks to him and the Cole Automotive Staff we will always be coming here to purchase/lease our vehicles.

We had a great experience at Cole! We worked with Bruce and he was helpful and friendly. Everything went smooth with our vehicle purchase and we were in and out of the finance managers office within 15 minutes! Gotta love quick transactions! Cole was willing to work within our budget constraints and really helped us get the vehicle we wanted at an affordable monthly payment!

My experience in purchasing my new Chrysler 200 was a very positive and outstanding experience. Both Renee and Kim were outstanding in helping me find and decide on just the right car for me. I will definitely recommend others to purchase vehicles from Cole Chrysler, because its a great feeling to know their is still a car dealership that cares about what people want in the car they may buy and not just amount of sales. I recently leased a 2014 Nissan Sentra through Cole Nissan and I can't thank them enough for helping me get into my first car. The customer service at Cole Nissan was exemplary. I had arrive at Cole after visiting several dealerships in Ann Arbor where I currently reside and I was quite disappointed with unsatisfactory customer service that I received. At one dealership, I essentially had the deal in the place and all that left for me to do was to sign the papers for the car. I had waited several hours to sign the papers until I was told that there was a mistake in my application and could not proceed with the deal. During this time, the sales representative was helping other people rather than making sure that my needs were being attended to. I was told by the dealership that my matter would be resolved first thing next morning. I called the dealership only to discover that they were busy helping other customers. I decided to take my business elsewhere and I'm glad I decided to go with Cole Nissan. The only reason I didn't consider Cole sooner was because of the distance and my lack of transportation. My parents bought a Nissan Rogue from Cole last year and were very satisfied with the purchase and customer service. After gathering all the necessary paperwork, Cole had a driver pick me up in Ann Arbor and drive to the dealership. I had anticipated through my previous experiences that it would take some time to secure the vehicle. To my surprise though, I was in and out of dealership driving my new car in 15 minutes. I can't thank the staff enough at Cole Nissan for helping me through this process and getting me into my vehicle.

We walked into the dealership ready to be faced with hi pressure salesmen, and poised to run at the first sign of insincerity. We were won over immediately by Duane Shaw, and his personality! He was out to find us the best deal, and to make sure we were totally happy before we left that lot. He spent quite a bit of time with us, as we were a bit picky with our 'want' list. He did his best to make everything on our list a reality. And best of all, he was not a high pressure salesman with a glued-on grin. He was a warm and sincere guy who cared about our situation, and we left feeling like we had made a true friend! And - we love our 2012 Ford Fusion!! Would I return to Cole Automotive for my next car need? You bet! And I will send all of my friends there, and tell them to ask for Duane! What a great guy!

The experience was perfect! If you are looking for a first class operation, then Cole Automotive on Stadium Dr in Kalamazoo is the car dealership for you. From the initial conversation with Jeremy Macon, we were treated with respect and dignity. The vehicle was as promised and then some. Jeremy and Cory went above and beyond to meet our expectations; the entire process was seamless and we will be back for our next vehicle. Thank you Jeremy, Cory, and Tony for all that you did to make our experience such a success!! I highly recommend the dealership and staff.

I am really happy with my recent purchase of a 2012 GMC Acadia. Although Cole did not have the exact vehicle I wanted in stock, they were able to get one from another dealership very quickly. My complaint with Cole mainly surrounded the pricing negotiations. I did not feel that certain individuals were up front and honest with me from the beginning regarding potential rebates and other available offers. For example,we had agreed upon a trade in amount for my old vehicle, and after we "shook" on the agreement, the next day Cole found more rebate money and would not give me the full trade in quantity that was agreed upon. This was my first new car purchase, and I left the dealership feeling a little bit taken advantage of after all was said and done.

It was a pleasure to work with such a professional group of people when purchasing my new car, it is why I have been a customer of Cole for many years, and will continue to be. Cole Ford Lincoln is by far the best dealership I have ever done business with, Eric Davis was my salesman and the purchasing experience could not have been better. They delivered my vehicle as promised with no hiccups or issues,The Finance manager and the sales manager also made the financing process so seamless.Cole Ford Lincoln has provided me with a service I will not soon forget. They have earned a customer for life.

Out of the many dealerships I visited, I felt like the people at Cole Nissan in Kalamazoo (Stadium Dr.) where most helpful and accommodating to my needs. They didn't try to sell me a car like a typical salesman, instead they provided excellent customer service and informed me of what my options are and gave me time to make my own decision. Once I made my decision, I felt like they did everything they could to make sure I was happy and confident with moving forward and gave me a lot more for my trade in then what any other dealership offered me. I felt like I could trust them and they put my needs first instead of just trying to make a sale. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be buying more cars from them in the future.

I went in to discuss financing and within an hour and a half left with a new car! Everything happened a bit fast and I got a bit freaked out, so I went back to talk with them the next day and they worked out a better deal with me that was very fair, and I felt so much better. Also, they were a huge help in helping me sell my other car on my own. I never felt pressured, they made me feel very comfortable and welcome and I look forward to going back for routine service and my next vehicle. Great job Jeff, Tony and Steve. Thank You!

I was looking for an economical vehicle to get me back and forth to work and a specific price point. Other dealerships could not even get me close. Jeff Long at Cole Nissan worked with me every step of the way and told me he could make it happen, and he did! I couldn't be happier with the experience. He has been extremely helpful, low pressure and very easy to work with. I love my Nissan Sentra and would definitely buy again from Cole Nissan :)

Cole Chrysler in Marshall, specifically our salesman, Brett Bowers, is fantastic. Our 2015 Jeep Wrangler was ordered from them and arrived in record time. Every interaction we had with Brett and everyone at Cole was quality. We have also dealt with their repair department on recall work and we were equally impressed. Brett is not a high pressure salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable and we were completely comfortable with working with him with this purchase and back in 2011. If we are ever in need of another vehicle, Brett Bowers and Cole Chrysler in Marshall will without a doubt be our destination. We would also highly recommend Brett and Cole Chrysler to everyone.

I recently bought a Buick Regal from Erwin at Cole Automotive and could not have had a better experience. He was able to get it from another dealer in the Cole family, had it clean and filled with gas and did much of the work over the phone so that when we drove an hour and a half to get to this dealer, it was a quick and easy process. Erwin is extremely friendly and is willing to help you in whatever way you need. This is the third car we have bought from him and would definitely go back again. I highly recommend Cole Automotive!

Just leased a '15 Acadia from Cole. Ron Morton was our salesman- we knew we were going to buy from him before we set foot in the door. He has great customer service and follows up with us after the purchase to make sure we are completely happy and are comfortable using all the latest and greatest features.
