Took care of us straight away. I was a little apprehensive going there because I called first to make an appointment and was told they don't do that. Needless to say I almost didn't go. But I was happy I did. I was more than happy with the level of service and technical expertise. Not to mention the most reasonable pricing I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and visit Carl's Tire if you're in need of tire service.

So glad I was told about Carl's Tires. They saved me hundreds of dollars by plugging a small hole when Discount tire refused to honor the warranty I purchased when I bought the tire less than a year ago. Will only come here for new and used tires from now on. Amazing customer service, low prices, quality tires.

I went to get tires put on and I must say it s a very nice friendly staff and the owner is a really cool dude to talk to . But I got 4 rotated and balanced and they put new wheel weights on . When I got home about 30 mins later . I heard a clank on the ground and it was a wheel weight that fell off completely. Now I have to go to another tire shop to get it fixed

Went in yesterday, was charged $20 for a used tire. Went back today because that was an amazing deal, and the same person said they charge $50 and have for 40 years. After pointing to the pricing sign they had on the wall showing the price I paid yesterday, he told me to get off the lot and 3 of the employees flipped me off and one threatened to shoot me. I know I wasn t the nicest but you don t threaten to shoot your customers.

Went in a few months ago for a set of used tires. Everything was good up until I had the tires removed from the wheels and discovered one of the tires was patched. When I saw the ad on Facebook and when I went to the shop, nobody mentioned a patched tire at all. Very disappointing.

Amazing customer service, from the lady at the front desk , the the gentleman in the back! Super fast tire change - even offered to try and locate another from elsewhere because they didn't have 2! 10/10 recommended them! Will definitely call them first in the future!

I been to alot of used tire place before, and they was generally less then used tires with less then friendly employees, I write with the intent of people who need new or used tires to please go here, great used tires and friendly service, thank you James and the employees of carls tires.

I had the rims on my car resurfaced here to day because my tires had been leaking. They inspected my tire as I was concerned that riding on soft tires had caused undue wear in my tires and they may need replacing one had been plunged due to a screw in the tire. He turned the rims. Smoothed where the tire has been plugged and put a patch on it (at no charge). The only thing that concerned mewas not balencing the tires. My car drove so much better going home. They were quick, kind and got the job done.

If you're looking for a tire shop that combines excellent customer service with speedy installation, look no further than Carl's Tire Shop. I recently visited this establishment and was blown away by the level of service I received.First and foremost, Jamie was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect tires for my vehicle. Not only that, but the installation process was lightning-fast. In less than 30 minutes, my tires were mounted and ready to go.But what really set this tire shop apart was the personal touch provided by Jamie's dad, who I assume is Carl. He kept me company during my short wait and made sure I felt comfortable and welcome in the shop.Overall, I can't recommend Carl's Tire Shop enough. The combination of excellent service, speedy installation, and a personal touch make it the ideal destination for all your tire needs. And if you're lucky enough to work with Jamie and his dad, you're in for a treat. Five stars all around!

Went in for two tires and rims waited nearly an hour after getting told they had them only to be told they don't have rims when I got inside

I bought 4 used tires there, 2 days later one starting bulging. Took it back and they reluctantly changed it out. Fast forward a few months and I had to call a tow because the wires came out of both front tires. I had to get all new tires and another alignment. Do not buy used tires here, they re garbage.

This is not a corporate store. Real friendly, Fast service and the price is user friendly. A bit out of the way, cash only for used tires. Had a very positive outcome for a 1995 Honda.

so fast and excellent service. fair price. If I had gone to Love's Care to fix the tire on my Peterbilt truck, it would have been$500 and $800.. God continue to bless you and bless your business..

This happened shortly after we left, we were lucky we were not in a car accident and when we came back to them, they were rude as hell and said "what do you want me to do," I wouldn't recommend doing business with them!!

Great service! I saw a listing on Facebook marketplace this morning about a set of 4 used tires and contacted them a few hours later by phone. They already had the tires ready for me by the time I drove there and got them on in about half an hour. I didn t catch the gentleman s name who was in charge but he is competent and very friendly. Thank you so much!

Couldn't have been more impressed! Called to ask about 2 semi-trailer tires and the next morning by 8am we had them on the trailer and ready to go! No extra fees, nice flat rate and friendly service!

I called & 2 people answered the phone and kept talking over each other. Once they figures out the problem on THEIR END a man was very rude to me on the phone, asked for the size of the tire (after I listed to them talk over each other 3 times) when I said I m not sure I ll have to go see he said well then don t call me VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I highly recommend Carl's tire. Great service! Great prices on new tires, and a large selection of used tires in good shape for great prices. They're fast too!I accidently told him the wrong tire size over the phone, so when we showed up he didn't have much selection in the size I actually needed (rare size). He worked with us to mix & match a set and gave us an even better price. This is clear across town for me but I will probably be back next time I need tires!

They do their jobs well. Prices are lower than anywhere around. I was in and out in less than a half hour (for all four tires mounted). No complaints whatsoever. I'd say I've found a new tire place.
