MY FIRST CAR AND THE BEST EXPERIENCE! Phill and John are really great people and did everything they could to get me into a vehicle; I recommend byrider, I cannot express my appreciation enough. Great communication, honest, helpful and genuine people! Thank you byrider !

Going there to get a vehicle was a waste. We were first told by the man dealer they can fit any income. Some questions asked were inappropriate, which had nothing to do with applying to get a vehicle. By time we got to the lady, it was like she shot down our chances of getting one. Which was unreal. Another car dealer told us we should of been able to get a vehicle there and didn't understand why it didn't happen. I think what's going on here is they are playing favorites on who gets a vehicle and who doesn't. Will not consider them again.

Go in and I make 6 figures a year and we went through the application before telling us what our approval was told we needed 5000.00 down on a vehicle that was worth about 13000.00 just plain greed. This was a guaranteed sale until we found out that we were going to pay 7000.00 for a vehicle that wasn't worth the price point. I wish she just would have looked at our approval first 20000.00 for a 2011 with over 100000 miles on it is just greed. When you can find 2013 - 2015 online everyday for about 5000.00 less and we even had a trade with less than 100000 on it. Well this was a waste of time. Pre approval this is a joke. All nice and fine until we were passed to a finance counselor.

This is the worst experience I've ever been through buying a car. They didn't have titles for most of the cars on the lot, so I got stuck with a car that has problems every other month. The service center is a joke. They don't even answer their phone usually. I just don't get how they're still in business with how they treat their customers. It's appalling.

Gave me a vehicle that has had shifting problems the services hasn't fixed just made my 3rd payment too. Since I got it its been in their shop a few time.. for the first 2 weeks I had my car a total of 3 days on the road. Already have an engine light on but gave the star because I got a car.

I have had a great experience, so far with JD Byryder. Car has needed minimal repair and the service department manager is great, so was the cost for the service I had to cover.

This is probably the best used car lot I have ever been too. Every one was extremely helpful and understanding, everything was explained in detail about the car I was interested in. Top shelf customer service, top shelf inventory and the staff is just all around wonderful. Would recommend byrider to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

Don t go here. Misleading. Every car is at least 12 grand for older used up cars. There are people on here giving good reviews saying they travel for work in their car from here when they told me flat out you can t use their cars for work, and they don t help people who do make their living that way. Rude company all around.

Marcus was CLUTCH. My Jeep went out on me and JD Byrider took care of me. I got a Buick that I wanted in less than 2 hours. I have gotten 3 cars from Byrider and they ve been understanding and great through the entire process. Highly recommended. Easily the best car company around

I asked 3+ times before scheduling an appointment if they had cars in my price range. I told them I was not interested in financing a vehicle, just paying cash. I got there for the sales manager to say they hadn't had a car in my price range in over a year. They tried to convince me to finance after I told them I wasn't interested before scheduling an appointment. Why would I trust you all after yall were dishonest about your inventory? No telling what else they'd be dishonest about.

The helped me get a vehicle I love. I go out of town alot and work in another city then where I live and my vehicle is very reliable. Also any time I need service done on my vehicle they get me right in and out with a smile. I'm really pleased all the way around

I m gonna start by saying the day i brought my car was a great experience an even know almost a year later still just as happy with their services 2 times my car had problems an the same day it dropped off I know what was going on with my car an what the problem was I even had a part go bad that was not UNDER WARRANTY AN THE FIXED IT FREE OF CHARGE I JUST HAD TO PAY 25 dollars for services an the Manager told me since I make on time payments an been a great customer don t worry about it so if u ask me ur in GREAT HANDS FIND UR DREAM CAR

This place is absolutely awesome, they have great vehicles, great employees, great warranties, just all around great. They really do try to get you into a vehicle that you'll love. We went in on a Friday and it was a little busy but the patience pays off. I will always recommend Byrider to anyone that's looking for a car. Their staff was super friendly as well which made the experience even better. They make sure they aren't selling lemons or something that's going to need repair two weeks down the road. I've been through other dealerships that are meant for people with less than perfect credit and Byrider is by far the best one!

Yes, this is a pretty cool place. You ll be here early cause it s gonna be a long process but it s well worth it you don t you just gotta understand then when life hits you, you gotta roll with the punches.

I called this place to inform them I got a new job and will be paid on a new pay week and asked if I could somehow change the dates. Kirk was completely unprofessional. He yelled, cussed me out, and threatened me. I have never missed a payment after almost 2 years. I also understand they couldn't change the due dates to the day I get paid. But the way Kirk treated me was completely unprofessional. Kirk then switched it to saying, "if you make a payment next week instead, we'll charge you an extra $130." And then told me to beg someone for the money.I called back the front office, and the lady that answered was very kind and redirected me to someone above him named Laura Robert's, but Kirk answered the phone again due to Robert's being out town. When I asked if I could just leave a voicemail to Laura Robert's, he got rude and loud again and told me no.I have never had a bad experience with Byrider before, until I spoke with Kirk. He could have simply told me no, but instead he instantly went to threatening me and cussing me out.**I do want to add, the receptionist lady I talked to was EXTREMELY nice and helpful after my bad experience with Kirk. IF I was to EVER come back, it would only be because of how helpful the receptionist was.

The motor went out in my car after one year and I had it warranty on it. Byrider really looked out for m. They gave me a loaner car. They even picked me up from home and made sure that everything was taken care of. This all happened less than a week!!! Thank you so much for looking out for me!!! I really appreciate you guys!!!My car is running better than ever.Tammye

I literally explained my situation to them but they don t listen. They are so quick to try to make a sale. I have a hit on my credit now for nothing. They were friendly but friendly doesn t help me. Listening to what I said could have saved me a lot of time and energy. I wouldn t recommend Jackson.

Great place to buy a vehicle..the sales team was absolutely amazing..I would have rated this 5 stars but there payment guy was a complete douch and needs to learn to do his job better and to learn how to talk to people better. He's gonna rush you for your payment with a attitude and then after rushing you for your payment and when your ready for it he wasn't even ready to receive it..if I were them I'd replace him he completely sucks at his job

When my car broke down Byrider towed it for me, changed the alternator, serpentine belt, charged the battery, and gave me an oil change all for $121.60. Because my car is still under warranty after 2 years if I would not have needed a tow the total cost for the rest of the work would have been $25. They had it for 1 day and it was finished. Now that's great service!

Coming into byrider with little direction, these guys were transparent with me, genuine, and helped me out being patient and consistent every step of the way. I would definitely recommend people to this office.

Very welcoming from the start! They really care about you as a person. That says more to me than most things in life. I walked in roughly a month ago and the conversation I had allowed me to really think about buying a car. Here I am today walking out with the keys in my hands feeling great about this. Thank you so much JD Byrider for all that you do. It s a blessing the way things worked out!
