Had my old car break down and called these guys and this guy Fabio showed up on time and saved me a tow bill plus paid competitive price for my Vehicle. Service done in less that a day and paid cash on the spot. I totally recommend them.

Super quick and easy transaction. Fabio asked what time worked with me and I gave a set minute that would work on an already busy day almost expecting it wouldn t work out but it did. And I was a little bit earlier than anticipated and so was he and it worked out perfectly today and I was offered to keep a written receipt of the cash transaction. Hope I won t need the service of having to scrap sell a car but if I do I feel confident with this business to do it. Thank you Fabio

what a fast and easy process this was! Fabio was great! all I had to do was give a signature and he took care of the rest! Came and picked up the vehicle Himself and towed it away. Highly Recommend Butt Ugly Cars.

Love this company!! Great communication. I needed my broken down, not fixable vehicle gone. Fabio came out within a couple days of sending them a message. Really great communication! Loved how quickly they responded and set up times to come. With all this bad weather we had, they definitely kept in contact just to make sure I wasn't forgetten about. Been needing the extra money so we Got rid of an old Ford Taurus. Fabio was easy to work with. So glad and thankful the ad for them popped up!

Fabio with but ugly cars is punctual and honest. He came and removed a burnt up van from my yard and paid handsomely (in my opinion) for the van. Great guy and great service!!

Went to school with the owner and he s a real stand up person inside and out. He s great at communicating and getting things done. He came and took the keys and title and removed the my old car. He moves fast but every efficiently when he s working. I appreciate the time he took just to come look at my old car. Need to get rid of old junk cats he s definitely the one person to call.

Had a great experience with Fabio today! He was very flexible with my mother n law and me this morning as we had to jump through some hoops before we were able to meet him! But once we were able to meet him he was very polite and professional. He took care of us fast and cash in hand that day! If you ever have a vehicle that doesn't run ir runs but just takes up space, this is than man with the plan give him a callShout out to buttuglycars!!Thanks again for your kindness and patience Fabio!!

I have to say they are great at what they do!! Great communication very fast and quick they don t hesitate if they say there going to be there they do exactly that. Fabio was amazing and gave me a great price for my vehicle! I really thought all these 5 star reviews were all fake but after him giving me a price quote and being able to come at a time I was available really impressed me. Fabio is the best! Called to see if he could do a pick up a Lil after 4, said he could squeeze me in ( which was great cause I needed the car gone that day) and was shocked at how fast he got there.
