Had a wonderful experience working with Doug! I stopped in to look at a used vehicle last week. If you are looking for clean low mileage vehicles, please consider taking a look at their inventory. Their detail department does a wonderful job! He was a pleasure to work with and made the process seamless! Highly recommend! Love my Nissan Murano.

I would like to give a big shoutout to everyone at Bud & Doug s. The vehicle I was looking for, I found here, but it was out of state and 6 hours away! They are a very friendly, family owned dealership who have nailed it on several levels. They were wonderful to do business with so I drove there to buy the vehicle. I was treated respectfully and everything was taken care of resulting in a smooth transaction. Much respect from Mike & Kinder!!!

I have lived overseas and in 10 different states, and I have purchased numerous vehicles. By far the best purchasing experience I have ever had was at Bud and Doug Walters' Auto Sales on Drake Road in Kalamazoo! Abby and Doug are continuing the half-century Walters legacy of impeccable care and service to every customer, and offering the very finest vehicles you will find anywhere! This is the only place I will buy a car. For nearly 20 years I have purchased several cars, each car had been exactly what I wanted. I know that without a doubt, any vehicle I purchase will be good quality and at a fair price. Doug has gone way above and beyond to make buying a car an easy and enjoyable experience. No need to go anywhere else.

Doug is a great person to do business with. I'm all about doing business with family owned businesses, and this is one Kalamazoo's finest. Doug directed me to a vehicle he thought would be good for me. treated me fairly, was thorough and kind throughout. I never had any sense of pressure from him. I'd recommend buying a car from Walters to anyone.

What a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Abby. She was polite, knowledgeable, very helpful and no pressure at all. She even set up the Bluetooth and explained all the nuances related to this beautiful auto. I now understand why they have been in business for so long and have all those repeat customers.

Walters has an excellent selection of quality pre-owned vehicles. Their cars are cleaner than most new cars, inside and out. Doug and Abby are both so very helpful and pleasant to do business with. Highly recommend for your next vehicle purchase!

I visited Bud and Doug Walters Auto Sales with the purpose of testing car seats after an accident that wrecked our car totally. Doug and Abby were so helpful and accommodating that after a days consideration we bought bought the car with the best seat without test driving it, Abby delivered it to us an hour away because I am still unable to drive. I just bought my second vehicle from Bud and Doug s, and I ve never been so happy with working with a dealership. It s family owned and everyone there is beyond friendly! They will sit down with you and work through everything so you understand. I highly recommend to everyone to give Bud and Doug s your business. You have any worries about a car? They will tell you to take your time so you don t rush your decision. Want a car they don t have? They will call you when they get it. I think I waited 2-3 months for both of my cars, and it was well worth the wait to get my dream car!! I ve never been happier!

I recently bought a car at maple hill and they were really nice and it was cool. When I totaled that car, I hit up Abby and Doug looking for my new car. I m picky and they nailed it. They treated me like family and I imagine we will buy all of our cars here forever. Better than my last car shopping trip which was very good. That s the impressive part. Better than very good. this is the 3rd car I have bought from bud and Doug's I would not go anywhere else to get a car Abby and Doug go out of their way to make the sale of cars easy and enjoyable they take the time with you explaining every aspect of the sale, it is truly an enjoyable experience buying. car from this company, I would not go anywhere else, Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about Doug Walters. He was referred by a dear friend of mine and he lived up to all her praises. He handled all the business and he spent time with me on all the controls and functions of my car. The last car I bought from another dealership and I was given very little information. I was really impressed when he didn't show me under the hood. Most women are not interested in looking there. Thank you Doug, I love my car!

I have only great things to say about Doug and his dealership. Honest, respectful and absolutely a very trustworthy person. Had a great experience selling my vehicle to him, he was always on time, always kept his word and did as he said he would do. I cannot say enough good things about Bud & Doug Walters Auto Sales. Doug and Abby go way above and beyond great customer service. I had a small issue three weeks after buying my vehicle and I was absolutely amazed by their immediate response and how quickly they took care of me and fixed the problem. This is the most trustworthy dealership in Kalamazoo! I just bought my second car from Walters, and received a very fair trade-in value in addition to getting a great deal for my nearly new vehicle. Working with Abby and Doug is just an exceptional experience. And their great service doesn't stop when you drive off the lot, they continue to be helpful and resourceful. It is truly unlike any other dealership experience, I encourage you to see for yourself!

I was looking for a particular vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It was barely a year old and had less than1000 miles on it. Doug Walters handled the deal very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. This was my 6th car purchased from Bud & Doug s and I highly recommend them.

We have been buying cars from Doug Walters for 18 years! My last car needed more and more maintenance that I was not willing to pour a bunch of money into it. I drove by his parking lot to see what he had available and found just what I wanted! I drove home a new (gently used) car that day!! He also bought back my old car to put money towards the new purchase!We trust Doug for selling the best used cars around town! It has low millage and only 3 years old! We appreciate Doug's attention to details! We've never been disappointed in a car we have purchased from him and we just purchased our 5th car from him last week! My husband and I would highly recommend working with Doug to find your next car!

Very enjoyable experience selling my car to them. They were very transparent about the pricing and process and also very patient. They are uniquely qualified/certified to handle electronic titles. So something that I have heard from other people is a pain (going through SOS to get a copy of the title) was completely pain free. They handled all of it.

My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Walters Auto Sales over the years. Doug and his team are so friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable! I am a very picky buyer. I only look at cars in excellent condition with low mileage. I want the next best thing to brand new and Doug never lets me down! The cars Doug chooses for his lot are gorgeous. The detailing that is done on your vehicle before you pick it up is unmatched. My husband and I also use Walters Auto Service (just down the street from the sales lot) for all maintenance after purchase as well. The service center is beyond clean and has a staff that is as friendly and knowledgeable as the sales lot. That means a lot to me. As a woman, I m comfortable there. Over the years I've recommended Walters Auto Sales and Service Center to several friends and family members. I will continue to do so!!
