Took a tire there for repair. Initially they said it would be about an hour but they were super busy. It actually took closer to 3 hours but they fixed (plugged) the tire for free. A few years ago I took a similar tire to discount tire on the east side of Kalamazoo and they were total crooks, saying the tire couldn t be repaired. Kuddos to belle tire for honesty, integrity and accountability (said it would take an hour and when it wasn t they did it for free)!

Belle tire on gull road is a great place to bring your vehicle. I've been bringing my vehicle there now for 6 years. Manny, the assistant manager down there always treats me well and gives me every kind of price decrease. He can looks out for us really well. Great person

Great customer service and new tire/alignment warranty technician support. We had some small tweaks they took care of and now our car feels brand new again! I needed a new battery back late June, and Belle Tire was open. They were very pleasant to work with and quick. Fast forward 6 months, my car completely died on me, I had to get it towed to a nearby shop to get the battery replaced. I called to confirm that I would be able to get a refund for the battery as I did not want to replace it with the same company (Belle). As a battery should last longer than 6 months. Over the phone an employee confirmed that as long as I came in with the card that I purchased the battery with, that I could receive the full refund.After I paid for the new battery, (different shop). I went into Belle to figure out my refund. Here I was informed that I was incorrect and in no way would the company refund me the cost of the initial battery. I am not out ~$200 for a battery that lasted 6 months, and the cost of a tow and labor for the new battery.

I don't know why I keep taking my vehicles here. Let me tell you, this place is useful for nothing but free air to fill your tires up with. The first vehicle I took there was a Chevy Blazer to get a simple alignment. On my way home from Belle Tire four out five of my lug nuts on my passenger side front tire snapped off. I don't know how this is possible, but they took no responsibility for it and even blamed me. My second vehicle I took there was having issues with starting. I got a call that it was done the same night I brought it in there. I did NOT give the permission to work on it, nor did they ask me. All i wanted was for them to diagnose the issue and possibly fix it if i couldnt do it myself. Despite this, I go to pick it up the next morning in a very happy mood, grab my keys and pay the gentleman behind the counter, go and try to turn my car on, and low and behold, it doesn't start. All they can offer me is a refund for the time they spent doing nothing. No compensation for the tow truck I used to get my car there or the tow truck I'm using to take it away. Never again, your free diagnosis of issues will not entice me for a third time.Edit: I figured out what my starting issue was, all I had to do was replace the fuel filter. It's sad and ridiculous that these professional, trained mechanics couldn't figure out my issue.

This place is a joke. Friendly sure. But it stops there. Been told they would do work. Go in to get it done get turned away with a sorry we have never done that. Set an appointment up and verified it just to go in for appointment and get told sorry we don't see an appoint for you. Same guy that set the appointment guess to damn lazy to actually set it up tells me sorry can't do anything for you. WHAT A JOKE. Time to find a new place to go.

I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change for the next day at a time convenient for me. While doing a quick safety check, it was noted that my rear wiper blade was dry and worn. I authorized the replacement and my car was ready in under 2 hours even though they were very busy that day.

I love belle tire dan manny r great.been going there for yrs.always there for u no matter what it is.like home i go in grab the remote turn tv on.get comfortable let them do their job its worth the wait.nice work real honestly truth.dont go to swestnedge 1 take u for every thing u got.keep up the good work gullroad gang

Had a screw in my tire and a slow leak. Swung by on my lunch break and these guys had it fixed in a hour. My hometown belle tire couldn t guarantee they d even get in me over the weekend. I will schedule all future tire needs at the Belle Tire in Comstock.

I had all four tires replaced and an alignment done recently; very good experience overall. I made an appointment ahead of time; the work took about 1.5 hours start-to-finish. The staff were very courteous, professional, and transparent about the work being done. They told me the cost for the alignment up front (before I elected to have it done), and they readily answered my questions about the state of my rotors/pads. No issues with my vehicle after taking delivery of it (as it should be!), and the new tires ride great. I will be returning for any future needs!

Although I was encouraged NOT to come here for car tires repair, I m blown away by how amazing, courteous, professional Bell tire employees are. They always listen to my questions about my car and provide fast/ quality service. I couldn t be more happier with my car and new tires ! Thank you guys, and I will be coming back!

I asked them to fix my engine cooling system and no more then 3 miles down the road the engine almost over heated. I needed to have the car towed back to have it repaired agian.

Tired to get a tire repair at this location, and set up an appointment, and since it was 5:20 when i would be arriving, they would not do it. I explained that I could not get out of work before then and I was already driving on a donut because the other shop on westnedge rotated the tires instead of repairing them. I asked them just to patch the tire and i would put the tire on myself. And he was adament that his workers would not do it.They then hung up on me. Definitely do not recommend

2.5 hours to change 2 front tire with an appointment. Store is nicely kept and employees are knowledgeable but the time spent waiting for such minimal work is a bit much considering I had an appointment.

Scamy, everything is overly expensive and everything will be broken on your vehicles. Very bad about doing bids over the phone they'd rather hold your car Ransome then give you an idea what the job will cost this is also the time they up sell you on things that are not necessary. The running joke in my family is everytime you take your car here the only thing that is good on it is the stearing wheel. Find an honest local guy and avoid this place at all costs. The sales people have grown cocky making this place completely unbearable. Go to Costco for tires. Thanks

Scheduled an appointment to get a wheel alignment done. Great service from Manny Lopez he explained to me other service work that he recommended well as gave me an estimate so that I have an idea of what the cost would be. Appreciate his efficiency to my needs definitely would recommend going to this Belle Tire location.

Ordered 245/45 19 runflats, called and confirmed twice, stopped in early before appointment to confirm as well.They STILL tried to put a different tire on and thought I wouldn't notice. Maybe cause I'm a woman. Had them remove them immediately and then they damaged my rims. Looks like they took a hammer to one. The manager that day Jeff, denied any damage to my BMW. They kind of thought it was funny. Called corporate office they don't answer and you leave a voicemail, tried to fill out the contact form online and it read, "something went wrong, try again later". Would not recommend these idiots, go to Discount, Good Year or your dealer. Even if you pay more at least they will be accountable. Manny is the only one that apologized for ordering the wrong tires, even though he didn't order them, some guy named Robert did. The rest of them are clowns. You want a circus at least get a real show, stay away from this place.

Went to have my AC checked. I was told it may be 2-3 hours but in truth it was only 1 hour. They were honest, quick and I was able to drive away in much cooler comfort. The refrigerant was at about 50% so I was getting some cooling but their service made it a more consistent cool.

Do yourself a favor and check around before paying more than double the price. I dropped off a buddy to pick up his car he had front and back brakes done on. He also needed a caliper replaced because the pad fell out and wore into the rotor. They replaced a perfectly fine rotor on the opposite side saying that when one fails the other will fail soon too. As a past mechanic I know this is not true. Also his caliper never failed, it was just damaged due to the pad falling out. They charged more than double the price for parts. They charged around $130 to install the pads which take maybe 1 minute to install once the 2 mounting bolts are taken off.(which they already charged for removal of the caliper). In all he paid $1670 for a $700 brake job anywhere else in the area. It's really sad they take advantage of people like this that just don't know any better. What a terrible company with no morals.

Worst customer service and your so called manager Brian or he claimed he was is a very rude smart mouthed guy who can t run down the sidewalk let alone a tire shop. According to him you need to upgrade your computer system and hire employees that will verify if the tires are in before people take time off of work to get the job handled only to be notified 45 minutes before your appointment that they don t even have the tires. That s how you lose loyal customers

I used to come here all the time and have had great service. The last few visits I've had extremely slow service.Today I asked about the time for an oil change and was told they had someone who could work on it right away. And they pulled my car in within 5 minutes. Then I sat there and waited. And waited. It ended up taking over an hour and a half and I brought it up. They told me the technician was working as fast as possible. I know very well that a simple oil change shouldn't have kept me there half that time.I wasn't offered any explanation or real sympathy. I won't be visiting this location again. Had multiple customers go in and out in the meantime. This was entirely unacceptable. I wish this was the same quality and service I had a few years ago.

I was greeted when I walked in. The staff were friendly and kind. I was told it could take two hours because they were really busy that day. I left and walked to a local business. Less than 45 minutes later I was called to hear my car was done. The guys were friendly again, gave me my keys and thanked me for my business. Very different from my contact with the staff at the Portage store. They know what customer service is.
