Let me go through with a $550 order, asked me questions that as a customer, I would never know. Delayed the shipping 3 different times, and finally, after a week of emails everyday from them concerning something about my order they finally told me it wasn't in stock and that I now need to watch my account to make sure the refund is there. Absolutely monkey brained morons

Andrea was the most helpful associate I ve had ever.she definitely knows what she is talking about. She helped me diagnose my car over the phone and I didn t have to make an extra trip for no reason! Highly recommend her!

I had an issue with my wiper blades, Andrea come out and did an assessment, went into store found the part I needed and then even replaced it for me. I am very grateful, very kind and friendly, will be coming back because of her outstanding service.

Great staff. Had to waste 20 minutes until my vehicle got there, and just hung out and talked to the employees. Walked around the store with nothing in mind, it was clean and organized.

New AutoZone warehouse hub. Has a walk-in store front. Located in mall on Kilgore and Cork behind Lees Famous recipe where the Big Lots store used to be.

Every time I need a part, it's available. AutoZone is a wonderful store. The staff are very helpful, polite and friendly.

This is a huge store. Not a typically auto parts store and they carry everything. Almost looks like fulfillment center. Knowledgeable staff and service.
