My husband and I ended up stuck next door with a dead battery. What could have been a really stressful situation was made so much better by Joslin, who immediately came out and helped try to jump it but no luck. Preston helped my husband get the right battery, install it, and test everything to make sure we were in the clear. Will definitely be back next time we need something!!

After shopping that at home my wife and I went to leave and our car would not start. Thanks to Joslin and Preston we were able to diagnose our battery and realized I needed replaced. They were able to get us the right battery help us install it and then test our alternator to make sure that it wasn t going to happen again. My wife and I greatly appreciated all of their help, their professionalism and their ability to go above and beyond to help make a tough situation a little easier!

I want to give a huge shout out to an associate Tony at this location. Last Friday my battery died and had to get a new one unexpectedly. He walked me through my options and installed the battery in pouring down rain. Tony didn t have to do this, but if it wasn t for him I would ve been stranded. Will be coming back as a returning customer again. He is a wonderful asset!

My hometown is about an hour away and I was in town grabbing my truck from a dealership that was working on it. The battery was dead when I went to pick it up and I was told it needed to be replaced really soon. I drove over to this store on Stadium and asked the sweetest man whose name I didn t catch but he had long locks. He explained everything to me about what kind of battery my car needed and spoke to me like an educated adult! I think a lot of women know what s it s like sometimes when you go for anything having to do with vehicles like we can t understand the mechanics of anything but anywho! He was wonderful and helped both me and another guy out at the same time! He suggested checking my battery first before purchasing one and found out that my battery was perfectly fine and the dealership wasn t correct. He treated me like he would treat a family member and gave me excellent advice instead of acting like a salesman. You guys have a treasure in him!

We purchased a battery in March for our daughter and it turned out to be bad. When we went to return the battery, they could not find the transaction. Nate was very helpful and cordial and refunded our money and we very much appreciated his efforts to make it right. Thank you Nate!

I had an issue with the coolant in my car. The guy at the register when I first walked in addressed my issue and was so nice. I m also 7 months pregnant and he found the coolant I needed and had me wait in the car and put the coolant in for me! It was so nice and he was such a gentleman. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to help! Also after he helped me he helped another woman with her tire. A true gentleman and a wonderful employee!

James helped me recharge my A/C. I thought he was super grumpy at first but then he went full dad mode and taught me how to charge it myself. Much appreciated since now I have the skills to do it on my own. Excellent customer service from James, above and beyond.

I really appreciated the great customer service that Matthew provided during my trip yesterday to the Autozone on Stadium Drive. He was very professional and did everything he could to assist me with my purchase. It's guys like Matthew that make me a loyal Autozone customer. Worst service. EVER. I went in to purchase a few car parts early this week and the workers were rude, unhelpful, and carried on inappropriate conversations while customers were in the store. If they weren't talking about their weekend plans in explicit detail, they were on their phones. The workers sounded as if they were guessing which parts I needed and were impatient while looking them up.The only reason I am leaving 2 stars is because I went in to the store this evening to try and correct what was done earlier this week. The manager on duty was nothing but apologetic and helpful. I forgot his name, but he was a young, Hispanic guy. Thank you to whoever you were for doing your job correctly and actually knowing what you are doing!I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I just had incredible service from Auto Zone on Stadium Drive (2-2-22). I discovered that I had a dead battery at 5pm. I found out that Auto Zone on Stadium Drive was open until 9pm. So, I arranged for a tow and Auto Zone was incredibly helpful getting a new battery in my car. Jeff, the manager and his associates couldn't have been more helpful. Their level of service was impeccable, consistent with every issue and with so much care and concern. I am so grateful that I found their service. Thank you!

I came in today and asked to have some codes ran, Rodney helped me diagnose what was wrong based on those codes. It ended up being my mass air flow sensor. He then went on to recommend which product to use to get the job done right and even walked me through the general jist of how to do it. Went home and did what Rodney suggested, 20 minutes later, no lights on the dash and car is purring like a kitten. These guys know their stuff!

Went in to get my battery checked on 12/6 since it died randomly. Demarcus helped us & my battery actually had a 5 year warranty so it was still covered. I asked if he would help my dad & I switch it out & with no hesitation he said yes! It was freezing out & the newer battery wasn t fitting properly. My dad & him worked on it over an hour in the cold. Demarcus didn t stop until everything was fixed. Such amazing customer service! Thank you!!

This place was an absolute week saver! Battery died at 9:30 last night and when I went there they helped diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently. The first one to help me was deep (sorry I don t know the correct spelling) he tested my battery and informed me it wasn t able to be saved and got me the correct battery to replace it with. While I was trying to replace my battery in the parking lot, the manager jeff, was stopping by the store after they had closed and immediately ran to help me out! Some of the best customer service I have received in a long time!! Thank you again jeff and deep for helping me out last night!!!!

By far the cleanest and best managed auto zone I ve ever been to. The manager Jeff answered my questions and concerns about my truck, and got me the parts I needed. This kind of customer service is appreciated!! This will be my go to store from now on.

Michael went well out of his way for my roommate who had a dead car this morning. He was very knowledgeable and nice and made sure we wouldn t be paying too much for something we didn t need. I would highly recommend his service!!!

Website & sign on the door says open @ 7:30 am. I'm standing @ the door @ 7:50 am, employee standing @ the counter inside...... NOT open. And there's no way they didn't see me.
