I went in to pick up a part I ordered on line. I was unaware both clerks were helping customers, as one guy was on his phone - when I walked up to the counter, he rudely stated that he would help me when he was done with his customer. The other clerk actually had a customer in front of him. When I was helped, the guy couldn't find the part (it was prepaid), he kept slamming cabinet doors back and forth looking for it. Finally, he pulled another from stock. He never informed me as to what was going on but at the end plopped the part in front me and told me to sign what I assumed was a receipt for picking up the part.

I went to this auto zone looking for a car battery and needed it to be installed. Nick was the employee that helped me and he installed the battery in less than 20 minutes. Good prices n good people if u ever have car trouble this auto zone does it right!

Today my battery died at a Hardings parking lot near this location. William was very helpful and gave me a jump so that I could park at the store. Once I got to the store both William and Melissa quickly helped me get my battery switched out it with a brand new one. Great customer service, and I will be coming back for any parts or replacements I need in the future! Thanks again!

Both William, the manager, and Glenn the associate were knowledgeable, patient and quite helpful. They assisted me on changing out my wiper blades after I bought the wrong ones. They are what the standard of customer service should be. I'm appreciative and highly recommend you visit this Auto Zone, as you will be treated with care.

William the store manger is so fantastic. We need more people in the world like him . Definitely such a nice store clean and collective . Very helpful . I love coming to get my car parts where I feel welcomed . #1 best shop in Kalamazoo .

Stopped in after getting a dashboard notification to check right rear turn signal bulb. Johnny - store manager - helped me find the right replacement bulb & even replaced it for me. So grateful because the directions in the manual made it seem much simpler than it actually was. Johnny grabbed his tools & replaced the bulb quickly. Extraordinary service so appreciated!!

This place use to have great service but my last visit was lacking...granted 1 was out on lot servicing maybe but seemed like he was socializing. The gentleman behind the counter, never asked if I needed help. I finally found the air filter book..only to discover my filter was out of stock.

Staff always asks if you need help finding anything, very helpful if you do. Also great with small talk, prety sure most if not all of them have some sort of project car or dd that will come up in conversations. Always a pleasant experience

Went in to get a bulb for my car and the kid behind the counter had no clue what he was doing. I m not sure why answering the phone and ignoring the customer in front of you is normal there, but a trip that should ve taken 5 minutes took over 15 and i left with no bulb and went somewhere else.

Mason is the absolute best. I went in at 7:06pm to simply get a new headlight. He found the correct one for my car and installed it in under like 5 minutes. Was out at 7:16pm. He is definitely the definition of great customer service!!!

Had battery problems, it was confirmed dead after being tested here. Got a new battery and they put it in for me and answered all questions without making me feel stupid, which can be rare with mechanically inclined people. Big shout out for William being so kind and helpful. Pretty sure he is a manager but he went beyond what is required and even helped me replace my tail lights.

William was great! I thought I had lost my windshield wiper and when he went to install the one I was going to purchase to replace the "broken" one, he found the wiper sitting on my windshield! He popped it back on for me and I was good to go! Thank you, William and the years of awesome service I've had working with Autozone!

Had to get new headlight bulbs, and the manager there, I believe her last name was Smith, was kind enough to switch both out and get me safely on my way. 5 star service, I will be a return customer.

The staff was very nice but was not able to provide me with the assistance I needed. I do like that their staff are friendly and are able to try their products in your car before you buy them. If you're in the area would only recommend for very small fixes !

I was referred to this place by a gas station attendant, who reckoned I could find what I was looking for my car (radiator coolant) much cheaper there. This was certainly the case. They have got anything you need for your car maintenance. I was also impressed by the technical knowledge and courteous interaction of their personnel. In no time I found myself subscribed to their email marketing list.
