There over priced most the time and 75% it's the wrong part I need. so keep all receipts from here. I do appreciate that they hire high school drop outs and the mentally handicap so there not out of jobs

This Autozone team was a true lifesaver this weekend and went above and beyond to help me when I would have been stranded over an hour from home right before the blizzard conditions hit on Saturday. I can't begin to express how thankful for Preston, my alternator went out without warning and no dealerships or towing companies were open and as I mentioned above the weather was getting ready to turn really bad. He stepped up and made some phone calls and helped me get the part I needed and get it changed in the parking lot so I could be on my way in just a few hours which could of been days of having my car at a dealership. I am forever grateful to this stores customer service and Preston for being a true hero!!! Thank you!!!

My favorite auto parts store. Great prices.great customer service. Didn't find exactly what I was looking for but I got help finding something similar, which turned out to be multipurpose. So it was actually a better product.

They suck don't buy their alternators. I bought one for my classic 90SS454. Pick up and it caught it on fire. The bearing failed consequently the ulnader caught on fire. I called and talked to the regional manager then was never offered any type of refund on the. Top of the line ultra, they head for the My pick up. This company does not stand behind your products.

Popped in for some new wipers. I was greeted immediately and in well under 10 minutes had them installed and was on my way. I didn't have to search at all,it was incredibly convenient. Thanks Joszelyn:)

The manager was doing her best to assist everyone, including the two younger associates running registers. She was very helpful, took time coming up with options, and was very knowledgeable. I did not get her name but we were there on Sunday 5/7 around 1:30pm.

Everyone at this AutoZone has always been wonderful on the phone and in person. Thx to the employees who helped me select a suitable battery and to Harleigh, who perfectly installed it and showed me how to do it as she worked.

I was having issues with my headlight connection. Andrea came out right away to take a look and showed me the problem. She helped me fix it in less than 5 minutes! Very knowledgeable and helpful!! She knows what she is talking about and clearly very good at what she does!!

Had a great experience. Worked with Preston and he is very in knowledgeable young man. The store manager works great with all that come in the store and finds them the best deal for a great price. Great visit.

Store manager is awesome. After a store associate and another business I tried could not install new wiper blades on my car, she came out, spent the time required, reviewed the instructions, and succeeded in installing them. I offered her $20 as a thank you. She declined, said we don't take tips. Great attitude, knowledgeable, skillful, thank you!!!

The manager, Jeremy, was amazing and even met me at Sams when my car wouldn t start. He found the problem and then fixed my car that same day.He went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of and not stranded.I really appreciated the way he treated me.

Zach helped me with finding a new battery and he replaced if for me. He also let me watch and explained how to do it so i know for the future. Awesome customer service and very insightful. That man needs a raise for going above and beyond.

My car wouldn t start at a local Buisness. I recognized Rob from the Gull Rd. Autozone. He was kind enough to grab his tools, clean up my battery terminals and get me right back on the road. He also me a lot of great, knowledgeable information on how to follow up on my vehicles issues. Very grateful. Thank you Rob!

A staff member intentionally tried to sell me a part that was not even close to right size for my vehicle just to get me to leave. I wasn't not being upset or irate or anything untoward. I called and asked for the part, they said yes. It's here. I came in and I could not remember the part number but knew that I had bought one a few months ago, and asked if they could look it up as I had forgotten the part number. The staff member said he could but it meant he'd have to start over again, he said he'd just wanted the year, make and model, and the part he came back with was for a truck. Not a little minivan, and stated that though the part wasn't here, it would probably work, if it didn't, to just go to Home Depot and find a bolt the right size.

Had a headlight out and went in to get a replacement bulb. Talked with the manager about LED replacements and she walked me through an affordable option and installed them for me. Really a great experience and you knew she was very knowledgeable.Incredibly helpful and Autozone has a great set of employees at this store. Highly recommend going here for your auto needs.

Got some new LEDs and have no clue what to do to put them in so amanda helped me put them in and I now have both my high beams and low beams looking sharper and much cleaner than my old halogens

I usually always have a great experience with AutoZone but today I received amazing service from Keith. He took time to walk me through his recommendations, gave me great customer service and installed everything I bought for me. I left feeling very confident in my purchased and was glad I was able to get someone like Keith to help me out. :)

Store doors are closed at Open hours I came at 8:15 am even called the store with no answer and there's 2 trucks in the parking lot not sure why their not open

I can't say enough good things about Keith he went above and beyond for us today very thankful for his help and Amanda too she is so nice and very caring towards her customers I witnessed for myself today how she helps each and every single customer save some money! Love this store

Treat others the way you want to be treated is the moral of the story here. On 2 separate trips to this store I was "greeted" by a young Caucasian guy wearing a hat in an unwelcoming, uninviting, condescending way; the first time I gave this particular guy the benefit of the doubt. The second time encountering this guy I realized he has personal issues. Based off of these interactions I will never shop here again. To the owner/manager of this establishment educate your employees and please don't put those who lack customer service up front. On the upside due to this employee's rudeness I got blessed with what I needed for FREE elsewhere. I pray no one else has to deal with what I did.

I needed to exchange some brake parts, it took over 30 minutes and there was nobody in front of me so no wait. Not sure why the guy was so slow. Big sign near cash registers stating that masks are required but over half the people coming in wasn't wearing one and nobody said anything to them but none of the employees were wearing them either. Since they have no regard for my health and safety while shopping there, I no longer will be a customer.

I needed a new car battery. I don't know the gentleman's name, but he went above and beyond anyone else I've ever dealt with. The battery in my car actually died completely when I went to start it up after I'd made the purchase. He assisted me in putting the new battery in absolutely free of charge. It was even raining that day. These people are fantastic and that man that helped me needs a serious raise in pay.
