I can't say anything about their work since trying to get them to work on my car has been like pulling teeth. Their customer service is lacking. I made an appointment to get my car fixed and asked if they would work with my insurance company and was told yes they work with all insurance companies just not closely with certain ones but now I can't get a call back from them. And half the time I call to see what's going on they can't find me in the system and even after 2 and 1/2 Weeks they still haven't submitted a counterclaim to my insurance company yet. I was told to do good work that's why I came to them but it's really hard to believe if they treat potential customers like this.

My car was done within a little over a week. The people there are amazing. Always texting to update me how the progress is going. I give them a 10+ quality.10customer service 10 on when my car was done my car looked brand new

I just want to thank Jason Cosby for everything he did to make my car look like new. My car was there longer than expected, I think it may have fallen through the cracks, but I understand it happens. All they care about is what insurance company you have. Will not even provide a date you can get your car in without that information. Do not go here.

Both our vehicles were struck by a large tree limb. 1 was totaled the other repairable. The work is good but clean less than good..terrible. I was told to pick up our truck on Friday after 4pm..I couldn't make that, so I came Monday morning. Outside of truck was clean...inside different story. I personally detailed the inside..bondo dust was everywhere..looked like they used a shop vac to vac seats and carpet suggest they replace that vacuum! I literally had to wash inside of doors, carpet mats, damp cloth seats, cup holders, every crack, and crevice! It was everywhere. The irony is when I arrived, I had to wait 30 minutes to get my truck as they were cleaning it up. Since the outside was damaged rear of roof and truck bed, I only looked the outside over..when I got home, I noticed this white dust everywhere! Figured since they called that clean, I'd do it myself but leave this review! You would think they would of covered/sealed the passenger compartment. Later when I opened the truck bed cover I found where they stood and a major mess up in the truck bed by the window. The staff is friendly. Pricing ok.

My son is away at college at WMU and had a small area of his car that was hit in the school parking lot. He took it heat to get an estimate. They looked at it and let him know that they thought they could buff it out. Sure enough 20 min later, it s good as new. When he asked what he owed, they said, no charge . They could have easily taken advantage of a young college kid but instead they took care of him. I really appreciate the honesty and care. I will recommend them to everyone after this. Went here this past week for a quote appointment I had scheduled weeks prior. The front desk people are very nice and I checked in to my appointment on time. Yet they had me wait 30 minutes before someone came out to look at my vehicle. Just sad that they don't seem to value my time in the slightest. Took the same vehicle to Blanchard body shop, they came out right away to take a look at it, no scheduling weeks ahead for just a quote. And Blanchard actually got a quote to me within the same day. Autobody USA asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment before even giving me the estimate. Would not tell anyone to go here.

Got in a fender bender and was recommended this shop by my insurance. Had a great experience! Finished my repairs a day early and my vehicle was in better shape than before the accident. Communication was always clear and concise. They even cleaned up my car, inside and out. Dropped truck off to have it repaired (body work) and when I picked it up the rear brake lines were blown. Someone during a test drive or moving it in the lot busted the brake lines. Auto Body USA response was "it's not on us".Really disappointed - nobody took ownership on the issue that they created, and I picked up a broken truck that worked flawlessly before dropping it off.

Honestly could not be happier! I hit a deer and they literally saved me! Most shops would not even look at my car until March. And I ve had really bad luck in the past with my car not being fixed properly and this place was amazing! My car was done earlier than they predicted. They kept me in the loop the whole time and the staff soooo nice. Thank you so much for all you guys do! My car literally looks brand new again. I went here on a recommendation from a local dealership that no longer does auto body repair. The quality of the work is average at best. The professionalism of the person I dealt with was worse and the value for your or your insurance companies dollar is atrocious. They made little effort to accommodate the replacement of aftermarket parts that were covered under my policy so much so I had to source them out of pocket before they would even make an appointment. When it was supposed to be done it wasn't for another day and a half. When I arrived to pick it up they wouldn't release my keys until I paid a deductible that was never due to begin with. That took 45 minutes to resolve since it was after 5:00pm and my insurance company "wasn't available."I would never recommend them to anyone. One would think a national chain would offer good service. If you're like me and your car is more than just transportation than a locally owned body shop is the only place to go, the quality of the work and service you receive are miles above what this place has to offer.

I'm very happy with my experience here. From what I was told, we were expecting the car to be in the shop for at least six work days. It was even possible that the car could have taken two work weeks to finish. I dropped my car off on Monday, and the car was completed by Friday of the same week. I was blown away when I got the text message informing me of the completion date.Car looks great, and I had the car back earlier than I thought I would.

I have used this body shop for years and always satisfied. But a limb hit my hood bout 6 months ago. Actual repair is good. But my car has one of the plastic shields on the hood. Well they tried to put it on and messed it up. That's not so bad but it took months to get another one with me calling every few weeks and stopping by cause they would never call back. Finally got it in they are sending me to Auto Trim to put it on as they specialize in this type stuff.. finally it'll be fixedServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I got rear ended, was my first accident ever and had just gotten a new car. I took it to Autobody USA and they made the whole process extremely easy and were quick to get my car back to me. My car looks perfect now, and they went above and beyond by coordinating with my insurance so that I wouldn't have to pay a deductible since the accident wasn't my fault.

Absolutely fantastic. We were towed here after an accident on 94 at the recommendation of our tow company. They were truthful about the fixes, speedy with repair, and the first thing they asked when we called to check in about the car was if everyone was okay. I would recommend them 100%.

Very quick inspection for my accident, but it did take a week and a half for the information to be sent to my insurance company. This could have just been because of a busy accident season but was not ideal. When car was declared totalled they were very kind and helped me clean my car due to my injuries

I was referred here by my insurance company. The representative was nice. The quote was reasonable but they were busy and could not get to my car for 2 weeks for repair that was estimated to take 2 weeks. I informed them I would look to have my car fixed somewhere else. The representative asked if he can check their sister body shops to get my car fixed faster. The next day, the rep calls to tell they can start working on my car at the start of the new week. It really bothers me when companies provide customer service when I am considering leaving. My car was there for nearly 2 weeks before he tells me they backed up 2 weeks. I took my car to another shop. I got the car fixed in 10 days and saved 500 dollars.

Great service, they had my car ready a day early and kept me updated everyday. They did an awesome job with the body work, my Jeep looks brand new and the paint color is spot on. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant. Thank you for your service.

19 days for an estimate......19 days.... unacceptable.... I tried to make it simple for all parties by choosing a body shop within my insurances network. But now thanks to Autobody USA I'm probably going to be without a car.

I stopped in to get an estimate. It was a cold day in February and the estimator was wearing a light jacket and not looking ready to go outside, and asked me is this something we can see from inside the lobby? This guy was really not ready to go and or do his job. My vehicle had quite a bit of exterior damage but by no means can you accurately quote it from 25 feet away and only looking at one side of it. Seriously??Also this guy was kind of rude. He was point to things on a form I had to sign with his pen so then I borrowed his pen and he was hesitant to do so and made comments about me borrowing his pen. Really? Most companies GIVE pens away as promotional!When I walked in I was not greeted. There are 2 people at the front desk and they have hands free devices so when you enter it looks like they might be talking to you? I said Hello and got nothing until I realized they were on the phone. You can walk into almost any establishment and get greeted properly.After dropping off my car for the service I happen to ask another estimator that was outside if they will vacuum the inside of the car good because I spend 20 minutes cleaning all the stuff out so they can get to it. He said, hesitantly Well they will clean up any mess they make in the repair process?What kind of answer is that? After spending over a thousand dollars on repairs you can't give a solid response like yes we will definitely do that for you, no problem. How could you deliver a car back to the customer with a dirty exterior and interior? RidiculousThe estimator I was working with never heard of my insurance agent on Gull Road that has been in business over 10 years. You can Google it, look on their web site or in a phone book and his name comes up. I am not sure the problem here?I received much better customer service last time in the Fall.By any means not impressedI know the body repair is the most important part but dealing with this upfront is not a good showing for the company on how they operate.I think their estimator and sales staff need a brush up course on customer service.

This business has friendly, helpful, talented people. Our car was repaired before the estimated time and the work that was done was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company for any auto body work.

I was questioning whether or not I wanted them to fix all of the damage from my deer accident, but am extremely pleased with the results. They left the car in better shape than when they received it and detailed my interior without asking them. I hope I never have to use them again, but would certainly go to them first if I have to.

Had my vehicle repaired after a rear-end accident about a year ago, body looks great but the paint job was messy.. specs of dirt sealed IN the paint along with a few odd ring marks on the quarter panel they painted. They say you can always bring it back, but who wants the hassle when it should have just been done correctly the first time? Certainly not me. I won't be using their service again.

I love bringing my vehicles to them. I've put enough trust and respect into their work that I've actually started bringing other friends and family to them! They are absolutely great, work gets done WAY ahead of schedule usually and always a good group to talk to!

I took my 07 GMC Sierra in because a deer rammed the side of my truck. They did an incredible job of matching my 13 year old paint. We're nice and helpful in explaining their process. While maintaining a incredible job of being masked and taking covid precautions. They will have my business for sure if I ever need a body shop again. Thanks guys you have a happy customer in me.

Years ago I got my Hyundai Santa Fe repaired and was very satisfied with the work. Recently, my Toyota Sienna was rear-ended. Although the van ended up being totaled by my insurance company, and AutoBodyUSA did not end up working on it, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even helped me get my Yakima roof rack off the totaled vehicle.
