This is honestly one of the best parts stores I have ever worked with. Their customer service is outstanding. They will bend over backwards to find the part you're looking for. Keep up the good work!

Try to return parts purchased but didn't have the same credit card as it was lost or stolen and they would not refund me the amount instead telling me I needed to go to the original store I purchased it at.Customer service said it's finest! NOT AUTO VALUE HAS LOST MY BUSINESS

Disappointing customer service over the phone by a young lady. I wish I could provide the name but I'm not inerested in calling back. It was over a petty wind shield wiper blade. I needed her to put one on for my wife and she said she would not do that .

Service was good. Got a needed part shipped to store in less than 24 hours no problems. Can't beat that.

Closed early. Google says 530. I came straight from work and got there at 510 they were already closed.
