Employee was really helpful. My car gave him all sorts of problems as he was changing my battery, and he replaced needed parts and was extremely kind the whole time. Highly recommend.

They have fair prices and usually have the part you need in stock and they have a awesome reward system that helps you save on gas which is great in today's economy

I needed brake pads and rotors. While other stores didn't have them in stock advanced had them. Got everything I needed for a change and got it done

got a guy this time who knew how to do his job. Doesn't always happen at this location so I'll celebrate when it does. If you get someone with the IQ of a cannoli just be patient and ask for the other guy

Everything started off ok, but the guy behind the counter kept messing everything up. getting the wrong items another person i can assume was the manager kept working with him to get the right parts for us.. I commented that it was nice that he was working on helping the new guy and he stated that he wasn't new and always messed up peoples orders. I'm not confident coming back in to just possably get the wrong part.

Had what I needed. Experienced and courteous help. Store clean and well stocked. Easy access to business. The gentleman working that day went out of their way to assist me. We are fortunate to have so many well-run businesses in Kalamazoo.

Great value. I was able to get an online discount for signing up for email and or text. My purchase was smooth online. There are great tools to confirm correct part. On arrival at store my order was ready to go. I had a core charge item. There were zero issues with that process. Highly recommended. Also stores in my area are well located for ease of emergency visits. Which we know never happens with vehicle repairs right? Highly recommended

I have been a customer for years and never had a problem til now. I returned a part and it never showed up on my card. Even worse when i called and spoke to "Antinio" the manager of the one i went to. Said to bring recipt and he'd would refund my money. Told him i was on my way and when i got there 10 mins later he had already left for lunch!! Knowing i was on my way.!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick on-line order using their website, made even better by a given code to receive 25% off every part on order. Quick ttrip to store for pick up. Have saved quite a bit of money lately with this process, now my first choice for auto parts regardless of extra driving distance to.

Very Helpful, tested Alternator & found it to be bad. We're back now with another one, to see if it's bad before replacing it & also Engine! YES, to exchange it out Engine needs to come out. ASK when purchasing a car, where Battery is located, starter & "if" you Even have a Dip Stick for oil & Transmission LADIES, DON'T Buy it cause it's cute, ASK, BE AWARE Of the costs of REPLACEMENT. Do your do delagents!! Cute will cost you!!

Purchased a part over the phone that needed to be ordered. I called 3 different times over the course of 5 days and verified each time that someone would call me when my part came in. No one called. When I asked why I wasn't called they acted like I was lying about asking them to call me, and responded that if I had asked them to call me it would have been written on the receipt. Are you kidding me?!! If someones order comes in it isn't your store policy to call that person?!! -Forget this place, Pep-Boys on Westnedge may be farther away, but at least you can plan your day off because they will let you know when your part is in.

The counter girl was pretty but stuck up. An armed security guard seemed like too dramatic considering there is a cop shop across the street. No thrifty bargains

Best place for help. Everyone at this location was helpful unlike the auto parts store I had just came from. If you need parts and smarts this is the place for the do it yourselfers to tackle even the toughest repairs and know someone can help you achieve it. Thank you Ravine Auto Team for your help on this past Saturday and you were right to pay extra for the Moog parts:=)

trying to call and talk with someone on after market parts for 1960 car i restore and work on them chassis parts -intakes -carbs there IS NOT one person that i can call for energy suspension parts like frame bushings-link pins-just seems that no one at that store will go above and beyond ive been told to go to napa / auto value / auto zone i just thought some one would like to hear about this.I run a auto repair shop.Any thing that is warranty is a Total Pain In My ASS to get them to take care of i have had only had a couple things.Can call napa - auto value no problems for warranty i have told advanced that warranty items i do not charge the customer labor why would i just change parts to give my labor for free i am not a a parts changer i have been a technician for 25 years and i managed jc auto parts for 9 years before i started my own shop Thank You Very Much Bob Jordan

They opened the doors 10 minutes after closing when our truck broke down in front of their store. The rep came out and helped us we were able to purchase what was needed to fix it and we can't thank them enough. We'll not shop anywhere else for auto parts.

The Gale I dealt with was wonderful they didn't have the parts nor could they get them because they're a factory part so she called the Ford dealer for me and hooked it up and they called me two days later with my parts...
