All of our experiences at Norms have been good. From the girls at the counter to the men doing the service work. Bud is a good mechanic who wants the job done right. They don t try to over sell parts, but let you know what May need to be serviced. Jackie & her staff are on top of the business office & the service areas. We feel confident leaving our vehicles with them.

They are always thorough to go through my work vehicle. When more issues arose due to an exhaust malfunction, they called to fix the problem and went above & beyond to triple check that it was running properly before calling us to pick it up.

One of my tires was rapidly losing air and the staff got my car right in as I was on my way to an appointment. My tire could not be repaired, but they put my temporary tire on and explained how I should drive on it and for how long. I was able to go on with my day. They provided excellent service when I needed it the most!

I live on the East Coast and needed help with replacing tires for my daughter who lives in Michigan. Norm's scheduled my appointment a few days in advance, provided prompt service, and checked to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. They even had my daughter come back after driving for a couple days to double check lugs, tire pressure, etc. 5 star service for sure. Thanks again

Woke up on our college visit to Hillsdale College with a tire 10 PSI low. We found Norm s Auto on Google. We pulled in with no appointment and Jackie got us in and on our way home to Minnesota with a patched tire in under 45 minutes! Great service!

Had a need for two tires for the front of my daughter's car. Made the arrangements over the phone. Everyone at the shop was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful! Planning ongoing back to replace the rears in a week or two!

Best tire shop around, I had a tire mounted on a rim and it had gotten damaged and they ordered a new rim, put the tire on, and they handled all of this with swiftness and respect. Highly recommend this shop.

The new tires and alignment are working fine. Couple of issues missing wheel hub. Owner said was missing at start. I guess I should have taken pictures prior to their work. Also the rims that had the tires changed have scratches that are new.

I had a very pleasant visit at Norm's , I had a front-end alignment done and Tre was very informative on everything. He done a good job explaining in detail everything that was needed. Great people and even better service! Originally went in for an alignment and they diagnosed a noise my van was making-without being asked, and offered to fix it. They got me in the following week and gave me a great price! Thank you! They came out and fixed my 3020 tractor tires. They came out, they worked, then they left, they didn't complain, they were respectful, I can't ask for much more than that, I appreciate the customer service and the technicians knowledge and hard work.

Took my Silverado PU in for a very slow leak in front tire, They found and fixed it quickly. Good service, reasonable price. Very happy with the service.

I appreciate them getting me in and very next day I know they're busy but they were able to squeeze me in. I had a problem the next day with a flat new tire but I was able to get in the repaired it replaced the valve stem all good we'll be back

Horrible service!! They don't deserve to call themselves MECHANICS!!They had my car for 5days charged me 900+dollars changed a few parts out and the problem still exists!!....didn't even make sure the problem was fixed before picking it up! Don't waste your time an money on this place!

Norm s is a great local business to work with because they are to easy to schedule with, service is good, prices are fair, and their communication is great. This is the only place in Hillsdale county that is fair enough on their prices to be able to claim to care about their customers. Between the service and prices this is the best place I've visited in the immediate surrounding 5 counties.Service: TiresService: Tires

Bought new tires for my travel trailer. Norm's tire prices are always the best. Had to bring them in two at a time. They got me right in, changed the tires quickly each time and I was on my way. Couldn't be happier. Would recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Customer service was awesome! Jackie at the front office was very nice and customer friendly. My car needed all 4 new tires, which the prices for them were reasonable and cheaper than other places I called around town for quotes. They had gotten my car in and out in less than an hour which was outstanding. No issues, car smoothly drives down the road! Very happy with their performance! I ll definitely be using norms tire in the future and I highly recommend them!Service: Tires
