Very bad customer service. When I called they answered and said they were on vacation and to text them back with my information and they would call back when they returned from vacation, that s reasonable. Two weeks went by and no call so I called back. When he answered he said oh ya I remember, we have just been so busy, let me give you a call back in a few. That was 3 weeks ago.

Mr Lancaster was very very very professional nice accommodating and above all he got me in the next day after I called !! We went to him because of the weather it only took him an hour to do a full windshield and he's price are the best around ...!! I could not be happier thank you Todd keep up the good work

Lancaster Glass has completed several windshield repairs / replacements and even a side window repair when it fell out of the track. They have all been done quickly and efficiently; most in our own driveway so we didn't need to go anywhere. Thank you, Todd Lancaster for your excellent work!
