My car randomly died on US-12 (broken gas pump). Not only was Affordable Towing quick to respond, I felt my car was treated well and I was able to ride to the shop with the driver. It was nice to feel like they cared about me and my car and not just getting the job done. I would highly recommend Affordable Towing!

Fair pricing and very friendly people! I rode back with my vehicle and it was a very pleasant drive! His driving was great and he made sure the car wouldn't move at all once it was loaded.I felt very comfortable on the drive back as well. There was no awkwardness! 10/10 if my car breaks down again I'm calling them!

They had my vehicle for less than 3 hours when I called them at 8:00am. They said they would have to call me back. So at 10:30 I called again and was Given a Price of $250 towing and 1 Day storage They Towed my vehicle less than 15 miles and had it for 3 hours then couldn't give me any information Yet somehow came up with $250. Not to mention they left my vehicle sitting outside in the rain and snow with the windows rolled down for several days and when I was finally given access to my vehicle to clean it out after having to get police involved My personal belongings had been ransacked and destroyed so anything the rain didn't ruin some one intentionally destroyed. NOT SO AFFORDABLE OR PROFESSIONAL TOWING

I guess I like locking my keys in my car. The last two times, I have used affordable towing. They were promptly there to unlock. Friendly staff!

I had a short 5.4 mile tow which I was charged $280 in cash and was told that if I didn't pay cash I would be charged more money, I tried for receipt and didn't receive one when I was told it would be texted to me. After having to wait over a week and call the "business" I was sent a receipt for only $200 dollars, they gave me the run about denying they did anything wrong and that they've years of business with never having an issue before me. These people are deceitful crooks read the reviews...Service: Car towing

You wouldn t think there would normally be much to say about a tow , but when your son s car breaks down on a Friday evening in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the road (no shoulders) during a torrential downpour when he is alone ya tend to panic! I called 2 places in Hillsdale who had answering machines on and no after hours number to call. I then called a place in Hudson who the guy actually answered, but basically told me ehhh, I don t feel like doing it . I then called Affordable Towing who immediately answered the phone, immediately took my sons location information, immediately dispatched a truck and THEN worried about payment info (as should be). They were very professional, punctual and AFFORDABLE!Service: Car towing

Place is a joke.They make it almost impossible to get your own vehicle. It took them 5 days to meet up with me to get my vehicle
