Definitely buy the monthly membership. Oftentimes, my vehicle doesn't come clean the first time. To remedy this, I get back in line and go through again.

The car wash does a nice job, but you need to take a look at your dryers. The wind drag is so strong that I can feel my tires rolling over the stoppers on your track. My most recent visit I watched the car in front of me roll on the track and came within inches of hitting the front of my truck. I would say 70% of the time I have this issue.

Very awesome car wash that has many options as well as an unlimited plan for monthly paying members. This is ridiculously worth it and super nice when it comes to keeping your care squeaky clean! I highly recommend this experience!

Tommy's is THE go-to wash for every vehicle in my family. Super fast, does a great job. With the app lane you don't even stop at the window. Can't recommend it enough!

5th car wash now and this is what the tire shine looks like on the works wash .this isn t gloss, shine, sheen or even a clean tire.Please fix your washes. Washed at Both Granville and Jenison locations.

I have the monthly subscription for $34.99 for the top tier works wash. This includes the tire shine which is never present after washing. My rear wiper has also come off twice. I ve spoken to employees about this and they seem to not care about the tire shine issue, and told me my wiper problem could be mitigated by asking for a plastic sleeve. To be clear, they won t do it automatically, they said I would need to come to the cashier instead of the automated gate - partially defeating the point of the subscription. I will probably change to their competitor s service soon as their wash seems to do a better job. Disappointing.

Love the app! I get to skip the cashier lane, it reads my plate and I get to go on through and wash. I signed up my dads car for him so he can keep his new ride clean. The vacuums are great and the mat washers keep them looking brand new! The $3 detail kit is also a great value as it includes a couple different wipes and air freshener sticks!

You can t beat the price for monthly unlimited washes. I ve only encountered staff a couple of times, but every interaction has been been pleasant.

I've used for both my personal vehicle and also work fleet as needed. I've always been very happy with the wash. In the past I rarely washed my cars, but the unlimited wash in the winter as well as the fleet wash as needed for trucks is so inexpensive, I use them all the time. Easy in and out except that rare sunny day in winter...but even then the line keeps moving. Great location to get on and off Chicago Dr or onto Main St is great. Oh, and the staff are wonderful. They must have a great training program as many are teenagers and they always seem very helpful and competent on the rare occasions I need to speak to anyone.

Kinda frustrated, Something changed here. The care factor as gone down. They do not put a bag on the rear wiper any longer. You have to ask for them for one. Maybe they have them in stock, maybe not. This should not be. Send 1 of the workers that's in the office playing on his phone out to put a bag on like they used to do. I've had 4 rear wipers tore off on my cars in this last winter season. They will replace them but have to order parts and it's a pain. Had to have the local body shop repair the last wiper arm damage from 2 months ago. I've tried leaving a message for the district manager and got no reply from corporate. I'm slowly considering Mr Car wash with my 5 vehicle membership.

1. noah works there and it s always nice seeing a familiar face and an old friend.2. i brought in my boyfriends jeep in today and another employee offered me to go through twice if it didn t do the job the first time. (we live on a private road so it gets pretty dirty)3. the vacuums are always working and the grounds are always clean. def worth the 20 minute drive to go to the nicest car wash in michigan!! x

I have been a member for about 4-5 years. Today I am seriously considering canceling my membership and going around the corner to Mister.I pay $35 a month for the works which is a good deal. However I always end up having to go back through the line to get the correct wash because I end up getting a lesser wash than I pay for. I am told when they are busy the washes get mixed up. So in return I am inconvenienced by having to sit through another line for 5-10 minutes. Today I didn t bother I just left.My work vehicle uses mister and I ve never had an issue and their same top package is $5 less!! I think it d be wise for me to change car washers.

My kids love going through the car wash and while I m not a member (I don t get enough car washes for the money to make sense) the people working here are always informative and helpful when I have questions.The free vacuums are a plus as I have cleaned the inside of my van here a few times.The $3 sets for inside cleaning are questionable only because of one thing and maybe it was just too warm for windshield cleaning. The windshield wipe leaves streaks even if you wipe it with microfiber afterwards. Other than that it s what you expect from a. $3 cleaning kit. Surface cleaner, antibacterial, vent cleaner and windshield/glass cleaner wipe.Good price for what you need.

Went today and asked to make sure the back of the SUV was sprayed off good as we were on our way to a funeral and I know it doesn't get cleaned great at a car wash. Was told they don't manual spray. When i told him it never does a great job on the back he said it probably doesn't get clean because when they are busy in the winter they speed the belt up. So that tells me your car does not get as long of exposure to the brushes and soap as normal but they still charge the same. I felt like they did not care about anything other than pushing cars through.

If you own a big truck like I do the dryer does not completely dry up and could leave water droplet marks. Other wise does a good job

After going through the car wash, my car was still dirty. I told Brayden about it and he acted like an npc -> like this . Noah on the other hand was very nice and empathetic. He resolved the issue. I also saw minjae and he was a hard worker! Thank you Noah and minjae (:

We have been faithful users of Tommy's Express Car Wash since they opened their first location here in West Michigan. We have the Work's package on both of our vehicles and it's such a value for what we get. Your employees are great and do a wonderful job with making sure everything runs smoothly. Our boys enjoy the light show when we visit in the evening. We have the cleanest cars in the neighborhood to go along with our "Cleanest Garage in America" title we were awarded back in June 2019.Thanks Tommy's!

This car wash packs cars in so close one after another that it got so backed up i got in a crash inside the car wash. the front of my car is completely messed up along with the back. its full of scratches, dents and the logo of my car even fell off. The car wash took a claim and said they were going to call me so that they could pay for the damages THEY CAUSED but I never heard anything for 3 months but soon to find out they denied my claim and locked my file so I can t do anything about it. Never go to this car wash.

Usually happy with the quality of the wash. However, we have purchased the unlimited "Works" wash for both our vehicles and periodically when we go thru we do not get the correct wash. Today I went thru & I got the "Super" I was going to go thru again but cars were lined to the road so didn't. This isn't the first time our wash was "down graded". Also there have been a few occasions the wash is closed, not weather related, it's been sunny out. Would have given 5 stars but because we don't get what we pay for I could only give 3.

Great car wash. Frequently updated and well maintained. I have the unlimited pass on my Charger which is great for getting in an out quick... At $20/month it is great value as well. I also love that I can use the App lane for washes on my Silverado with the pay as you go plan...

I came and got the "Works" car wash here. The cashier lane was quick and easy and pulling into the wash was simple as well. The only problem was no one put a cover on my back wiper and it was ripped off. Even though that happened, the staff were very easy to work with in filling out a report and I was able to pick up a brand new wiper a few days later.

We came to Tommy's in Jenison a couple of weeks ago and paid $18 for a car wash. Drove 40 min home and realized that the back of the car was still filthy. Came back today and let them know what happened, thinking maybe they would allow is at least a discount. They offered for us to go through twice if it does not clean it the first time. Again, dirty and got back in line to go through again although this time the clerk let us no the brushes that go around the back of the vehicle are broken. Never again! This is something they should be giving everone a discount for knowing they are broke.

I have the unlimited pass and stop here frequently on my way home from work. The other day, my car's antenna was yanked off mid-carwash. I pulled back around and let them know and two employees walked through the carwash twice to look for it, but to no avail. They were very apologetic which was amazing, considering this wasn't their fault at all. Stuff happens. They said they would look for the antenna down in the pit after closing and took down my contact info. The next day, I got a call from the manager saying that my new antenna was in and that I could stop by and they'd install it for me. How amazing is that?! They truly went above and beyond when they had no responsibility to do so. Can't recommend Tommy's enough!

I love the new car wash in Jenison.I think it does a really good car wash.The guys at the window are very nice,happy and helpful.I love that the flow off and back on Chicago Drive is great ...not a short exit out of the wash...and no reason for traffic congestion...like the car wash in Holland...this location is my "FAVORITE " car wash. Happy unlimited plan customer.

This place is probably the best auto wash that I have experienced, which didn't involve humans actually touching the vehicle, but it definitely falls short of perfection. The car wash rushes you through very quickly, and it does a fairly good job cleaning and drying my car. However, almost the entire back side of my car remains filthy after going through Tommy's Express Car Wash. Obviously the spinning scrubbers (or whatever you call them) are not contacting the very back of my car whatsoever. So the front and sides of my car come out very clean, yet the back of my car remains a dirty mess. I did join their wash club, as I still think they are better than most every other car wash in the area. I just really wish they would improve the system for properly washing the tail end of cars and SUVs. I still recommend this wash, with a disclaimer that the customer will likely have to clean the very back of their vehicle themselves, by hand.

Decent prices, car gets clean, no waiting, nothing not to like so far!We actually just signed up for the monthly unlimited plan for one of our vehicles. Very convenient to bypass the line, the license plate recognition works greatI d go here over Mister Car Wash around the corner. Their prices are higher, car doesn t get very clean, and the line can get horrible more often than not.My wife also feels more comfortable with their track system that doesn t require you to line up your wheels in a channel.Edit: Enjoying the unlimited washes and decided to add my SUV as well. No reason not to go here so far other than it is slightly less convenient to go around the block for us. However when the other car wash around the corner is busy we ll wait FAR longer in a long line so going around the block actually saves quite a bit of time over all. Two thumbs up for Tommy s. Just wish they had more locations than Jenison and Grandville. Fortunately we are in one or the other areas daily so no big deal.
