First time customer today. It was, in my opinion, more expensive than it should be but service was great. Very efficient and have a good system going. I usually go to a mom & pop shop in my own town but needed a quick oil change. Not sure if I'll be returning because of the price ($87 + $35 filter) but for today I was happy with the service.

Getting my oil changed is always a hassle but these guys work very efficiently and are always so nice. I don t feel pressured to say yes to upgrades but that they simply let me know what may be best. Oil changes here are quick and stress free!

Best oil service I ve ever been too in my entire life. Michael & Michael are the best duo to ever work on a car together and I couldn t appreciate them enough! I bring in my 2013 BMW 535i to get serviced and they always are upfront, honest, and truly give you their best advice (if you re willing to take it)They ve saved me lots of $$ with their expertise while other companies just do the job and don t care to give you an explanation of what could potentially happen if you don t replace a part. 11/10 experience with these guys.

Dare I say they are a well oiled machine ? Yes I shall! I worked in Food and Beverage for 45 years. I am always impressed here. I mentioned that these folks work like a perfectly synched kitchen. Their communication is excellent to each other and clients. Great job!

The service at this location is second to none. The staff are very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have about my vehicle. I have always been able to get in and out very quickly. I could not recommend this place more!

Stopped in for a basic oil change and WOW! customer service here is fantastic! Michael was awesome with providing information on what my car needed, Nate was great with helping with oil and tires, and Will had great customer service and explaining to me the process! Overall 5/5! Was in and out in under 15 minutes, no waiting!

As someone who does understand vehicles, it s nice being able to go somewhere and not get scammed. Some items are over sold but they are still helpful, whereas entirely useless items and fake repairs are not suggested. Have been here 5 times and Would recommend and I will keep returning

Stopped here after I was turned away by Walmart ... I was rudely informed by the manager that they are apparently "by appointment only" now and couldn't get me in until next Tuesday....The guys at Oil Changers were AMAZING! I was in and out within 15 minutes and how convenient that I can stay in my vehicle. Very reasonable pricing and I oh so appreciate great customer service. I will definitely be back .

Professional, quick, friendly, and seem honest. Went in knowing I didn t need a new air filter or coolant and they informed me I didn t need a new air filter or coolant. Genuinely seems like they re not trying to upsell for the sake of it. Appreciate that.

These guys are so hopeful! I know nothing about cars and they break it down and explain it in English very well! They definitely want to help keep your car in tiptop shape. I won't go anywhere else for an oil change unless I absolutely have to.

Michael and Nathan were great when I came in to get an oil change, they were friendly and speedy. They recommend based off of the book not just what they recommend . My car always runs great when I get outta there! Thanks guys!

Wonderful place to go! I think he runs the shop but that guy is nice, polite, fast, knowledgeable and doesn't upsell you on everything you don't need/will try to find you a coupon.You can tell some of the guys are newer but he does a great job double checking their work and having them ask for a verification before proceeding.I drive a fiat and I know it's not a common car. They have NY specialty European oil. They use my car as a teaching experience for new people and I do not mind because I expect it.11/10 would reccomend!

The guys were professional and worked diligently. I told them on was on a tight budget because of the holidays and while they did try to upsell services because it's part of their job, they didn't make me feel bad when I declined. Highly recommend.

These guys were exceptional. They took really good care of me. Michael and Will are good people I highly suggest going here to get your oil change because these people are good hearted people

Went in with a bulb needing a headlight replaced and the workers were kind enough to put my bulb in for me free of charge! Very nice staff!

Be very careful with this place. My 17yo niece went in for an oil change. Was told she didn't need her oil changed. However, they 'found' metal shavings in her transmission fluid and that she needed a flush. Naturally she was scared so she agreed and ended up paying $160 that she couldn't really afford because she's 17. They took advantage of a vulnerable teen. My niece was in tears when she realized she was duped. It's obvious they only care about money and will do and say whatever in order to get it. Absolutely sick & disgusting behavior. Owner claims to be a Christian but I doubt it. Asked for a refund but of course he refused. No surprise there. Professional scam artists who use the Lord to deceive others. Stay away! This place doesn't deserve to be in Jenison.

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I came in for a top off and they don t sell headlights. So they sent me next door and replaced both my headlights for free. Won t go anywhere else!Services: Transmission, Oil changeServices: Transmission, Oil change

Oil Changers are very quick and efficient. They explain everything as they do it. They are friendly and professional. They are not pushy, but make the suggestions with no prrssure.

Had my oil changed here this morning in my 2016 GMC Sierra and the ENTIRE team was very fast and efficient and they tell me what they are doing as they go and I love the convenience of not needing to make an appointment. I will definitely be a returning customer. The techs were very friendly and professional.

Manager was rude... talked about his employee to another customer. I felt bad for the new employee. Manager seemed very stressed! Other than that...service was good. A little pricey though!
