Don't go here unless you know exactly what you want and have a part number. Not helpful to try and find what you need, they just say they don't carry it or can't find it. Also not the best customer relations skills.

Stay away! The best auto parts store in the area is the local O'REILLY store!I needed a battery delivered and I remembered NAPA delivers so called this local store. They instructed to purchase through their website. The first attempt using a mobile device froze in the order confirmation stage. Second attempt worked using a PC. Transaction went through with added mystery 10.02 charge on my card.Delivery was great. Part was exact replacement.The next day I drove to the store. 1. To get the deposit back and drop off the old battery. 2. To understand the extra fee which was not itemized on the purchase receipt.Walked into the store. Never been there before. Couldn't see any counter but as I kept walking there was someone at the counter at the back of the store. I presented Wayne with the devilery slip and that I had the old battery in the car. The feeling I got was that somehow he was above helping me. He pointed to the floor as the place to put the battery. At which point I went out to the car, struggled to carry the battery that distance and had to also open the door myself, No help offered.The deposit was returned. But he informed that he couldn't help with the weird charges. Never helped. Stayed seated at his service desk. Didn't want a customer and lost any chance I'd ever return! In a service industry... "the customer is king". Recommend staying away from this NAPA store

Friendly and helpful , but need a larger variety of stock in oil filters. They had the oil filter for my 1997 buick century , but did not have the filters for my 2008 for f250 diesel or my 2009 honda vtx1300t motorcycle.

NAPA has the parts, tools and supplies you need: if not same day, then definitely next day from other stores or warehouse Great assistance with looking up part numbers at the customer service counter. Highly Recommended.

I enjoy visiting NAPA auto parts. I always get the parts I need or good advice on where I can get them. The staff is always friendly and efficient and does their best to help solve whatever issue you're dealing with.

Store doesn't follow it's hour policy I showed up with 3 other cars in the parking lot at 7:15 and the place was closed on 7/17/19

Ray and Jared have been amazing!! Every time I m greeted with a smile, always helpful. Ray went above and beyond to help me with my car. Jared always has good suggestions and always makes me feel like I can be successful at my projects! These guys are awesome!! Amazing group of employees!!!

The employees were very helpful and did their best to answer any questions I had. They found ways to get me the part as quickly as possible if they didn't have it available. One of the cleanest NAPA locations I've been to. I will frequently be buying my car parts from them in the future.

Besides the hours being changed (shortened) 'temporarily' for a few months without an update online, I have mixed service in the store. Some staff are friendly and knowledgeable, others are just knowledgeable.I've also had mixed experience with parts. I bought all 4 brake calipers for my jeep within a year, and right now I'm redoing my third one about 6 weeks after it's 1 year warranty expired. I realize that reman parts do not always last as long as new, but it's like they are designed to fail a few weeks after the warranty expires.Between the service and the quality of the parts I've been experiencing I will not be returning anytime soon.

I am a frequent napa customer almost daily, this was my first time at this locationand will not be returning, I strongly encourage you go to any other location. They do not make their customers feel welcomed here. The grandville location isn't very far away. Mike and the staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful and are not trying to chase off customers.

Jared and Ray are great. The older bald guy, I think his name is Chris. Needs to work on his people skills! I'll go elsewhere if he's at the counter.

Terrible service. Older guy behind the counter acts like he knows everything and is very arrogant and rude. His customer service skills are definitely lacking.Would strongly not recommend this specific store.

Terrible place to shop! One guy didn't know anything but just made up stuff. When it turned out that the first guy was wrong and I had to return the item (15 minutes later) the other taller guy was extremely rude. I was literally shouted at! I will NEVER go back to that store again!!!

Big props to Jared at Napa. Went in to buy Rotors/pads and he went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed. There is a special tool that I needed and they allowed me to rent the tool for free as long as I brought it back. Thank you!

Tried to find a bulb. Parts guy helped me for twenty minutes and wasn't able to get the bulb I needed but I love that he put so much effort into a potential $5 sale.
