Excellent professional courteous fast knowledgeable service from Zack at Discount Lock 08/2023; took care of 7 primary residence & 4 rental door digital lock installations & 2 storm door handles in the same day! Grandkids feel secure & have their own codes; No more begging or losing keys. Thank you, Zack, for the peace of mind you ve provided.

AWESOME! do you ever feel like it s hard to find a people that actually do a job and meet your expectations? Where has quality service gone? It s people like Zack at Discount lock and door that remind me it s still out there. He does great work, is very friendly and was was able to help me in a pinch. I was in a bit of a pickle when I was house-sitting for a co-worker who was out of the country. The keypad lock to her door decided to malfunction and lock me out. Zach was out there within 20 minutes and (with permission from the homeowner) quickly got the door open. My co-worker was able to pay over the phone, and Zach even waited while we reset the internet, which we think was a part of the issue. Zach was courteous, professional, and efficient! I definitely recommend!

Have used four times! My daughter was locked out of her home by her toddler, car keys twice, and locked out of my apartment. Zach did excellent work at a reasonable price. He came to the rescue without a wait! Highly recommend.

Discount Lock & Door provided a quick & professional response when an emergency lock service was needed! Nothing better than calling a company promoting 24/7 service and having them arrive in less than 15 minutes. Zach resolved the issue within minutes.

Keys locked in the car... Called a few companies but nobody answered. Did a quick google search and came across Discount Lock & Door. They had awesome reviews so I thought I would try them. Zach, the owner came out - very nice, clean cut + friendly. Had to try about 3 different ways of unlocking the vehicle but managed to get it open. After talking to him for a while I found out he had just launched this business 6 months ago. I am writing this review in hopes that he gets more business off of it because he is doing all the right things, from answering the call to looking professional, to delivering excellent customer service. You will like him, give him a try!

Zach was awesome! Got me back in my house in the middle of the night under 2 minutes, with the best attitude for any time of day. Great price and awesome work. I highly recommend this company!

I needed a primary door lock replaced because the lock set on door was broken from the inside and was a matter of safety.Spoke with Nick in the am and he was out in the early afternoon.He was personable and professional.He had the job done quickly and didn't leave anything for me to have to pick up or clean up.Job well done.My new lock works great.Would use this service again.Will recommend highly to anyone for residential or commercial use.MarieJenison

Bought a house and I needed the locks changed ASAP (current ones were not in working condition), Zach came out to my house Christmas Eve to make the change. Very professional, great price. Couldn't be happier with the service. A+

I really appreciate and honor what this incredible organization had to offer. I had an emergency situation and this Guy Zack came out to my house and did a fantastic job on getting me back inside my home. He is a awesome technician.

Locked myself out (day #2 in a new house) with a hungry infant. Called and Zach was over in less than 5 minutes. Few minutes later, we were inside and all set. Thank you for your quick work!!

Zach did a great job. Not only was he professional and quick fixing the problem, but he took the time to explain what had broken and how it should work. Will definitely call him the next time we need locks done.

We were extremely impressed by the promptness by this professional when we were locked out of the house in Hudsonville. The only way to get in was to break a window or call a locksmith but finding someone on a late Sunday afternoon was next to impossible!! Then we Googled local locksmiths and found Discount in Jenison. The tech came right out and from phone call to finish was less than an hour. He told us the charge before he came and reluctantly accepted a tip for his promptness. I HIGHLY recommend his services!!

I was late for a meeting, kids accidentally locked my keys in the truck while it was running. They were out with in 10 minutes and in the vehicle within 2 minutes. Just bought a new home and had Zach come to rekey the locks. He showed up right on the time we scheduled, and was done with all the locks in no time. Price wasn't bad, and all the locks now work great.

Very trustworthy, felt totally comfortable allowing the locks to be changed on a rental property without me being there. Very convenient, had a bill sent to email and address with in a few days with payment options

Had the unfortunate mishap of locking ourselves out of the house. It was Sunday and no one but Discount Lock & Door was open. The service was prompt, the lock was tricky, but the door got opened. Thank you! Highly recommend, very prompt, and professional!
