They sold me a LEER topper for my truck, but gave me a model lower than what I paid for. They also didn t install it correctly.I paid for the topper that has the internal hinges, but in the picture you can see they re external hinges. They also never removed the plastic bedside rails. I called and spoke with them twice prior to my appointment to make sure that was going to be done and asked if I needed to do it myself. They ensured me that they would take care of everything but when I picked up my truck, the plastic caps were still on the bed sides. Now I have water leaking in because it doesn t seal properly. I have reached out to LEER personally several times since I ve received this topper, and they have never responded.

I m very please with the service and they do quality work. The owner is a honest business man, I stopped in to look at the product and decided to buy running boards, and some weather tech mud flaps and floor liners and made a installation appointment for two days later. He had the floor liner in stock and put them in my truck and said pay me when you come to get the finning boards installed. Not many people would be that trusting of someone they just met. I would highly recommend them and will definitely go back and get some additional product from them for my truck

Showed up at 1:25 for a 1:30 appointment. Took my truck in at 1:29 for a BAK Revolver bed cover. They said it would take an hour. 50 minutes later it was done. The work was absolutely perfect. Not a single thing off by even a fraction of an inch. Better than I could've hoped for. On top of that, the installer gave me quick and concise run through of use, care and finer points of the top. The top and installation for less $ than I could even find just the top anywhere on the internet, Amazon included. I'm going back in the Spring for cab steps. Perfect experience!!!

Steve was a great guy to work with. I called over 20 different truck accessory shops and Steve was the only one who actually had the cap I needed in stock. Brought my truck in on a Saturday morning and he had the cap installed in a little over an hour. It looks great and I could not be happier.

Needed a tonneau cover to transport some items from Nevada to Michigan. De-Jay was very well priced and they got me set up and out the door in less than 30 minutes. They also have Leer toppers and other accessories for your truck. Good guys. My biggest question was why didn t I do this years ago?

Placed an order for a truck cap and was told it was a four week turn time. After 6 weeks I still hadn't received any updates. Had to email numerous times trying to get updates. After 10 weeks I canceled my order. They get two stars because at least they refunded my deposit

Always a pleasure to deal with. Bought my first cap in 2008 from them and second one 2021. Had very few issues at all but when needed they always took care of it. They have been recommended to so many by me and have never disappointed. Steve the owner is a great guy.

Extremely helpful! I didn't buy my truck topper from them, was a completely different make, and they still helped me fix mine. Very patient and helpful. Went here because several friends recommended them.

The bed liner is fine and the price is great, but the guy that installed it was a smoker and my truck smelled horrible when I got it.

I was looking for a new lock setup for the hard cover truck bed and drove to this place a "Leer" seller. I told the staff what I needed and they said 'Yes, we have them here'. They checked to make sure that it could work out and it did. Very happy with the out come and the price for the lock. Many thanks to this 'LEER'place!

Went in to look for some wiring, must have been the owners son at the counter, asked where i might find a wiring harness for my topper and was told i came on the wrong day and that his dad was out hunting for the next few days. He could not point me in any helpful direction. I get that people can't always be at work, but if you're going to run a business, hire someone who can help. A "closed" sign would have been just as effective and much cheaper.

Friendly guys, but....Called to order a new back glass for my cap, never received a call back on availability or price, even when promised. A week or so goes by. Called a few more times, never was given an exact price for the repair. Had to call a few times just to verify that they did order my window and that it would be there by my appointment date.Now the time came to take my truck in to have the back glass replaced and have the whole cap re-sealed. Showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early, never got greeted. I specifically asked them to make sure it did not leak since I use the truck for camping and sleep in the bed. After the work was done I go to pay the bill. I'm informed, at the counter, of a credit card service fee, never had this been mentioned before. 3.?% on all cards, not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know so i could have just brought my checkbook. Most processing companies are 1-2%, so part of me believes they're manipulating that fee to their benefit.Get the truck home, spray it down with a hose to check for leaks. Almost $400 later, truck still leaks water into the bed, brand new back window and frame still leak... Frustrating is an understatement.

Awesome customer service. Large variety of truck toppers & tonneau covers. The guys helped us install the new topper & the entire process went very quickly. Talk about a great first experience here. Highly recommended!!!

Always been friendly and willing to work with me. Very laid back group of guys too. Not sure where these other negative reviews came from, but I've been there over 5 times and have had no issues. Prices are great and labor is very reasonable.

I ordered a side window that was lost/mislabeled, so it took several weeks to figure it out. Even though there were a few delays and hick ups, Steve made sure he made it right in the end. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product at a fair price.

Great little mom and pop shop with reasonable prices. I was blown away that they're able to install my tonneau cover same day! Heads up though, bring cash or check. They charge 2% to use credit cards.

Came in to look at truck covers, friendly staff went over different options & explained the pros and cons of each style. I bought a cover & they installed it in 20 minutes. I will definitely be back for more truck accessories!

My mechanic called to order a window for a topper, was told it would be about a week. Called today and now it won't be in till Next Wednesday..Two and half weeks after it was ordered. Customer service does not appear to be a priority.

Called DJ's for a fiberglass topper for my truck....owner was not in.... was told I would get a call in about 15min...they called me back within the time frame had all the info that I needed...made the deal owner told me no need to make an appointment to have it installed they would work me in...great place to get ur parts.....cheapest place in Michigan....would do business again...
