Yea definitely happy with what they did to my vehicle in the short notice and timeframe of the work completed. Great mechanics that you can trust and count on to take care of your vehicle. The pickup / delivery option is top notch . I will definitely pass the word on this great business and will be using them from here on out with all my auto needs . Thanks fellas

What impresses me the most about this place is the fact that they offer you a loaner if your car needs to be worked on, or if you simply need a ride home, they drop you off and pick you up. That is a wonderful service, and very few businesses offer it. They have done work on my car several times, and I'm very happy with them! They're honest, very kind, and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I took my car to the dealership twice because it was still under warranty. They gave me the run around and didn t fix my problem. Vision Auto knew I was frustrated and listened to me. They got me in for an appointment two days later and diagnosed the problem within a couple hours! They had it fixed by the following day. My car runs great now and the price was very reasonable

Shout out to the great staff at Vision Auto! Needed my truck for a trip on Saturday. Had issues come up Friday morning and even though they were booked solid, got us in and taken care of in one day! The staff are friendly and took the time to inform me of everything they had done and what needs to be done next. Thanks guys. Will definitely be back!Service: Auto maintenance

Very nice place for auto repair. Desk workers are professional & very helpful. Everything is explained to you so you can make an informed decision. Fees are fair. Staff are honest and trustworthy. This is my go-to repair shop.

This was my first experience with Vision Tire & Auto. I was referred by another happy customer when my Equinox stalled out today. I met Darren, Jeff and Mary. Brad was my technician. My car stalled out at 12:30pm. They got me right in and it was fixed by 5pm. Mary picked me up, took me to back to work and picked me back up again when my Equinox was done. She was good company. Darren and Jeff were welcoming and put me at ease. Jeff explained what was going on in a way that I could understand. The price was more than fair. They are worth every penny and even more. I ll be back to see them when it is time for tune ups and oil changes. Thank you all! You guys made a typically very stressful situation much better Service: Engine repair

Bought winter tires from Tire Rack and had Vision install them. Tires were delivered on time and I was able to schedule the installation very easily. Price was as quoted and haven't seen any issues yet. Will use them again.

Great service! They found another problem and fixed it, and the price was great. My car was ready when I arrived, and they were friendly and helpful. I have had a tremendously good customer experience beyond exceptional with Vision tire and auto. They work around my schedule, and their free delivery and pickup is outstanding. Pat, the owner is extremely friendly and gave me honest input about my Car s tires. I am glad I trusted his input! Great place overall, for car services in Jackson!

Had a major coolant leak and took My 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix to a local mechanic and told me the head gasket was bad. Contacted Pat and He got my car in right away and it ended up being the timing chain cover. Very professional very quick and their prices are unbeatable. An excellent place to take your car for any major or minor repairs. They even gave me a free loaner car while my timing chain cover was being repaired. Well recommended. I took my 08 F250 here for a check engine code. Pat was more than helpful during the entire process and kept me up to date on what was going on. They figured out what was throwing the.code and rebuilt a chafed connection at the transmission in the time promised. I also had other work done while the truck was there. I'm happy to say I have not needed to return for any of the issues they repaired for me. I'm referring friends to you guys. Thanks for the honest work and outstanding service I received. Friendly knowledgeable, and within price range but a little more on the high end than the other places I called. They gave me a courtesy ride back home and then came back to pick me up because I was without transportation and no one available to help me at that time. I would definitely recommend them.

Vision not only fixed my car, but saved me a great deal of money doing so. I was expecting to have to get a new vehicle due to the problems, but Vision fixed my issue, and fixed another known issue for several hundred less than I had been quoted previously. These guys do amazing work. I ve taken cars to them for several years now and wouldn t hesitate to send any of my friends or family there. They are great about only doing the repairs I want done. Can t say enough good about them. They do quality work at an affordable price.

Amber and Pat are great to work with and talk to! They explained what was going on with my car in detail and did NOT push me to get everything done at once (like some places do). They broke everything down for me and put it on paper in order from most important to least regarding safety. Amber was very helpful with giving me a total, so that I could get my finances in order. They have a great atmosphere in their shop and I will definitely be back for future repairs! 10/10! Thank you Amber, Pat and Chaz (technician)! I currently own 7 different vehicles that I routinely take to Vision Tire and Auto for all my vehicle needs. They are trustworthy, competent, and honest with all my dealings with them. Being a custom home builder, it is critical that I get my vehicles fix in a timely and professional manner. I worked with Luke Beals owner of Vision for many years and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any of their automobile needs. They even will pick up and deliver per their customers request.

I had an excellent experience with my vehicle! I dropped my car off for an oil change and brake inspection. The cost of the oil change was less than I've had to pay in years, and they told me my brakes were at 70% and good to go rather than pushing a brake change, something I've experienced in the past at other places.They also made recommendations for other maintenance on my vehicle but didn't force anything at all. In fact, the technician on the phone with me went out to my car, looked at it, and told me how I could replace the part myself if I didn't want it done right away.I really appreciated how hassle-free the process was and the personal attention they gave me. I'll be using Vision Tire and Auto for my future maintenance.Highly recommended!

Awesome, friendly, honest service! Pat is great up front. Up front and honest about pricing. Always try to find OEM quality parts at great prices. Warranty all their work. Will pick you drop, drop you off, whatever they can go to help. Would recommend my Mom to them!

Professional, courteous, friendly, and timely. Jeff, Mary, and Pat saved me $75 in towing by both picking up and dropping off my SUV. They saved me another $150+ by patching a tire I had mercilessly "McGuiver'd" to get home Friday night! They make you feel like family coming to get you when you break down. The whole team at Vision Tire and Auto are great!! They take care of all of our vehicles--it doesn't matter what make or model, they do a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto repair. They will come to your home or workplace to pick up your vehicle if need be. They also offer a discount to Henry Ford Allegiance Health employees.

As a busy professional, I need my car running in top condition. Its hard to find time for car repairs when you're working 80 hours a week. Without my car, I can't do my job. Vision Auto is ALWAYS accommodating. They are trustworthy, reliable, and very reasonable with pricing. They even supply a wonderful transport service to get you to and from where you need to be while your car gets repaired. I wouldn't go to any other auto service shop in Jackson. I can't recommend Vision Tire and Auto enough.
