Husband took my 21 F150 in for an oil change. Very first oil change that was not at the dealership. The next morning I took the truck out and the underbody cover flew off. Turned around and went home to inspect it and removed all 4 of the bolts that were threaded for about 2 rotations. Took my truck back on the road, less than a mile, my front tire blew, dead flat within about 20 seconds. Hole the same size and washer indentation as the 4 bolts I took off from my underbody cover, but wasn t from mine, bc I had all 4 of my bolts. Assuming some other sucker didn t get one of their bolts back on and my truck paid for it. Coincidence? Definitely not.

Very quick, efficient and kind. They will make you feel welcomed to their business and not push services on you but will do a thorough check of the car s systems and let you know what the costs would be.

One of the top 2 oil change services in Jackson period. The other being Valvoline on w michigan across from Bloomfield Park. Why? Price? No. Valvoline isn't the cheapest price you'll find. But definitely not overpriced. My 5 stars come from. 1. Good management. Kyle I think his name is. I am in management and you can tell immediately how an establishment is run. Especially with a lot of moving parts. Literally. I really wish I could remember the Service Professional who was in the middle bay at around 145pm on Saturday February 24th that assisted me. No strange silence or weird conversation. Listened to me blabber and stayed engaged. Still, the 5 star comes from the lack of pressure on the customer to spend hundreds more on what they "need". Flat out. And that's an extension of good training. Most oil change spots bully the customers that have extra money and can't say no. This type of business is a systemic perpetrator of harassment to the point some have acted like I almost couldn't pull off because it's an infraction to let me go with a fog light out I end it here. Been going to Valvoline on W Michigan for 25 years. I drove miles and miles to go there, come to find out just a short drive and I can get identical high quality service at the E. Michigan Valvoline. Been going here for 2 years and counting. I'm thankful I can find a trusted place to go to take care of my whip(vehicle)! Keep it up!

The team at valvoline instant oil change east Michigan ave store. Kyle, Sean, and Marcus did a quick and friendly job of getting my oil changed fluids topped, tire pressure checked and battery life checked. Fast friendly service. Thank you Valvoline team.

Ive been consistently going here for 2 yrs now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle has a "special" oil pan rig, and they tolerate it and help me maintain it. And I always get right in. Very very happy I ound this location because another one had a long line and couldn't get me in.

I like the guys at Valvoline. Respectful, informative and reliable.I stopped at my go to shop. I were having some sort of issue and wouldn't be able to get me in for 20 minutes. They sent me to another store. Who gave the same service I come to expect. That is why I go here. I do my own on my truck, this car is to low to the ground for that.

This place is a huge joke! They took advantage of my elderly grandma so bad! How pathetic! She went in for a simple oil change and somehow ended up paying $621 for multiple things that may or may not have been performed. They never once asked her to perform any additional services nor got her signature for any of it. We (her family) have tried to get in contact with the manager (Kyle) multiple times and are told every time that he isn t there. Would never ever recommend Valvoline Instant oil change to anyone!

All of the men here are so nice and helpful. After receiving terrible service at advance auto store down the road from these guys about putting on my windshield wipers, I stopped in here for help. The men here had no hesitation to step up and help me with not only my wipers but also my washer fluid, tire pressure and oil check. They were so polite and approachable. I will definitely be recommending them and bringing my business here from now on. Good job guys and I really appreciated it!

We had a leak around an internal filter about 100 miles after an oil change. Kyle and Logan came to our home, which is 35 minutes away, swapped out a new filter and gasket in about 15 mins. No hassle, no questions asked. They were polite, courteous and professional. We'll be going back. We couldn't have asked for better customer serviceService: Oil change

Oil light came on with alarm so I stopped at victory lane on Parnell and told them about the alarm please check my oil level and let them know I just had it changed at Valvoline and still had 700 miles to go. I was informed that my oil was sludge and the oil appears that it was not changed in a very long time. So I got scammed and paid for a oil change I didn't get. I will not be returning to this location for anything. Hope my engine isn't ruined by them.

I drive around 5k miles a month so I am a frequent flyer to VOL. This was my first time at this location. Driving through thought what the heck I was due. Got to say I was really impressed!! The guys were to the point didn t try to sell me on anything just a simple to the point oil change. Super friendly and quick!! Thanks guys for a no high pressure bs!! I will be back!!

Came in for tire rotation towards the end of the day. They got me in and out so quick. Excellent customer service! The 2 guys that greeted me were friendly and professional. I felt like I was in good hands. I will be coming back

By far the best oil change place I ve ever been to. Used to take my truck to a dealership and I ve tried a few other places around town. I ll never do that again. These guys are so thorough and they know their stuff. You can tell they enjoy what they do! Their efficient, detailed, and exceed the value of their prices. Michael, Kyle and Logan were all great. They communicated very well with everything that was going on with my truck. They did oil change, check transmission fluid, Transfer Case, both my differentials and they check my highbeams, turn signals and brake lights. They are open 7 days a week which is awesome to hear because I don't have to rush out of work to beat the clock to get in somewhere. It's also cool that I'm in my vehicle watching them get into the hood.Services: Transmission, Tires, Battery, Oil change

A coupon brought me in, thanks! The service was fantastic, Mike was great! It s a bit pricey for the regular price, so, unfortunately I won t be back without a coupon, but it was great!
