Wisner Street location Jackson, MichAlways amazing service here. Team always picks me up and makes me smile or laugh. They inform me on my truck and don't push hard on adding things! They explain in detail everything I need to know and they get me in and out fast! They treat the customer more like a friend or family! I pass multiple other oil change places including other Val to go to this location. I highly recommend them. Thanks yall for taking care of my truck and being so kind!

I finally got in for an oil change before work. Kaiden was helping me and he was very nice and did not push any extra products on me. He began the inspection before I pulled in so we could save time.They got it done in an efficient manner and left me time before work. Definitely will be back again! Manager is super nice as well. I went to 3 different places and they didn t have my oil or filter. This place did and Jalen was fantastic. He made sure I was taken care of and all the other people who worked on my car deserve a shout out too. DANGER TO YOUR AUTOMOBILE!THEY CANNOT IN FACT CHANGE YOUR OIL CORRECTLY!I went to Valvoline for the first time to get an oil change. In the past I have always gone to the Toyota dealership to have it serviced but I had a coupon, and thought it may be faster. I brought an OEM filter with me, because I don't trust aftermarket, and the technician assured me there is no problem supplying my own parts. Within 100 miles of the "service" my check engine light came on, along with the low oil light on the dash. So I took it to the Toyota dealership to have it checked out.Turns out it they did not install the oil filter cap correctly broke a gasket on it and since it was put together wrong caused an instant oil leak. They then informed me that Valvoline at 1315 N Wisner st. Jackson MI totaled the engine. Over $11,000 of damages from one bad oil change. So ask yourself before you go there, is it worth saving $10 to have it be the last oil change with your current engine?Service: Oil change

Everytime I go their they are quick and get me in and out. They have a good attitude,and explain things in simple terms. I like team V�lvalien stop on in they will take good care of you. If there is something they can do they will let you no. I've been a Valvoline customer for years. They have serviced all of my vehicles. They are fast, courteous and they never try to sell you services you don't need or want. And it was awesome to see a young lady working there doing oil changes too. Keep up the good work.

It was ok I never went. I went to another location in Michigan and they forgot my oil to put in my car! So watch out people!

I went to Valvoline for an oil change today. I had a great experience! With one car in front of me, and my car's oil changed, battery, fluids checked, tires checked, and lights, I was in and out in less than half an hour. With a coupon for 50% off, it was only $25. The guys were super nice!

Great customer service! I will definitely go back to get my tires rotated. Updated 12/=0/21.The staff is great, but the price for an oil change is ridiculous! The guy charged me $70, then gave me a $10 discount after I provided a coupon. I won't return to this overpriced shop.Service: Oil change

Service was great, can't fault anything about that.I liked the idea of "stay in your car", but if they're gonna have us stay in our car on a blazing hot day then they need to provide some moving air pointed in our direction.There was no ac and no fans, my wife & i just sat & sweated our butts off for 45 minutes (we got extra services).A couple wall mounted fans could be bought for the price i paid for extra services, and judging by the looks on your employees faces i think they also would enjoy a couple big fans as well.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They checked our lights, oil, tire pressure, etc. to make sure our vehicle was running smoothly. It was nice since we are about to leave to drive across country. We now feel our vehicle will run well and get us home safely!

I Went for my first time and had a great experience! There was a good size line and they kept it moving very quickly. Once I was in they did a great job doing all the checks and making it quick. Great people, very friendly, informative, and not pushy or trying to make a "quick sell" with regarding the extras. I had a question on my invoice after I left, so I called. Very friendly and nice staff walked me through it and answered all my questions. Will def be back, and the Groupon deal makes it even better!

Good service. Quick. Keep you informed. Do not oversell while waiting. Only thing, the sticker said 3 mo. return, but full synthetic oil can go at least double that or more. In phone call, was told they like to check things every three months.

Always a quick, thorough oil change. But today's service was exceptional. I mentioned I'd like advice on a problem with the tangled seat belts in my van and they spent their time and effort resolving the issue. True mechanical minds, determined to solve the problem. So thankful for that. Oh yeah, and they did all that extra for free.
