I know there s a saying that there s no such thing as an honest mechanic well I m here to tell you there is. I never thought in my life i would receive such honest and above and beyond service like I have from Trudell s Auto Services.I originally went to my car dealership to get my car checked out and was getting charged a ridiculous amount.I was recommended to go to Trudell s by a friend and I m so happy I did. I saved over $1,000 going to Trudell s. Trudell s prices are very reasonable and he explained everything to me. As a woman I typically don t like dealing with Auto shops just because i don t feel respected but Andy and his team made me feel beyond respected. I truly felt cared for.Not only did they come and pick up my car from me but was beyond accommodating. They had to keep my car a little longer than expected. I ran into a conflict and needed to go to a board meeting that night. Andy the Owner is heaven sent and let me borrow a car so i could get to my meeting.Honest mechanics and body shops exist and Trudell s is the real deal. He earned a forever customer out of me.If you want exceptional customer service and a high quality service without getting ripped off go to Trudell s. Hands down the best auto shop I ve ever been to.

Absolutely wonderful!!! Great prices, amazing customer service and HONEST! I will be going to them for any and all vehicle repairs/maintenance from now on. They actually explain what is wrong with the vehicle and what is needed to repair it. By far the best mechanic I have ever been to!

Amazing service. Came in at 1pm with my bottom guard dragging on the road and ruining my bumper. Jessie at the front was extremely friendly and looked it and said she will fix it in 30. Took my car in right away, the mechanic (who used to work at Toyato) was nice and helpful as well. Removed the guard right away and I was out in 15 mins. And best part of all, they didn't even charge. If I went to a dealership or anywhere, they would have charged at least a $100. This speaks volumes for a family owned store open since the 80s. Will come here and recommend this place for any auto services.

I was referred to Trudells. From the moment I called the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I do not live in Jackson but I work there. They gave me a ride to work when I dropped off my car and delivered it to my place of work once it was repaired. Their staff is friendly and curious. They let me know what was going on with my vehicle and what needed to be done. When I was given the price I was pleased at how reasonable they were. I will continue going to then for all my auto needs. Thank you so much!

Andy was BEYOND amazing!! They were so professional and accommodating! Not knowing the area well, I am so happy someone else referred them because they awesome! Definitely deserve 5 stars! If you need your vehicle repaired Andy at Trudell's is your guy. I have been there a couple times now and he has always been up front with me about issues regarding my vehicles. I give five stars for customer service.

Andy at Trudell went above and beyond. He got my daughters vehicle in and repaired in such a timely fashion. He is a straight shooter and was up front with the issues regarding the vehicle. I give a perfect thumbs up for the work and customer service. I have been there a couple times and they are understanding and work with you.

I would recommend Trudell's to anyone. I've had work done on vehicles in the past & couldn't be more pleased with the service.I plan on using Trudell's again in the near future because I have trust & confidence based on work I've had done in the past.I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

I have been a customer of this family owned business for over 30 years. They are trustworthy and the service is exceptional. Their hours are actually from 8 am - 5 pm Mon-Fri. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Best mechanic I have ever encountered. Very knowledgeable, very honest and always did a quality job. I can't say enough good things about this place. I have taken several vehicles in for various things and have always been happy.

I've been saved twice by Trudell's Auto Service. The first time I went in with a badly leaking tire only to find out that with a large piece of medal in it it was not repairable. As we were discussing the problem a truck from Regal Tire pulled in for some maintenance. Mr. Trudell called the owner of Regal and arranged to have new tires put on my car. The worker from Regal took my car back. Mr. Trudell drove me back to my job at da Vinci High School. My car was returned to Trudell's and I picked it up at the end of my day. Mr. Trudell handled everything, I even paid him for the tires and he paid Regal. Earlier this week I had a nail in my tire. In less than 10 minutes it was removed, repaired, and I was on my way. FANTASTIC service, absolutely wonderful customer service and very fair prices. I highly recommend Trudell's Auto Services because he goes WAY out of his way to take care of his customers!
