Tripps took amazing care of me, and my car! After an unfortunate meeting with a deer on the highway, Tripps got my car back to new again. They did all of the heavy lifting of working with my insurance, covered a big chunk of my deductible cost and got me on the schedule so quickly. They stayed in touch over text, updating me on the progress all along the way. I can not say enough great things about their customer service and impeccable work!

Took our car in for minor repairs and received an estimate which they said would take 3 days to complete unless they found additional damage on the initial tare down. Called after 3 days for time to pick up car and was told additional damage was found on day one , but were just now sending additional information to insurance company for authorization to complete additional repairs and by the way your car repair will take another 10 days.In total they took 2 weeks to return our car . Complete disregard for the cost of rental car needed during the repair of our car.

The most dysfunctional place I've ever seen. They will:1. Keep your vehicle a month.2. Won't communicate.3. Answer your calls and put you on hold OR say they will call you back and never call.4. Back to #2 & 3.. They will have you drive in a snow storm to fix the rest of your vehicle and not tell you the part didn't come in. After you called and they didn't mention that important fact, before wasting gas, the safety of their customer and possibly getting into another accident bc of the road conditions.Amazing job Tripps! ... (Sarcasm)You did some good things,(the vehicle looks amazing) but managed to make this the biggest inconvenience ever for people who who have nothing but inconvenience in their lives. Do better.

I stopped here at Tripps to have what ended up being brake pad dust. It cover my vehicle with Rust spots. In a matter of 10 minutes, Tom came and Inspected my truck to help me with the issue. He gave me a sample of a product to use to take care of my problem. I would highly recommend anyone come in for the friendly service, and the attention I received.

Tripps was awesome to work with. We hit a deer in our Wagoneer, and didn t hesitate to take it to Tripps because of the great reputation they hold in the community. They provided just what we have always heard about them plus some.Jimmy kept us in the loop of parts coming in, work being done and getting our vehicle back to us in perfect condition.

Jimmy and his team went above and beyond the usual service for me! When the Insurace adjuster tried totaling out my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. After hitting a deer that walked away from the accident. They helped me prove to my Insurace company that it was actually worth fixing. It was a uphill battle but Tripp pursued and conquered the task. I highly recommend Tripp collision to anyone who needs their car fixed from a accident or just repaired. They have the best guarantee and pay up to $500 towards your deductible. The Jeep looks Awesome and like brand new! Thank you Jimmy for all your hard work!William Testa.

It was a horrible experience 1st time in almost 30 since I had an insurance claim. The person who did my estimate left for a vacation for a week. The insurance came back with a smaller estimate then. Tripps had. All i wanted was a phone call. So it could be discussed.what options. Could be. Called. 2 times. After a week. Never got a call back, nothing. And every time, i called. He was too busy. To discuss anything. So i went to a different body shop for the repairs. And will never attempt to go back to them again beware very. Poor customer service

I have taken several cars to Tripp's over the years and I have never been disappointed. The entire Tripp family always does their very best to make sure my experience is top notch! This last time they took care of my seventeen year old son's car, and saved me lots of money!! I was impressed by this shop. They did a great job on my truck.and did it quickly. They were even willing to assist in making my truck drivable until I was ready for the repair and the repair was done even before commitment on my part. In addition they did not want to take it until they were ready to work on it (I appreciated this and it was contrary to some negative experiences with other shops that i have had in the past)As with any place of business a couple of issues regarding communication could have been better, but was able to work through without much difficulty.Where they lost points for me was when I later brought my car in for repair. The repair was quick, however the replaced headlight lense was old and not near as nice as the original. Though they said they were willing to put in a brand new one if the insurance would approve it, the insurance said the shop got the lense from an unapproved vendor and they would not authorize it until they tried a part from an approved vendor. After multiple calls to the shop and the insurance this was never resolved.Since it was a little out of my way to go to this shop in the first place this last experience will keep me from going back .

Took my car in to have it ceramic coated since it had gotten pollen stuck in the paint. Was told it would include paint correction/removing all pollen stuck in the paint and coating the car. Exactly what I was looking for.I got the call and went to pick my car up after 3 days [was told itd be two days and didnt recieve any notice that itd be an extra day like I was told I would if they needed more time. No big deal].My first issue began when the kid they had bring my car around front parked my car and hopped out, I asked him how it was going which I recieved a mumbled "Good" as he power walked past me...leaving my door open in the rain. Okay? Is my car done? Am I good to go? Who knows. So after about 5 minutes or so of just kind of mingling around in my car making sure I have everything before I drive away, the guy who quoted the job finally comes out to talk to me.He asks me if I recieved the pictures he tried to send me....which I did not. He then informed me that at the rear drivers side quarter panel there was "brake dust" that had baked into the paint and caused pitting with a bit of rust so I would see white bubbles in that area of the car. Okay, I guess theres not much I can do about that.He gives me a booklet on how to care for it/informs me it needs 10 days to finish the cure process and not to wash the car or wipe anything off.So here we are at the end of day 11. I take my car up to spray it off since the ceramic coating is supposed to make washing a breeze. I spray the car off and hand dry like the booklet says and that's when I notice theres tons of pollen still baked into my car...none of the dirt is "rinsing away" like was claimed. Okay...maybe I just have to lightly hand wash it the first time...so I wash the car again...this time lightly washing it with a microfiber glove....the dirt finally comes off....my entire hood, peppered with pollen....my stripes....peppered with pollen and white bubbles everywhere. The spot they claimed was "burnt in brake dust" is POLLEN stuck in the car...at this point I'm wondering what the hell I spent almost 1400 dollars on. I could've gotten better results doing it myself.In fact, I've seen better jobs done by amateurs. Highly disappointed and can just about guarantee this place will never touch another one of my vehicles.

I've taken my Durango here 4 times and I always talked to people how great they are and this last time I took my Durango here after hitting a deer I'm very disappointed in this place almost 10 thousand dollars worth of damage and i got my Durango back and it's creeks on the side that they worked on I've been taken my Durango up there 3 times for them to fix it and they keep giving me the run around saying they want to make it right but they never have time to get it done according to them it still isn't fixed they said they would call when they have a day to fix it but nope 2 months later no phone call.. im done with tripps ill never take my Durango back to them! They act like they want to help you but after they get their money they don't care about you !! They lost my business

We were on a road trip, and unexpectedly found our engine splash cover hanging off and dragging on the road. We went to Tripp s, they were incredibly friendly and were able to squeeze us in and get us back on our way. 10/10 experience and great popcorn.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Poor work.worist place in jackson. Put 20k In my truck looks like 12 year could do a better job. And they don't want to fix problems that they caused

Like previous reviews, they will toss your parts without consent and then charge you to replace. Insurance company doesn t own my vehicle, I do. They give permission to repair, not toss parts. Tripp s now says they won t even release it because it s unsafe . No way to question them and they know it. Wont ever take another vehicle there. Past reputation doesn t make up for current lack of integrity.

If you want a company in Kahoots with the insurance company to total your vehicle this is the place. Took my car in the gave estimate for a ton of scratches and dents that were already on the vehicle and not on the Claim!!! Poor Service here. Would definitely ask around before taking any vehicle here!!!

Very professional. Brandon Tripp went above and beyond when working with our insurance company to ensure we got the best parts. Then even after the job was finished he helped to fix an alignment issue with our hood, no questions asked. Tripps cares about their customers and it really shows! Held my truck hostage to rack up storage fees.Tried telling my insurance company my truck had so many things wrong with it to total it! I had to buy it back and ended up fixing it myself for $2500.I believe they wanted my truck and piece out the parts. My truck runs beautiful. Only took it in there for a fender bender! Oh! And they kept my hitch.Place is a joke!

There's a reason it takes longer here and that's because everyone goes here, because they know they do good work, so everyone wants to go there. Of course they're going to be backed up. They do it right and they do it friendly and they won't sacrifice either of those because you want it 5 minutes ago. Great service and great finished product.

The shop does good work there's no doubt about that but the owner Phil runs quite the racket with Phelps towing and the insurance companies by double charging them for parts they never use also Phil is notorious for blackballing and making it difficult for former employees to find new jobs because he doesn't like the way they left be careful who you trust yeah he puts on he's a nice guy but talk to his former employees and see what kinda guy he really isServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

By far the best place to go in Jackson for your auto body repairs. They did a thorough job of repairing the entire passenger side of my vehicle. And by thorough I mean these guys went above and beyond. My vehicle was returned to me better than I had dropped it off. And you can't beat having up to $500 of your deductible covered. The staff was amazing. Great communication throughout the process and the ladies up front answered all my questions whenever I needed to call. Josh, aside from being an expert repairman also has some pretty awesome ink and referred me to his tattoo artist. Phil the owner also came out at one point. You can tell he is not just the owner but engaged in everything going on. Overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Tripp's to anyone in Jackson and surrounding.

They did an amazing job fixing my car! Not only did they do a great job on the body of my car, they also cleaned the inside. Everything was beautiful! The entire repair was also done quickly. The customer service was also great! Everyone was very helpful and attentive. I can't thank them enough!
