I am so happy that I found Raphael and Stonewall Collision & Painting! They did a FANTASTIC job repairing and painting my Vintage SHASTA Trailer!!! They had great attention to detail, they wanted to make sure we were happy and the price was great too!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We picked up our daughter's 98 Taurus today! (9/30/2023)We are "over the moon" and thrilled with the paint job and the excellent customer service! Raphael, Bob and the crew at Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting in Jackson know their business. Raphael guided us through the process step by step. The follow-through and pick up was as expected. He even offered to help us rent a car while the Taurus was in the shop!Raphael and Bob treated us like "old friends". The Taurus was originally red. The crew painted it classic black. The results are fabulous! Our daughter is so excited to show off her "new wheels!" at College! (check out the images below) When we arrived back to home this afternoon, we bought new tires and now she is ready to roar! Great job guys! Your attention to detail was impressive! So enjoyed the experience of working with you!

Great job so far. Very pleased. Changed color and had a bunch of little dents repaired. Got the car back a day earlier then promised. Shinning all the way. Highly recommend

Overall I'm very happy with Maaco. Friendly people,fast turn around. The color match was spot on and my parts look great. Only complaint I have is that they missed a couple small spots that are noticeable. Couple minor imperfections but not an issue for me. I'd use maaco again.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I'm very happy with the paint and body work on my 1979 Camaro Z28, would definitely recommend this place to other people. It's the maaco on high street in Jackson Michigan and Dan the appraiser is a good guy to work with. Thanks again for the great job. I had a bumper and spoiler painted. The bumper started peeling within 2 days. I brought it back and they said O that's not good we'll do it again. They called me a few hrs later said it's done. Less than a hr of picking it up it started bubbling. They said it's the best they can do without more money. The guy I talked to said I needed to talk to his boss. He was suppose to call me that day and never did. I told them if I was happy with their work I had 3 mustangs that needs painted must be they don't want the work!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MACCO!!! They did a very bad job.

Been to Maaco twice in my life. Two times too many. Way overpriced for the embarrassing quality of paint jobs. "Don't wash your car for at least a month" I was told because the pain can chip and peel. To prove a point, I went 2 months. That paint couldn't even handle the minimal amount of rain we had. It couldn't handle the impact of bugs. Within a week, the paint was chipping and peeling. Went from a white car to painted black. "It's showroom quality" was what I was literally told. The front bumper became speckled in white in a week from all the paint that chipped off on its own. Needless-to-say, washing it made it worse. We need better options in Jackson. I would tell anyone, don't go to Maaco.

Jesse and his body techs do amazing work, they far exceeded my expectations . My 03 work truck looks new again . Can t say enough good about this shop . From the customer service to the quality and attention to detail they get 5 stars from me.

I got an official estimate for $2,300 for paint and body work I needed. Some of the body work is great & the paint looks great overall however.. it took twice as long as they said which I'm okay with. I paid $200 extra the sand door chips and you can still see a lot of them. They told me my car was painted in a makeshift paint booth in their parking lot and it has more dirt and bugs in it than I prefer. BUGS!!. And when I came to pick it up it wouldn't start because the starter broke and they never told me so I had to have it towed home. I can't really blame them but I never had a starter problem before. Big disappointment. Maybe it was circumstances beyond their control but I'm not happy with BUGS in my paint.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had the pleasure of using Maaco recently on some major body work. It took us a long time to get through the process but I was fully aware that there were several hang-ups that weren't Maaco's fault. Even through all the hurdles that my insurance company put us through, Rafael and I were able to maintain a good working relationship and I have nothing but positive things to say about my dealings with Maaco. I hope I don't have to return any time soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great place to get your car painted. Ralph will throw in little extras to earn your business and I am all for that! Not only did I get my bumper painted for a reasonable price but they also clipped my bumper back in place and took care of some road paint splatter on my car. I was beyond satisfied with the work that was done!

I had a problem with the paint flaking off the tailgate of my 2016 Trax, but they had it painted, looking like new in less than two days. Hi, my quote for bodywork was not the same as the person I spoke with. I was charged $238. 00 more than phone quote when I got there. Paint work was good and finished a day earlier than deadline. So that was good. Overall pretty satisfied.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I understand I didn't get the highest tier paint job, but it's been less than a year and myMercedes has been garage kept 90% of that timeAnd there are chip spots everywhere . I've had to touch up paint it countless times myself pretty sad lol. I did everything they said to do after first getting it painted didn't wash it ect . I kept it in the garage and just let that paint fully cure. Months later not pleased at all . InitiallyIt looks great, but nope month later started to chip. Their customer the gentleman I worked with was very kind and helpful I'll give them that and Again I know I only got the 2nd or 3rd tier, but garage kept unacceptable. Also the bait and switch pricing that was a bit shady. Must be a mascot and used car salesman thing . Let's see if that want to make it rightServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is absolutely amazing! Ralf and team do great work. From the time I called to set up a consultation to the time I drove my vehicle home. The price is very reasonable and fair and he and the crew went the extra mile. If you are looking to get quality work and not give an arm or leg this is the place to go. Big thanks to everyone there for doing the best job I could have hoped for.

Had My 85 Trans Am repainted by them. Overall, really good for the price. I got some minor body work done and base + clear coat done and am very happy with it. The only thing they missed was the sides of my hood, and a couple chips in the paint on the front headlight. Jesse the manager said he would take care of it, If I bring it in. It's been a year since it was painted and so far no problems. I would use them again.

I know a lot of people say that a "Maaco paint job" is cheap and doesn't look good. You have to remember that each one is independently owned an operated. That being said, Ralph and his team at this location did a FANTASTIC job on my car. Is the job perfect? No. I didn't pay for perfect, I paid for good, and the work exceeded my expectations. What I really appreciated was the honesty of Ralph from the beginning to the end of the process. He let me know exactly what I was going to get based on the level of paint job I picked. Thanks to Ralph and the team at Jackson Maaco! My car looks fantastic. I'll post some pictures as soon as I can.
