Had the best experience ever with Tracy. Walked in and immediately was greeted, and ask can I please help you. Walk with me to get the lightbulb, was in and out in less then 5 minutes. She was smiling, and so professional the whole time. I work at a car dealership so we deal with parts people all the time, never have I had that experience with AutoZone or other local places. I have found my new go to spot. Thanks again Tracy for making something so effortless with your amazing customer service.

While AUTO zone is good..O'REILLY has parts for my B.M.W. in stock.. they r nice but helping u with fluids n wiper blades they say they aren't allowed..

I would never come back to this O'Reilly Auto Parts ever again I purchased a torch from them and now I can't return it because they can't seem to find it in their system. Even showing them a receipt for it. They are rude af they treat people with disrespect. I got yelled at by one of their employees. So if you are trying to purchase something for your vehicle or anything else don't go to this one. I am saving you a trip.

The employee+Steven) went out of his way to help me AGAIN, BOTH times I have gone in this gentlemen has answered all my questions and even walked me to wear the item was I needed. My purchases were under$20.00 but he makes me feel like I'm spending a million bucks. So super sweet. It was on Sunday at 2:30

Big shout out to assistant Manger tracy... bought two generators from her store one she went clear to lansing to pick up for us ... had it in a matter of 2 hours as we are in the middle of no power and a major Ice storm and everyone in a 50 mile radius was sold out... once again we Thank you

The only place in town that had the o-rings that I needed in bulk. Cost me a buck 25 anyplace else would have cost me eight to $15 for a package.

Today I went to pick up an item for my husband who is working on his car restoration. I went to three auto stores and one big box store. The professional and friendly service by Jon at O Reilly Auto Parts far surpassed the other stores. He even offered to special order for me. Go to this store first and skip the rest! :)

Referring to Wisner store. RUDE! Actually had woman employee cut me off in mid sentence saying she don't know what I was talking about, so a guy asked me what I needed and then the woman proceeded to explain to him what I was there for after she told me she had NO idea what I was there for. The older gentlemen who work nights there are excellent. Friendly and listen. Day shift never fails. Rude.

It's a very good place to get equipment for your vehicle. From bulbs for headlights to larger parts for engines. Only major problem is that very large or harder to get items sometimes are not in stock or they don't carry them at all. Overall a very good place for a good majority of car needs.

Lady named Izzy K. Is rude, we stop into look for a fuel pump for our truck we tell her a year, she looks it up and goes "are you sure it's a 1994 cause it's not on here", we say yes we are sure (why would we not know the year) then she finally finds it and says the total (100 & something) I show her what it shows online (42.99) and she goes that's only the fuel pump, we say yes that's what we said we needed, she then rudely goes Okay! She was not polite at all.I'd rather pay more money at a place where the workers are nice and knowledgeable of car parts and vehicles then some rude girl who doesn't know squat and is rude to the customers.

Thank you Jessica!!! You have made me an O'Reilly customer for life. After 3 trips to my old auto store, and still not having a working headlight; you had me set in minutes, bulb in and back on the road! I have never had an issue with something so simple, and was so frustrated with the lack of service and knowledge at Auto Zone. Its a bulb!!! Your fast and friendly service was appreciated more than you know!! I will see you the next time I have an auto part need!! You rock!!! Thank you!!!!!!

As opposed to Auto Zone, the people at O'Reilly's Auto Parts greeted me as I walked in the door and immediately showed me to the product I needed. They answered my questions and rang up my order quickly. I was only in the store for about five minutes. It was a very pleasant experience especially after coming from AutoZone. Thanks so much!

Always come here for all our auto part needs. Honest and helpful staff. Competitive pricing on parts and other things. The staff was kind enough to let my daughter use the restroom in emergency as well. Auto zone who?

My favorite auto parts store in town. They usually have most parts in stock. If not, they will either order them for you to have soon or find a store that has it. They match prices of other local auto parts stores. Depending on the time of day you stop in, they may be busy, yet the service is always fast and friendly.

This place is a joke. They pretend to have good customer service by bombarding you as soon as you walk in the door. Plus, if you're in a conversation with one of them, another one will invariably interrupt with absolutely no consideration for the customer at all.What really pushed me over the edge was that they allow dogs in their store and let them rome around without a leash. The last time I was there, a large white dog came in with a customer and wandered around the entire store, even behind the counter, and nobody said a word to him.I'm not a dog hater, but they don't belong in a public store where they can pee on the floor or someone can trip. I get the whole "Service Dog" thing, which has been exaggerated and abused, but that wasn't the case here.I'm just one customer, but I will never shop here again. Apparently no one has a problem with this but me.

More expensive than the competition. If you order parts to be delivered to the store they do not call you when they come in. If you call them to see it the parts came in they put you on hold and ignore you. If you go in to pick up the part they can't find it.
