After market automotive accessories. I bought remote car starters for 3 vehicles here. Pricing was very competitive. The products have been working flawlessly for a couple of years now. The customer service is exceptional. Highly recommended.

First I would like to say this review has no bearing on Shawn the man who tints at this establishment. He does great work and has communicated with me about issues I've had with Mr. Tunes and the management. I've had multiple vehicles tinted at Mr. Tunes and never really had any issues until recently, when I called to make an appointment to get my new truck windows tinted. Upon calling I told them who I was and that I've had work done in the past by them, and in fact they even casually displayed my vehicle on their Facebook page of the quality of work they've done. I had to tell them to take some pictures down from their marketing post as it showed my license plate, however that's not the issue I am about to speak of, but I find it odd they wouldn't protect clients information. While talking to the manager on scheduling a day to drop off my truck and have the windows tinted he had attitude as though he didn't care about anything. I asked him if his day was going ok and he proceeded to just go silent on me. I found this alarming and then proceeded to let him know that something seemed odd and if I could speak to the manager. He proceeded to tell me he was the manager. His name is Mike and I feel there is no way he should be a manager with the unprofessional characteristics he displayed.While further speaking and being shocked he was the manager he yelled at me and told me, "do you want to make an appointment or not" I quickly proceeded to tell him in no way shape or form will him and or anyone speak to me like that as its rude and unprofessional. He then paused again and out of nowhere started crying on the phone. I proceeded to tell him are you ok and to calm down as whatever is going on can be talked about as it seemed he was taking whatever was going on in his life out on me. He continued to cry and asked me if he could call me back to schedule. I suggested that would be fine and we hung up. I let a week go by and never received a call back from Mike the manager, so I proceeded to call the establishment again and try this one more time. Mike answered the phone and I asked him why he never called me back concerning booking an appointment and or resolving the issue the we were having. he skipped right over the questioned I asked and just said sorry. Rather than beaten a dead horse I let it slid and proceeded to explain that whatever was going on in his life I am deeply sorry but I cared enough to call a few days prior and check with the shop if Mike the manager was ok as he cried on the phone to the point he had to hang up and despite our issues I cared for his well being as an individual and this is something I just do, especially being a veteran and having empathy.Mike and I proceeded to speak resulting in conversation about how I do care about their business and in fact my vehicle is one they've posted on their Facebook page to market and represent the quality of work that's done and if the manager is going to be rude, then I request my SUV be taken down from their website as I won't allow someone to market for their profit when I am treated with such disrespect. I told Mike that it seems our conversation isn't getting anywhere and maybe it's time I take my business elsewhere and that I would like to speak to the owner Craig Avery. Mike told me Craig is never at the shop and that it doesn't matter what I say, that Mr. Tunes doesn't care and proceeded to hang up on me.I reached out to Shawn, the window tinting expert that works at Mr. Tunes and let him know that sadly I will no longer be doing business with Mr. Tunes and I appreciate the amazing work he's done for my vehicles but that I wouldn't be bringing anymore work to their company. I also find it funny how this establishment markets doing all custom work of, led's and such but yet when I asked previously about getting things installed on my truck and boat, they declined to doing any work of such which confused me as they market to being able to do so much. It seems all the do is window tint and some stereo work.

They do great business here hooked up all my new car audio equipment and it sounds wonderful. It was my first setup and I bought all the equipment myself so they recommended some things for me to look into. Didn't try to sell me extra things just let me know hey you may want to upgrade some electrical components in your car and if you decide to do that we would be happy to install it for you.

Mr. Tunes at the Jackson Michigan location has horrible customer service. I inquired about Military discount over the phone. They said they would give me a deal. I went into location the owner charged me $500 then took 50 off for a total of $450. The average price in Jackson for tint is $350. He then brings me my keys and tells me sorry for the misunderstanding. Other places that tint windows in Jackson do outstanding work and they charge around $280 for all window. It's a week or 2 wait but you are better off avoiding Mr. Tunes Jackson Michigan location.

He got me in the same day because someone canceled and they did a good job at a more than fair price. Im happy with the quality and the fact that they got me in so quick. Every other place was over a week away from getting it done and my windows dont look like im in a fishbowl anymore. He's also a funny guy, I will definitely be back.

To install car stereo given different quote every time. Does not live to word of will meet or beat any price. Did not have stereo we wanted so purchased it at Best Buy on Friday after we asked how much to install if we had the stereo and everything, quoted $120 to install, come back Monday with stereo and all needed and told now $225 to install. Also remote start would not give me written quote and change price from Friday to Monday was $329 out the door to NOW pricing starting at $329 and not even showing what equipment brand. Local rip off artist at best!

Great service, got my windows tinted and was able to get and out within an hr. They also provide great customer service after, they replaced my passenger side tint after I discovered a light scratch. I would highly recommend them..

They weren't actually able to help me, BUT they were honest about it, told me who could take care of my needs, and how much it would likely cost.I also have to say that part of my rating was due to the fact they even exist. I have been looking for a car stereo shop for a few months. I just happened upon this shop, but if I have further needs, based on the friendly service (when I didn't spend any money) I'll definitely stop there.

I've had nothing but great interactions with Mr. Tunes. Having purchased sound systems for watercraft from them, each time they were very helpful in recommending the best possible system. Don't make the mistake of thinking online is a better way to purchase. The prices were actually lower than Crutchfield (or anywhere else) plus working with a local small business who knows their craft is always the way to go. Great people, great service.Their new location is excellent and easy to get to.

Paid $350 to have a Viper remote starter installed and in the first two weeks it only worked appropriately about 30-40% of the time. They said it was that it was programmed incorrectly initially. I had to make a second appointment to have it corrected. They were not apologetic or very amenable to correcting the situation. I cannot recommend their service at this time.

Excellent customer service. Went in with a question about a self installation. Helped me figure it out, even connect my last two wires. Helped find an additional wiring harness. Left with a working radio, no cost, super nice and knowledgeable.

I just had a Viper 4105V remote start installed on my girlfriend's Toyota Camry and every step of the experience with Mr. Tunes was pleasant. They were honest and that is more important than anything. Mike at Mr. Tunes was polite and prompt and everything was completed as promised. I dropped off the car at 10am and it was ready around 3. They got me in for the appointment in just two days so that was amazing. My girlfriend LOVES the remote start. I will be recommending Mr. Tunes to others.

I had a Groupon for a remote start and the installation was finished on time and the remote start worked so well I purchased another for my son! Just recently went there to have a back up camera installed when another place in town said they couldn't put one in my car and Ford said they couldnt either! Well, my Mr Tunes-installed backup camera works just like a factory installed camera! Highly recommend!

Everything they do is poorly done. I had my subwoofers hooked up by them the first time I had them installed. Blew within the first month. I made the stupid decision to go back and buy another amp from them. They told me I had a 3 month warranty, guess what? That amp blew in less than a month. Come to find out the guy who hooked up it told me, "wow whoever did that messed up bad" not realizing it was him that hooked it up. So, I come in today asking for a refund because of the 3 month warranty i had on the amp. They say, "There isnt any warranty on cash back for this" If youre going to tell a customer to come back with issues and when they have the issue. Stick to your word about it and give the service that is expected.

Very helpful, went in with a speaker problem. I was diagnosed within a few minutes. Informed me the best place for OEM part and told me to return and they will install less than dealership costs.

Very rude poor service they were talking about their customers in there and referring to them as who s going to do crazy lady s car and then after that the obese fat man s golf cart quoted us over the phone for our headlight installation at $60 got there and then he quoted it at $125 asked me to come back the next day because they were too busy told me to be there at 9 o clock got there at 9 AM he didn t even show up till 10:05 then quoted me again at $400 I said no thank you and then he tried to tell me I owed him $60 just for his time very poor service I wouldn t recommend Mr. tunes to my worst enemy luckily a few different people referred me to amazing auto in Michigan Center great place excellent friendly service beware of Mr. tunes
