I had a great experience buying my car from Mitchell Motors. Obviously it is buy as is and there are great prices on the lot. My luck of the draw was not very lucky sadly. I have owned my car for less than 10 months and have to have $3,000 worth of work done on my car. All in all please take the car to a mechanic shop to be checked out before purchase. That may have been my downfall & something I should have done. The process was easy and they are very friendly I will give them that.

I'm a mom of 3 and we went in with a certain amount and told him what we were looking for! He recommended a nice van because I needed something bigger! I absolutely fell in love! It had higher miles but I mean it drove so amazing! I had a small minor issue a few days later and called and they are fixing it right away! I mean honestly I couldn't have asked for a better used car place. The whole process was so comfortable and he was so honest about everything! 10/10 recommend.

The gentleman was very courteous even though I didn't buy the vehicle I appreciated him bought a Chevy snow plow instead.

I'm very happy with the trade I made at Mitchell motors super friendly service very straightforward and very fair with what I traded super easy to work with not pushy to buy like some places I have gone really love this place I'd recommend them to anyone that's wanting a used car

Gary really went above and beyond. The car had an unforeseen engine issue shortly after purchase. They really did their best to do right by us. Thankful for decent companies and people like these. The car is beautiful! Thank you.

I purchased a 2011 equinox on 5/12/22I asked the owner if the car had been inspected he said yes nothing was wrong with the vehicle! Soon as i left the check engine light came on by then the car lot was closed. So i called back the next day and was told by the owner that i can be turned off by resetting it!!The light never went off even after it was reset!Then about a month later i hurd a noise on the drive side back end l then took it to the shop and was told the WHOLE BOTTOM OF THE CAR WAS RUSTED OUT AND THE CAR BASICALLY WAS NO GOOD! and to contact who i purchased it from. I then contacted mitchell s motor owner and advised him the info he then said there was nothing he could do! After being referred to several people about repairing a rusted out frame I found a business to do the repair. I AM. Single mother of 4 i have to get back and forth to work along with daily driving .I thought i was purchasing a reliable veichle! Other things have had to be replaced and i did replace them so i will have transportation . On5/28/23. My car cut off and said LOW ENGINE POWER STABLE LINC TRACKSO I TOOK IT TO THE SHOP AND HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THE TYMING CHAIN NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND THAT IT HAD BEEN NEEDED REPLACED PRIOR TO ME PURCHASING THE VEICHLE.This is the worst thing that can happen this is my only means of transportationNOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AT ALL!!!II WILL BE CONTACTING MY LAWYER AND THE STATE TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED !!!

Nice used vehicles at good prices. My son recently bought a used Buick there. He was treated very well and has been very happy with the car. I will surely go back to purchase my next used truck.

Purchased many vehicles from Justin and Gary. All were used with high mileage at a fair price. They are still running fine with some repairs needed over the years. I would recommend Mitchells Motors for used cars at a fair price.

Found a beautiful car with low miles, stopped in for a test drive, loved the car but needed brakes so Gary worked with us on this matter. Feel we got a good deal with new brakes & a great car. Gary was super helpful & nice. Will come back here when we need another car. Thank You!

I had been to another used car dealership in the area and was really bummed because the car I looked at was not what I was expecting and the service was terrible. But then I looked over here and Gary helped me the whole way after that and even helped me figure out a insurance issue I was having. He got me into my new vehicle for a very fair price and his customer service was amazing. He even met me on his day off for me to pick it up!

Had a car the water pump was going bad in It.. had a tick in the motor the add I seen on Facebook it said 0 down 139.00 a month the dealer said they don't do that it must have been something Facebook added an he said they do that he can't stop it..

Cool people to work with! Great prices, I have bought 6 vehicles ranging from inexpensive dependable work trucks, and a nicer sedan to drive personally. All have been great used vehicles. Honest people selling cars and trucks for good prices. Recommend them to ANYBODY!

Gary is awesome! If you are looking for a used car with a fair price this is the place to go! Just remember you are buying a used car. It s a gamble even if you have your mechanic check it out.

Bought a very used truck from him (220,000 miles) and I had quite a few issues right off the bat. I told Mitchell and he did everything he could to help out. Not a quality you generally see in a used car salesman. He actually have me some rims and tires because I had to have one of my rims cut with a torch to get it off. Highly recommend.

Found a 2008 Cadillac on Facebook. Drive 150 miles to look at it was not disappointed. Car was just as they said. Before I drove I explained it was a long drive the was very forwarded with all the small problems that was. They stayed open a bit after closing to wait for me due to the long drive and traffic right after the COVID lift . Is a great car been diving it a few months with no problems. Want to say really good costumer service. Would recommend to stop by take a look at what they have if your looking for a used car

The young lady that assisted us was really wonderful. She listened to what we were looking for and actually suggested a car and then said it had to many miles. When I drove it , feels much better than the other one I test drove.

I recently bought a chevy pick up truck from Mitchell's. Elmer helped me through the whole thing, it has been a great reliable truck just like they said! They even replaced the belt for me and gave it a oil change. Elmer and Justin are two trustworthy guys thanks! You will have my business in the future!

Recently bought my girlfriend a Ford Aerostar mini van from Mitchell Motors. The van was extremely clean and full of fuel when we picked it up and financing was very easy. They even tossed in a few hats for the kids!!! Great people

Doesnt clean interiors of cars, some of the vehicles have major problems. My grandfathers Lincoln continentals breaks were and did lock up and had to scrap the car. Cheap prices I supose but the interiors and vehicle problems should be taken care of or appointed.

Recently bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze from here, it was a great experience Elmer and Justin hooked me up great with financing through American one which they preferred me too I was in and out with my car in less than a hour 2 great honest guys! Thanks for the great service!

This dealership gave me the worst car buying experience and we weren't even financing. We paid sticker price for our truck $4500 and one week later it broke down. Had to have it towed home then the part alone was $362.92. The dealership said they would pay for the part, when I showed them the receipt, I was told they would give me $50.00 since thats how much a used part would cost. The kicker was we called EVERYWHERE, even drove to detroit to try and find a used part no one had one. I will never buy from them again and I would certainly steer clear of them. When you spend almost five thousand dollars on a vehicle it should run for longer than a week.

Got ahold of Gary over messenger to make appointment to buy a truck the night before. The next day right before I left to make the 2hr drive he messaged me and said someone just came in to buy it so he was canceling are appointment. Called and talked to Justin he tried telling me that the guy buying it started the process the day before. He would call me the next day at noon and let me know if it fell through or not here it is 7:46pm no contact! They don't care about their business or customer's!

Would Not recommend, told it needs oil changed, I did so. Then all heck broke loose!!! Long story short, will NOT EVER, Buy or recommend Mitchell's Motors to anyone! 35 days later motor seized up!!Replacement motor 7500.00$Life lesson learned Bought 06-07-21/died 07-12-21

We looked at a vehicle at Mitchell Motors last night. Today, we returned with cash in hand and we're tpld that they had almost doubled the process, because they were planning to fix the a/c,which worked fine the day before. We refuse to do business with someone that is so dishonest.
