Excellent service, friendly and knowledgable staff. Easy to schedule appointments and responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs car issues addressed. Have several cars worked on for brakes, struts, tires, oil changes.

I brought my car in for an oil change around 5:00. They close at 6:00. I was told that they would look it over, but the best time to arrive is the morning. I was told this is because the mechanics go home early to be with their families. I was told the technicians would do the best they could. Well, I was concerned about a noise my car was making. I was told they did not notice a noise, and it seemed fine. I took it somewhere else, and discovered the noise was a wheel bearing that needs to be replaced. I would recommend this place for cost efficient oil changes, but not for anything else, especially after 5:00.

I had an inspection done on my vehicle for Uber. They said I needed rear brake pads so I got them done somewhere else I came back and then he said there s something else that s wrong obviously mad that I went somewhere else to get the work performed for cheaper so I got that fixed New tires and then he wants to say my rotors are bad. Didn t he put that down in his first inspection? This is my third time coming back and it keeps adding more things trying to get me to buy more products and services just be honest with people, I recommend going somewhere else I had the brakes done somewhere else and that obviously irritated him so when I came back, he wants to try to find more things. It s a new car. This is why people have a bad taste in their mouth when it comes to shady mechanics.

Brian, Shawn, and the staff @ Midas in Jackson were awesome! They were able to get my car in the same day to replace my serpentine belt and idler tension pulley. The price was reasonable and the wait time was not long at all. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future car repairs.

I dealt with Brian Berry, he and the staff here did a GREAT job! They were prompt, got the car done faster than expected and made the whole process convenient. I also got text updates while they had my car, very cool tech feature. Good job guys!

The manager and workers there were great and took their time to explain things to me about my car that didn't have to do with my oil change. They didn't have to do that. I'm def going back.

Would highly recommend. Under New management and employees. They are very polite and informative. No price gouging. And warrenty their work. They even resolved an issue other mechanics could not. So greetful.

Had my car to several garages and the dealership and no one could find out why it kept stalling. Came to Midas and they said Distributor replaced it and so far no stalling out. And the price was amazing. I wrote before but can't say thank you enough to Midas in Jackson. I had them work on my car and when my car got stuck on the lift all they did was stopped on my emergency brake and push it out of the door and tell me to pull off I come back to have them fix the problem all they did was pull it on the lift pull it back off the lift tell me it was fixing to let me leave never even did anything all over an alignment...

Someone help me understand my girl went into Midas to get an estimate for some exhaust work. They quoted her 1800.00 for the job. They would charge her 1100.00 for the catalytic converter and over 200.00 for the pipe. Also about 150 in labor for each part. She went on Amazon and priced the catalytic converter the most expensive: the direct install at 280.00 and the pipe at 110.00. I don't want to say price gouging but it is what it is.

It was a very over priced repair shop, 301.00 for a muffer, not counting labor. It would have cost me just shy of 500.00.I would shop around and find another place to get your muffer replaced.Not a place I would ever visit again.Check around before going toTo this place.
