We have gone to this place twice now: One because of a deer accident and the other due to a semi hitting our vehicle and the owner of this shop has shown so much compassion and even called at night to make sure we were okay. Really love the service they bring and they truly care about their customers. I'd 100% recommend taking your vehicle here. They will show you not just good service but great heartfelt kindness.

Once again I will be utilizing the services of Mackey's body shop. I write this review prior to my scheduled visit as I am confidant the work will be perfect. The conclusion is based on many repairs over the last 25+ years where all were above and beyond expectations. It might take a little longer than average, but what do you expect with perfection. Even car dealers could not spot repairs on trade-ins. Al and family and crew are dedicated professionals.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff here make you feel like family from day one. Unfortunately, I have had to use their services several times in the past five years and they know my name before I even tell them. Very friendly, very professional, excellent work, my car always comes back from them clean and beautiful!

Mackey's has repaired many vehicles over the years for me and my family. Al, and everyone else, have always made sure that it is done right and help with the insurance process. They are like a family that cares and want to do right by you. We will always go here for repairs. Beautiful paint job. The whole deal.

I got hit by a drunk driver on my drive side front wheel, which caused a decent amount of damage to my car. Al & his son took care of me when I brought it in & did an awesome job on the repairs. Excellent and reputable service.Nobody likes spending money to repair a vehicle, but these guys not only know what they are doing, but they truly care about their work.When I came by to pick up my car after the radiator and condenser had to be repaired, I was stopped by the owner so that he could personally inspect the work that his team had done, and he wanted them to quickly readjust the alignment on the hood (something I wouldn't have been able to notice personally.)Well worth my time and money. If you have to have your car repaired, I highly recommend them.

Mackey's is an excellent family owned establishment, that values their customer. They provide an outstanding quality of work, by paying attention to detail and making sure the job is done right the first time! The Chevy dealership gave me an estimate for some body work which was clearly overpriced, I took it to Mackey's without showing them my estimate and they gave me one for the same work for a fraction of the cost! Go to Mackey's they care about their customers and they take pride in the work they do!

They had my car for 2 months ( 8 full weeks). It took them four weeks to even get started on my car without calling to let me know I could continue to drive it while they were catching up on other jobs. Not once did I get a call from them, I had to call them weekly to hear anything about my car. Multiple times that they told me someone with more information would call me back and still never got a call. Instead of using the insurance money to replace all parts, they spent an extra week trying to fix a 300$ part. Which, they still took the 300$ from my insurance for the part they didn't buy. It has been three weeks since I got my car back and I still haven't gotten the invoice of what they did on my car. Not sure if my insurance ever got it either. Very poor service and very upset with their customer service and promptness with my vehicle. Would not recommend to others.

AWESOME WORK. THIS PLACE IS THE REAL DEAL ...They not only did a professional job at repairing our car, but had to put up with our insurance company that did not want to pay .. Excellent quality work, they just have your vehicle for a lengthy time. They had mine for 2 weeks because they're busy. Staff is very friendly. They even cleaned my car as an added bonus. Recommended if time isn't too much of an issue.

Great body shop to take your car to! The owner, Alan Mackey has been in business for nearly 42 years! Mackey's Body Shop is definitely the best one in Jackson!! I've been totally impressed with the work that was done on my vehicle!! So, if you want great work done on your car, go visit Al.

I went to Mackey's to get a quote on replacing rusty front fenders. I was very pleased with the time he spent with me and the level of research done to look at various options for keeping the cost reasonable. At this point I haven't moved forward with the repairs, but if I do I would return to Mackey's.Ron

Al and Alex great people. Office worker friendly .l had a 2020 acadia with. Door damage there painter did wonderful job matching can't tell car was painted plus car come back clean in side and out.

I visited three different body shops for estimate on my car. As I was driving by, I remembered my late father saying some nice things about the shop. So glad I stopped, because Alex was a very honest, professional, gentalman who went over and above the call of duty for me. It was the best experience I have had with a body shop. Amazing place. The people are friendly and helpful. They had my car done in 2 days and they gave me flowers and a pen set. Their work is amazing as well. Highly recommend.

The only place that I'll take my vehicle for post accident repair work. Once again Al and his coworkers helped me out with mirror replacement and minor paint repair. Told us 2-3 weeks. After week 4 ended we called them and they had just started working on the vehicle. No courtesy calls to keep us informed during the 4 week period. Will never recommend or use their services ever again.Edit: it has now been 7 weeks and still no word
