Curt and the crew at Larry's RV simply are the best. We live in St. Louis, so we are not local, and buying an RV so far away can be worrisome. That being said, Larry's RV treated me so well that I'd make the drive past every dealership from here to there again.They made everything accommodating, and were great to work with. Never missed a beat with communication, or anything. It truly was the perfect transaction.Thank you again for working with us, and allowing us to make great memories with our family.

Amazing service and great prices. This was our first experience purchasing a travel trailer. We had been looking for an RV for vacation travel with space for a "work from home" desk space. Rich, Dan, Russ, Hope, Kirt.... (hopefully I didn't miss anyone) were all amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and went way beyond just making the sale. They answered questions after hours, made sure we had everything we needed and helped us setup safely.Highly recommended!

I bought a 2016 Viking Hybrid trailer from Larry s RV and I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone was so kind, helpful and really took their time making sure we understood everything we needed to know about our new camper. Thank you Dan and everyone on the staff for making this such a great experience! We will be back here for any and all trailer/camping needs! Really glad we didn t go with Camping World or General RV. This place was great. SHOP LOCAL & SMALL BUSINESSES! :)

I purchased a new camper from Larry's RV, in Jackson MI and received the best customer service from our salesperson, Curt to my service technician, Russ.My tow vehicle is a Jeep wrangler, so weight is a huge factor in my purchase decision. I have researched many weight distribution hitches, wireless brake controllers and of course, RVs.The staff at Larry's was accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.I know that in the future, if I ever need any maintenance or repairs done to my camper - Larry's will take be there with honest pricing and superior customer service.Thank you Russ, for putting up with me and my weight distribution hitch issues - you are so patient and kind - it is appreciated.

Got a camper from Larry s RV Center and was a absolute phenomenal experience I dealt with Dan told them what I was looking for he showed me every option possible he wasn t pushy at all !! I will most definitely be back!!!

The service department is absolutely amazing! We are from PA traveling for my husband's work and our 5th wheels heater stopped working. I looked up rv repair people in the area and I couldn't get anyone to come and help us. I did one last look and found Larry's RV. Not only did they answer the phone and were able to come to us they came out the same day and worked until they made sure my family had heat that night. Which is much appreciated in Michigan going into winter! The furnace had another mishap a few days later and I called the service department back talked to the same amazing fella who helped me before and he sent the same repair man out that helped us before. Yet again they worked until they made sure my 2 kids and my husband and I had heat the same day! I would highly recommend Larry's RV for your RV repairs! They answer the phone, come to help the same day, and are super friendly, nice, kind and knowledgeable of rv repairs! My kidos are in a warm camper because of Larry's. The world we all live in is very expensive and Larry's did all they could for us to work with us to make sure we had heat. Much love, thanks, and warm thoughts when we think of Larry's RV!

We drove 12 hours ( round trip) to purchase our new Venture SportTrek TT as well as trading in our current RV. We were concerned making a large transaction out of state with a dealership that we were not familiar with or had used in past purchases.We were not disappointed as Rich did the deal exactly as discussed on the phone prior to our visit. Dan and the rest of the service team made our purchasing experience fantastic !! Would recommend for local and far away buyers !

Wow! What a great experience. Talk about some good ole fashion polite, experienced service. These folks went out of their way to make our trip a wonderful renting experience. Even with a few hiccups it was surely something we would do again. And we highly recommend Larry's RV to you and your friends and family. Whether renting or buying. You won't be disappointed. I can personally vouch for a sound reasonable rental experience.

We just purchased our first camper from Larry s and had the best experience! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and made sure we were not only happy with our purchase, but also made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the camper before we left. Would 100% recommend Larry s to anyone who is looking to purchase a camper or an rv in the future!

We drove 3.5 hours for this RV. I first spoke with Pete over the phone and told him the RV I was interested in. He got back with me with a quote over the phone so made the drive and was happy there were no changes in the quote. They installed a break controller and sway bars for me. Kevin, who gave us the run down on the camper, was very thorough in explaining everything. I bought a few needed items in their store. Since I live in Indiana, there were several trips made to the BMV but finally got everything that was needed and Dan was very patient and helpful with the transaction. I couldn't be happier with my camper! All the staff at Larry's RV was very friendly and helpful. Even my sister said she'd make the drive when they're ready to upgrade. Thank you to all involved!

Do NOT use this RV Dealership, we did a rental, with the option to buy and it was a nightmare. DO NOT TRUST Larry's RV! No information was provided about the used RV having any issues, but: 1. Could not use the hot water AT ALL, wreeked of sulfur, bad bacteria in the hot water heater, and not properly flushed for use, came out pink (still had antifreeze in it) 2. Kitchen sink leaked onto the floor from underneath, could not use AT ALL 3. Awning had a tear at one end which had to be tapped to prevent damage when using it 4. One burner on the stove lit with spark, other 2 manual lite, oven didn't work AT ALL 5. Screens kept popping out allowing bugs inside 6. Bathroom vent fan didn't work 7. No tank level indicators 8. Black water was either not properly emptied and flushed prior to our rental or had a leaking valveOn our walk through, for pick up, yes, we asked questions, we would not have even had a key for the outdoor shower if we hadn't asked to see how it worked. The only thing that saved our trip was that we stayed at a campground with all the amenities. We we're given NO REFUND OF THE RENTAL FEE! On return we provided a written list and asked to be contacted (no one was working with any authority, nor could we get our deposit back that day). We were then told that everything we reported was working as the technician "rechecked it that day". Oh, they encouraged us to come out to their big upcoming sale to make a purchase of something new!Summary: If you want to throw your money away and end up with "God only knows" functionality, go to Larry's RV!

We had the best experience at Larry s! Dan and team did a great job and made the purchasing process stress free. All the staff was super friendly! The selection of trailers they had was excellent and the price were by far the best around!

The staff is incredibly friendly and they have everything you need for a successful camping trip. From campers to camping gear, they have it all! The team was so helpful in helping me find the right equipment and even gave me some great tips for my trip. I highly recommend Larrys R.V for any of your camping needs.

We recently purchased a new RV from Larry's and I could not recommend them more. We worked with Rich in sales and everything was top notch from the start. Very accommodating as well as up front and honest about everything. While you may find a "cheaper" deal elsewhere, you do not have anything hidden with Larry's. You will not be disappointed if you choose to buy from Larry's.

We went shopping to upgrade to a larger camper and was very impressed with the amount of inventory they had. Lots to choose from. Excellent customer service, very friendly and informative. Now the hard part, picking which one we like the best. Highly recommend!!!!

If I could take stars away I would. Very rude and unprofessional. We bought a new camper got it home and there ended up being so much broken with the camper. It had more issues then the used one we sold. We had it brought to them to repair and they had it over 4 months. We got it back worst then when we brought it to them. All our tanks had issues, they messed up the carpets, bunk beds had rotten wood, shower was broken. Problems from the water heater to improper install of our awnings and so much more. We ended up contacting the manufacturer who had to pick it up and try and do repairs on their improper and incomplete work. Some they couldn't do cause UT was 100% Larry's fault. We do not recommend this company for anything. They do not stand by what they sell or the workmanship. The owner just blamed Bob...the manager of service. Not a good excuse. Every time I tried to use this NEW camper there's been nothing but issues. Buyer beware here.

Probably the best buying experience of my life (45 years).Been ready to buy for over a year - since January shows.We were cash buyer; retired so price was top consideration.Started online, then texts with GM Rich (22 yrs retired military).Supurb experience from beginning to end and everyone involved.Support small family business; I saved $1,000 and gained lifelong friends who are committed to my satisfaction.

My husband & I purchased our 1st RV from Larry's RV Center. From the time we walked in to the time we drove out it we were treated so well.They took time out to show us everything we needed to know about our RV. Terrible experience with Larry s RV service department. Sales was ok. We had the RV on the calendar and Scheduled for delivery date and PDI for several weeks. I called to confirm the dates and work done a few times and if trailer was ready to go (we were driving 2 hours to pick it up). We were lied to multiple times that work was completed. PDI was never completed and we had to wait several hours for a rushed job to get the Trailer prepped, several add-on items installed, battery charged, all working, etc. Very disappointed. Finally had the RV all hooked up, only to be told the front window was cracked, it ll be fine. Only a surface crack - you are good to go and we can fix it later .This added unnecessary stress to our day and made it a horrible buying experience and we walked away with upset stomachs and frustration rather than excitement and and a feeling of what s our next adventure . We should have cancelled the deal that day!!!Well nope the RV leaked immediately. Used it one weekend and Brought it back and cancelled all of our scheduled camping trips for the rest of the season. We didn t really even get to try it out.Now that the RV was back for window replacement in September (called and confirmed window arrived from manufacturer and ready to install - had tracking # from RV Manufacturer) and was told the window should be done in a couple weeks. I called back a month later, only to find out they needed more parts which was 4 more months of waiting. Then, waited and waited no communication, I had to call and follow up multiple times, only to discuss the issues again and work still not complete.8 months later (from purchase date) confirmed window install complete. We went back to pick it up (2nd time) and once again the RV was not ready and stored in the back lot (requested a full PDI and de-winterized and it once again was not completed). I called to confirm 2 days before and they said yes, no problem . Got it home, battery connection not working and won t power anything. Once again not prepped and ready to go.This was our 4th trip to the shop (2 Saturdays wasted waiting around for work to be completed in a rushed manner) and a brand new RV purchase was stressful and not fun at all.Also, June 2022 was a rushed mess to just get the sale done. We even had to sign paperwork early, which made the warranty date and financing start a week or two before delivery date and payments due a couple days after we brought it home.Overall, terrible service and experience. They are nice and generally friendly to talk to, but unreliable and unfortunately, we can t trust what they say.We are looking to move our business and have the RV serviced elsewhere. Found a place with Great reviews near home. Hopeful for a better experience there getting our RV ready to go finally after almost a year.Our 2nd camping trip is in 2 weeks and will hopefully be fun and the RV ready this time for real. Almost a full year has gone by on warranty date and purchase and we finally get to take some trips. So upsetting.Very disappointed with Larry s RV in Jackson.

I bought a camper in March of this year 23 it was great service from the start with the trade in I had got the one we wanted paper work great came in signed the paper work and they delivered it to my site no problems at all I will buy from them again

Rich made everything so easy and removed all of our fears! He was so available for each and every question no matter what. Everyone there was so kind and accommodating and made buying our first mobile palace a fabulous experience. We honestly feel as though we made new friends. Can't say enough good things! I just picked up a used trailer from here, and there s really nothing bad I can say about my experience. Pete the salesman, was quite knowledgeable and able to answer most of my questions. I didn t feel like I was being taken for a ride or being pushed to buy something I didn t need. They were very patient with me which I greatly appreciate since I can be a bit persnickety when it comes to buying things. Bob and Rich the finance guys broke everything down and I felt confident signing the paperwork knowing Exactly what I was getting. One of the guys in the shop took me around my new trailer and thoroughly explained all its functions and how to maintain it. which is awesome as this is my first trailer. All in all, 100% would buy from them again. Good work and thanks again!

Great experience! We went to the RV show with the intentions of just looking. Our salesman Bill was great, he asked what we were looking for and lead us to a trailer that we fell in love with. Without him I m sure we wouldn t have bought a trailer that day. Rich was great with finalizing the details of the transaction. Never felt pressured to purchase. Charlie was awesome with our orientation. He took his time and really explained everything to us. Overall a great experience!!

I can't say enough good things about Candy, sales, and the rest of the staff at Larry's RV. Not once did my hubby and I feel pushed or veered in the wrong direction. Candy listened and heard as we talked about how we use our RV and made recommendations on the unit that would best fit our needs. We actually bought the less expensive model based on her knowledge. The counter guys walked us through the list of things that would help us have a great season. Shaking hands at the end of the sale left us feeling like we made a great deal with a new friend. We would hands down recommend Candy and her team to anyone.
