Stopped in on short notice, I had some issues with my front end. Got a front end inspection for a good deal, turned out to be a loose stabilizer link. They tightened it for me and also checked my tires! Whole time I m talking to this gentlemen, turns out it is his shop. They are good at what they do and very personable. They showed me where I had an issue and educated me. This experience was my only time visiting a car shop where I d didn t feel demeaned or overcharged. I highly recommend this place and thank you again Richard and Zack for helping me out. Will absolutely be returning!!!

Great service! Everyone is so kind! Followed up with me MULTIPLE times after service! I ve never had a shop follow up to confirm everything is good months and months later!! Great service!!! Worked on my 2019 Silverado here for a clunking noise. We had a box truck in the area that had electrical headlight issues, called Kings and Richard picked up, very nice and polite and said bring in the truck. Got is in and out within an hour and very cheap on the price. Thank you Richard and Team!

I've been taking my vehicles here for around 5 years and always get amazing service. Great communication, work, and very fair prices. These guys are super honest and not out there to rip people off.. Just had my truck serviced and they felt bad that the price was a bit higher than the quote but the job estimate of 3 hours was actually 8 due to unforeseen circumstances. Don't feel bad, it happens! Thanks fellas!

We were on a roadtrip with our camper and encountered a mechanical problem with our truck. Kings auto was kind enough to let us park our camper their parking lot and using their facilities while repairing our truck. I was traveling with a handicapped individual and about 2 hrs from home. Battery light came on, stopped at Kings and they were able to get my car in, replaced alternator, helped make my handicap friend comfortable. Fair price and considering it was an emergency to me I couldn t have been happier with the outcome. Thank you! Highly recommend.Service: Auto battery replacement

I called the day before and I was told I could bring my car in anytime that they opened at 8 a.m. I went the next day around 8 30 a.m. I was stared at the ENTIRE TIME I got out of my car and was walking to the building by some kid with glasses, dirty blonde hair with a uniform on. I don't know who answered the phone the day before but that man was alot more welcoming than the kid that stared and was rude towards me. When he turned to me after we got into the building he just said yeah.., I started to answer, but then the phone rang and he instantly just turned around and answered it. No excuse me, sorry have to answer. Nothing. When he hung up he told me that I had to call him to see if there was a bay open at 8 am the following day after I told him I'd be back the next day by 8 a.m. even though it's a first come first serve he told me he told me to call first.

Very thankful for Richard and his staff at King's Auto for getting my vehicle in, diagnosed, estimated, repaired and back on the road within just a few hours after I was towed in on November 4th. I contacted Kings Auto Wednesday (4/7) afternoon to see about getting a transfer case replaced on my boyfriend's chevy equinox. I got the car up there that day they were able to evaluate, express ship the part we needed and have our car back to us by Friday (4/9). By far the friendliest, fastest, most efficient car repair experience I have ever had and it was not nearly as expensive as priced at another place for a brand new part. If we need anything else done with our vehicles, getting in touch with Richard from Kings Auto is our first stop. Thank you gentleman again for everything!!!

I took in a horrible ford exhaust manifold repair for them to do. I felt really bad. It only took them a few days, they did a great job and beat everyones price.

They got my 2001 Tahoe in the same day, and had my repairs done by the next morning. They were professional, very reasonably priced, and did quality work in a very timely manner. They also let me know about a future repair I would be needing, and texted a couple days after I picked up my truck to make sure it was working properly. I'll be using them in the future for routine maintenance and any future repairs.

I have been taking our family s vehicles to King s for many years because the repairs are always done on time and throughly. I am not familiar with cars and engines but I am always explained about the repairs that are needed and have never had an issue. The car is always fixed in one visit. Being new to the area, we were worried about finding someone you can truly trust to do a good job and not try to get extra work every time you bring in your vehicle. Kings is that place that will provide quality service and totally trustworthy. Highly recommended.

They are honest, friendly, they make you feel apart of their family. I took my jeep in for a oil leak i assumed it was rear main seal and asked if they could put on a new oil pan an filter that i had provided to them, they were nice about it and since its all in the same area they would do it for no extra charge i was really shocked! They called me when the jeep was ready and said my rear main seal wasnt the problem it was my oil pan was so rusted and they even showed me my old pan where it was leaking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great honest work and they are always looking out to save you money on your repairs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Was towed in just before opening but as soon as they opened they started working on my car immediately. Richard is very nice and made sure everything was working properly before he sent me off. Done in a timely manner and they let me know of any set backs. Great place. Richard also sent me a couple texts following up to make sure everything was still working properly and to see if i needed anything done. I no longer work in the area so I don t travel that way anymore but if I were there I would go to them. Highly recommend

Best place to go get work done for your vehicle. Very fair prices and honest work. Recently took my car in for a fuse box, engine idler pulley and alternator. Plus a transmission issue that another car repair shop caused. King s Auto and Truck Repair was able to fix all of those issues with a two year warranty on their work as well. No matter how hard it was to find my parts they did research everywhere just to find me the best parts for a very good price. Service couldn t have been better. I have been going to Kings Auto for quite a few years now and would never think of going anywhere else. Being a single female most places would take advantage of that and try to sell me things that I don't need just to make a buck. Richard has always been honest with me and has never tried selling me something that I don't need. My sister and my daughter are both customers of kings now. I would highly recommend them, not only for their honesty but they are also very reasonable in their pricing.

I always take my vehicles here. They get the work done fast and I never have any problems. Very happy with the service too. Update... Brought it in for new tires and alignment. Very pleased again.

Back in the area recently and was in need of repairs. I called Firestone where I used to do my repairs. They said they were going to call me back in 10 minutes and that was 2 weeks ago. I called Kings Auto asked if he had time to look at my truck he said bring it out and he would. He looked at it and within a few minutes he was able to find out what was wrong and a price. Said he could have the repairs done by that next morning. Even offered a ride home! I am pleased to say that he has a new customer with me and I greatly recommend the services offered. Thanks again everyone at Kings auto!!

Kings Auto really saved my car! For someone who has never been to Jackson before and living 40 minutes away, I truly believed that my car was in the best hands when they discovered that my wheel was about to come off and my brakes were about to drop to the floor! They made the extra effort to get the best prices and have my car up and running in 24 hours. Totally recommend!
