Pulled in with a flat tire and they were able to get me in after a short wait. The staff were friendly and the cost was reasonable. Great recommendation!!

You have been taking my 2007 Santa Fe to K & J for the last 5 years and they have taken great care of it. They are honest and do great work.

So I have to give this company a great review. They took my car in on the honor system no questions about cost. And got my car running not only fast but wasn't sure what went wrong and sent me on my way. With a fair cost. I rarely give a negative review, but this was a very bad experience. My air conditioning was acting up, it seemed to be either in the fan or the knobs on the dashboard. I saw the sign on the building that said "complete auto service" so I stopped. The guy at the desk hardly looked at me, wouldn't even take his eyes off of the computer.When I told him what i thought the problem was, he said all they could do was charge the A/C, when I told him it didn't need charged and asked him if he could possibly repair it, he said no and dismissed me-even though their ad says they work on A/C- not even looking at me. I had hoped at the very least maybe he could suggest someone else who could possibly help me. It was a very discouraging experience, i won't go back.

Stopped to see if they could put a new taillight on my car. They took care of me right away and refused to charge me. I'm so thankful I stopped at this establishment and will continue to take my business there. Thank you so much K&J

This is a good shop. Honest, professional, and quick. I really like Rick, the office man. He is polite and helpful. Fantastic service by both Rick and Kevin!! Only did exactly what I asked and didn't try to up sell or talk me into something I didn't need. Very refreshing. Repairs done very well and on time and at very reasonable, competitive pricing.

Called the shop just when they opened. Promised to get me in for an alignment and was told to call back around 11 am. Called back and was told they couldn't get me in until monday, after the weekend. I'm leaving town tomorrow. Relied on the positive reviews I had read and didn't expect this type of customer service. Was told that they would give me the number to their other location, so I could call them to see if they could get me in. Why don't you call and get me in. That's true customer service, cleanup your own mistakes. Not a happy camper at all.

I simply cannot say enough about Kevin and the crew at K&J. They are honest, do not over charge or sell you things you don't need and always take care of their customers. They have won my business for life. I recommend them to anyone looking for oil changes, tires, and general vehicle repair work.

Ripoff. They wanted to charge me $2000 for a brake job. This included parts that I didn't need.I took my car to Cunningham Auto and it cost less than $189 to make it perfect

I was stranded out of town and needed a tire asap. They didn't have it in stock but, they were able to install a used tire free of charge to get me to my destination.Great service.

Locally owned shop with very friendly staff. Prices are average for around Jackson. If you want to support your home town shops, they are definitely one to check out

Ummm yea, came in for tires, left with no brakes! Take your car here and you could die! Literally a bunch of scam artists, a quarter of a half of one star is too much for these guys.I wasn't leaking brakes when I arrived, I had just been to the oil change, curiously both front line sprang a leak while at your shop! Curiously that happened right where the lines meet near the power steering, so it's obvious your heavy handed mechanic "accidentally" dropped his wrench huh? , btw, they quoted me 350.00 to fix the mistake, lol. I had it fixed myself for 150. You quoted me 1200 to fix my power steering, yet I got another quote for 550,You guys give honesty a bad name.Update, you didn't balance my brand new tires

1 person for service and too busy for an emergency. Little babies in a hot car and they wanted me to wait hours just to look at my car!! Sad. I'll never return

I m sure they re ok for tires. I had a poor experience with misdiagnosis of brake problems and filling the coolant system with the wrong kind of coolant. Friendly staff and they communicate well.

Well it's a fine place... top notch mechanics... my old mechanic retired ..I was up the creek with a TAHOE on the wreckers hook .. wrecker driver said where you want it.. I said dont know he said I tow a bunch to k.& j..its a GOODYEAR DEALER .. TAHOE WAS FIXED NEXT DAY SENCE THEN I HAVE HAD MY OTHER TWO THERE FOR REPAIRES I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY . EVEN GOT GREAT DEAL ON 4 TIRES FOR TAHOE 20 INCHERS BEST DEAL ..IN TOWN ... IF YOU NEED MECHANICAL REPAIRES ON YOUR HOT ROD OR CAR TRUCK ANY THING WITH WHEELS GO VISIT GET A QUOTE...ON SOME TIRES IT GOOD TO HAVE GOODYEARS ON YOUR PRIDE & JOY OK ..

Had my tires tightened there, still had issues so I took it to Discount Tire and they told me that 2 of my tires were about to fall off because they weren t put on correctly.
