The pump for the windshield washer was broken. I went to a place on W. Michigan Ave first and the price was absolutely unbeatable and they couldn t tell me exactly what and how much. When I went to see Jim, he told me right then and gave me a price that was way less than the other place where I bought the car. He also did it in one day which was very important to me. Very good quality care for your car. Jim, the owner of the service center is a nice and technically sound person that you are looking for your car repair. You get your car service done once, you will go in future for your car maintenance for sure.

Thank you, Jim, for getting my car in the next day for heater repairs-literally right before cold and sleet. For my first experience using your service I'm impressed and have already referred you to two other people. The day I called, you said that you had just fixed another car with my issue. Jim was amazing. We were driving down 94 from Chicago to Ann Arbor when we heard a rattling noise. Jim got our car up onto a lift and found the culprit immediately. He saved the road trip. Definitely stop in to see Jim if you have an issue.

Jim is awesome I walked in yesterday he figured out the problem immediately and is fixing it by Monday I couldn t be more grateful for the great customer service and service in general. This guy deserves a reward!

Although he is very busy man he fits you in as soon as he can doesnt overcharge my sway bar link not busted off he got Myer in there next day n only charged me$20 that's a deal if u ask me
