Drop my car off with an intermittent ABS speed sensor problem. They actually took the time and pinned it down. Got a little worried because it took them the full day, but unlike most dealerships I ve dealt with or mechanics still paid the same price they quoted at the beginning of inspection and got okayed for the repair for a price. I was more than happy to pay and was actually kind of shocked for how well of service. They were quick thorough and didn t keep jacking up the price for difficult diagnostic they definitely found a new repeat customer.

I had my brakes done before coming here air was in my break line I had one whole tire that needed a break and rotor they were so busy I explained I was trying to get a hour or so away. They got me right in and took great care of my issue. Very professional and reasonable with prices I appreciate you guys.

They do really awesome work, they go above and beyond. Quick turnarounds on fixes and they work with the costumer on problems I ve had a lot of mechanics shops for my vehicles but theses guys provide the service I ve ever had

The best experience I've ever had taking my car to be repaired very polite professionally men they explained everything to me in detail how I understand it they did estimates quickly and repairs as well prices are reasonable work is guaranteed for life even in Mexico and Canada I wish I found them sooner I will be bringing every car I own to JDs Auto and recommend them highly I am extremely pleased Thank you All at JDs Auto see you in the future

The first time I went here I had a fine experience. This time, I had an issue that's very common with older Ford trucks that causes the spark plugs to eject. I had the truck towed to them and after several days of them not calling me once with any updates, I called them multiple times to be told that they still hadn't even gotten a price to fix it. Then, they insisted that my engine was blown twice. They started my engine without the spark plug in it and came to the conclusion that I needed a new engine despite the fact that I inquired twice about them rethreading for the spark plug. I ended up calling Jimmy's and having them tow it to Masters Garage where he repaired it for less than $400 in a few days. In short, the incompetence of JD Auto almost cost me 10 times as much to repair my truck. Save yourself time and money and go to Masters Garage instead. I'm sure JD Auto will respond to this and argue with me, but I recorded all of the phone calls with them, and my truck works now no thanks to them, everything's documented.

I ve been to JD twice now and both times they ve been very professional and easy going. Both times I ve went there I did not have an appointment but they never held it against me and still looked at my car quickly. I haven t had any problems with the work they ve done and they ve been very fair. So glad to have found a local mechanic I can trust!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

Fantastic service! I showed up on a Saturday afternoon needing an emergency repair quickly, with almost no notice, and they had my car in immediately (seriously, within minutes). I then realized I didn't have my wheel lock key, though that was no problem for these guys, they were able to replace two suspension components with the wheel on in under 45 min for cheaper than what Midas quoted me and Midas said I'd have to wait several days before bringing my car in. I'm blown away by their customer service and expertise!

If you want honest, affordable and people who listen and care, GO HERE! Had issues with my car for a week, tried to fix it myself to no avail, gave them a call on Thursday evening, dropped the car off Friday and all my issues were fixed by the afternoon and at such a reasonable rate! I will ALWAYS come back here. Too many other places are out for themselves, not this place, not at all!! Keep up the amazing service! This is what this world needs! Let me start by saying I have went to this company since they opened and also sent a lot of business to them. I had an oil leak on a vehicle that I ended up lending to a friend so I didn t have the repair done. This vehicle is still leaking oil now. Jose was mad that I didn t have them do the repair and told his mechanic that they will not fix my other vehicle for this reason after having my vehicle there for weeks! They lied and said they ordered the parts but never had any intentions on ordering parts or fixing my vehicle! I also had a timing chain job done there and it broke again and Jose was mad that my warranty company made them warranty the job and he had to fix it again for free! I am now going to automotive solutions and am very pleased with the company and the work they do. You lost a long time customer and a lot of referrals!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These gentleman we're very courteous and informative. They all seemed happy to be at work and the atmosphere was comfortable. I would highly recommend to anybody. They are also multilinguistic as they can service Spanish and English. Very great first impression!!

I love how kind and quick they are. Derek is a rockstar along with the rest of the crew. I never want to take my vehicle to another repair shop again. They won t scam you on repairs, I have a family of mechanics who all live hours from me and when I call about repairs to them I tell them what JD Auto is doing and what they are charging, my family says it s a fair price. I love this place.

I love this place. Derek is great and really seems to care about all his customers. Everytime I come in appointment or not he always manages to squeeze me into st least find a quick answer for me. My mom and I are both regular customers and prefer are vehicles don't go anywhere but here! Thank you JD!

I broke down with a flat tire right next to JD Auto and was pretty much stranded had they not helped. I never caught the name of the person who helped me and put my spare (donut) tire on but they were awesome! I was so relieved and grateful that they lent a hand to me. The staff I interacted with were super friendly and I definitely know where I ll be going next for any repairs!

I had the upper and lower engine pulleys replaced when I went back to get my car the hood was broken and would not come up. They suggested that it was broke when I brought it in but it was not. My bf had his car towed to Tamrox because it wouldn't jump start. They quoted him 3K, he said he couldn't afford that and then they said okay well your alternator and battery need to be replaced which will be $1700. Which is absolutely NOT a realistic price for a 08 Impala. We brought it to JD and they quoted $550 including the tow there. They called the next day and let us know the alternator was fine and it was just the battery. Charged us a completely reasonable price and had it ready so fast. So grateful for their honest work.

Amazing customer service. We were passing through town and wanted to get our car fixed quickly so we could get back on the road. Tony showed us what was wrong with our car, told us what we needed to do to fix it, and fixed it quickly so we could get back on the road. Highly recommended!

My first experience here was OK, which is why I gave 3 stars. I went in 2 weeks ago to get an estimate, Derek stated, he'd check on the cost of parts and call me, he didn't. I called 1 week later, he stated that he forgot, he still hasn't done it as of today. If you couldn't or didn't want to do the work, you should have said so. Derek, you spoke volumes without saying a word.I'm CERTAIN, your response, if any, is that I'm not in your database.Jose, I wish you well.

Very honest mechanics. They say it is hard to find a good, trustworthy mechanic. This shop has plenty of hard working, honest mechanics. I would highly recommend this shop if you don't want to get swindled. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The best auto shop in town!!!

Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I was thoroughly pleased at the service and care given to me and my automobile when I desperately needed an alternator belt replaced on a Saturday afternoon. I cannot say THANK YOU enough!!! I would recommend JD's to everyone!

I was traveling on vacation and I blow a hose on my truck that powers the brakes and power steering. I call all over and nobody could look at my truck for 2 days. JD Auto dropped what they were doing and help me out and got me and the family on the road again. Thanks!!!
