Jeromy was very helpful gave excellent price for our trade and made buying our new Nissan easy and fun. I would recommend Jackson Nissan to anyone looking for a new vehicle. It was a nice experience from Jeromy our salesman and Aaron the GM. We will be back for our next vehicle Jerry and Loree

The service department and front office people were all very nice, professional and trustworthy. I intend to make this my go-to service department for any issues with my Nissan., even though I live an hour away. Their customer service is excellent!! They gave a good quote, worked with the warranty company to get the best coverage allowed and let me work online while my car was being serviced!! Thanks to the whole team!!!Alex (Serko) Carels

What an amazing experience at Nissan. Jeromy was extremely friendly and helpful with purchasing a Nissan Rogue. I like to thank Jeromy and Jacqueline for making my purchase on my 2023 Rogue as smooth as possible. Jeromy did a great job on showing me how all the technology works. He answered all my questions. Jacquline did her magic and got a lower interest rate for me.Can t wait for the owner to send me two tickets to the Michigan vs Ohio st game. okay that last part is pure speculation. Go Blue! Had great service from the moment we entered the parking lot! Jeromy was professional and helped us get a car very quickly. We have waited for several hours or had to make multiple trips when working with other dealerships, but out Nissan experience was great.

All-round wonderful experience while here. The salesperson that assisted me with my purchase was very honest, straight forward, and helpful the entire way from start to finish. He made sure to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had and made sure the vehicle was clean and taken care of before I drove it off the lot. Would 100% buy from again.

The paperwork portion of the sale seemed to take an unusually long time. I was there for 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. Apart from that , the experience was great! Love my new car! Ken in sales was very knowledgeable and responsive.

Jamie was able to identify & provide a free solution to my car issue within minutes of being on the phone with him. This was after I reached out to 3 mechanics & the dealership I originally purchased the car from. They all advised it would cost at least $400 just to look at it 2 weeks later. Jamie has the hallmarks of a trustworthy long term mechanic.

I had to pick "meets my expectations" because Jarrod and the service crew have "trained" me to expect excellent work done right the first time. They take the time to explain things and to make sure I understand. And no, I am not related to anyone there:). It's just a really great crew.

Our sales team was wonderful however Ashley and Nancy that s a whole different story. I hope nobody ever has to have any kind of interaction with them. I am still baffled by the customer service we received from them. Because of them I would never recommend Jackson Nissan. The only reason to return is for Jeromy (Sales) and Jerrod (Service).

First off, I'd like to say that my guy, Ken Tripp was absolutely professional and took the time to get personal with the customer, my wife and I. Overall experience was great. I'm glad Ken met me outside when I was roaming the parking lot looking for my next vehicle. I gave some quick pointers and info about what I was looking for which ultimately led me to leasing my Rogue. Thank you Ken and Nissan of Jackson.

Well as far as the service for the oil change that was fine. it was what came after that they told me was wrong with the car, apparently this place Jackson Nissan sold us a piece of junk for a car.I would never ever buy another car from them. I haven't even put that many miles on it to have all the things they said needed to be fixed.

This was our first experience with Nissan as we just bought a Titan Pro4x this summer. We scheduled our oil change and tire rotation along with recall repairs. The conversation with Jarrod to schedule and coordinate the service was noticeably better than what I was used to previously. I even told my husband when I got off the phone that this was a great first impression for a first time Nissan owner needing service. When we walked away when they were finished I said the same thing. We are so happy to have a great option for our service and repairs and plan to continue coming. Thanks for a great first experience. Very thorough with explaining what to expect as well as what was completed - knowledge and customer service was on point!

This purchase was the smoothest transaction we have had purchasing a new car. I can t say enough good things about Jackson Nissan and our salesman Jeromy Kelley. We knew what we were looking for and Jeromy found a vehicle (Rogue) that was exactly what we were hoping for. We will be replacing our Frontier in the near future and will be back to Jackson Nissan and Jeromy.

My rear control arm had broke and I was planning on possibly having to pay a lot to get it fixed however it was actually under an extended warranty and was fixed for me at no cost. The crew at Nissan had the part ordered and fixed Super fast. Thank you Jackson Nissan!!

Purchased a used Corvette from Ken Tripp. Ken went the extra mile and had everything ready by the time I arrived. Since it was the weekend he sent me home with his plate till mine came in the mail. Jackson Nissan is a top notch customer oriented dealership. I would definitely buy from Ken Tripp again.

Jeromy gave us a great deal on our 2020 bmw 750i xdrive a few months back. We thought something was wrong with the suspension and gave Jeromy a hell of a complaint call! I got it checked out and it's nothing wrong with it! BMW is a beast on the road! Thank you, Jeromy and my bad!
